It has been lagging behind since the first part, and in the second part, people will also use the technology of spraying feces and dephosphorization, desulfurization, and vacuum slag removal of converter steel. However, the domestic circuits use the technology of steel production under the eccentricity, and the research on converter vacuum slag removal technology is even more blank...

The third part is RH vacuum degassing technology, while the old VD deoxidation technology is still used in China.

In simple terms, if the ductile iron smelted like this is used as a wheel or bearing of a high-speed rail, it can work continuously in a high-temperature, high-pressure, and high-strength environment for tens of thousands of hours.

The wheels or bearing steel made of our ductile iron will appear cracks in the same environment after working for hundreds of hours. If it takes thousands of hours, it is estimated that all those who take the bus will probably go back to see God.

This is the gap. At the beginning, we were not in terms of technology, but later on, we were not in terms of technology.

After this smelting process, in fact, in the final rolling stage, some technical content is required. The previous ones can be completed through technical transformation of smelting equipment and technical transformation of production process.

However, many domestic steel companies are considering cost and have never thought about renovating them.

Indeed, when the steel bars, steel plates, or rough steel billets produced by your steel mill will be bought as soon as they appear. Anyway, when you use them to build high-rise buildings, the profit will be quite considerable.

Who would still think about improving the process technology and smelting some special steel?

This is thankless, and it is very likely that the officials of state-owned enterprises in China will not go back to do it if they have planted trees themselves and enjoyed the cooldowns for future generations. They would rather spend money on improving technology to eat, drink and have fun than do things for future generations to enjoy the cooldowns.

For example, I am the boss of a state-owned steel company. I have a political level. My task is to make the company's accounting statements look better during my term and reflect my abilities more, and then wait for promotion.

Transformation technology, transformation process, and production of special steel are beneficial to the country, but it costs a lot, has a long cycle, and there is also the risk of failure.

Even if it succeeds, it may not be completed within my term. Maybe it was completed when I just stepped down and my successor came to power, so that my achievements will be counted on my successor?

Then who would be willing to do such a thing?

So when we don’t know the truth, we often feel that the difference between us and Germany is not a small part.
