1126. The new look of the factory

In Li Yifan's original memory, the scene inside this factory can be described as dilapidated.

When he took over the factory, there were only a few offices in the factory that could still be occupied by people, except for the ones at the gate.

At that time, there were three old buildings, four or five-story high at the entrance, and the building was all Soviet-style buildings from the 1950s and 1960s, and the original factory administrative office buildings.

Those buildings were said to be well preserved, which was because they had roofs, and there were not many complete glass pieces. There were not even a few decent seats in the offices, and the building was filled with thick dust.

There are several production workshops further inside, but some of the production workshops even collapsed on the roof, and many of the production equipment inside were directly demolished by workers and sold scrap iron.

Only one of the workshops is well preserved and there are several sets of production equipment that can be used. However, most of the production equipment is old and looks. Although it is well maintained, even if it is taken out for production now, it will seriously affect the production efficiency and quality.

But now when I came to this factory, I found that it only took about a year to go, but the entire factory has changed a lot.

Near the factory gate, there are three brand new buildings, each building is about ten stories high, the tallest one has sixteen stories.

These are several office buildings built through my brother-in-law’s construction company. Although there is no need to use so many, they are still built, leaving enough space for the future expansion of the factory scale.

This is also the idea that Li Yifan, his father and elder brother-in-law, insisted on after discussing it.

Anyway, in his opinion, the construction company is owned by itself, and the cost of artificial car materials these days is also very cheap. Now it is built. It is always a bit lower than if it is built in the future.

Moreover, he is very confident in this factory. In his opinion, this special metal smelting company will definitely become the leading special metal smelting company in China in the future.

So it is better to leave enough space for future expansion early to avoid wasting time in construction in the future, and it may also affect production.

Behind these three buildings are several beautiful new production workshops. The outside of the workshop is full of chimneys, and the outside of the production workshop is surrounded by many thick pipes. Just by looking from the outside, you can know that these must be the latest heavy-handed factory.

In order to build this factory, the Li family can be said to have spared no effort. Recently, my father made a lot of money from Zhengyang Hotel and Phoenix Wine Industry, and Red Lantern Dairy Industry has also provided a lot of help to the family.

It is precisely because of this that the family has a sufficient capital chain, so my father spared no effort when purchasing production equipment, either not buying it or buying the best one.

Moreover, because Heidi is helping in Europe, many of the smelting equipment they imported from Europe are of world-class standards. Even if they cannot be said to be the top in the world, it is definitely the current level of special metal smelting in the world.

And because of Heidi's help, the price is not expensive.

However, although it is not expensive and has invested a lot of money. I heard my father call me and complain to me some time ago that the prices of these devices are too expensive. Although someone helps to bargain and contact us in Europe, even so, it costs no less than one billion inside and outside.

However, Li Yifan also gave his father a good comfort and told him not to say anything more.

This heavy industry, especially when it comes to high-end high-end heavy industry, is like this. This industry is a high-investment, high-yield, technology- and capital-intensive industry.

Such industries are completely different from those labor-intensive low-end manufacturing industries in the south.

For example, the labor-intensive low-end manufacturing industries in the south rely entirely on sweatshops, which means constantly squeezing workers' labor, then reducing costs, making their products competitive, and then making profits.

But their high-end manufacturing industry is different. Although you have invested a lot in the early stage, the products you can produce are not produced by everyone in China. They have a high technical content and can also break the technology monopoly of Europe, America and Japan. Therefore, you will not have many competitors in the market.

However, the usage is also quite large, so the prospects of such an industry are very considerable. Even if a financial crisis breaks out in the future, if a big country like China and a big market are supported, their industries will not be affected too much.

Although more than ten years later, many small and medium-sized enterprises in China are eager to die due to the impact of the financial crisis. That is because they do not have their own core technology and cannot produce the unique products needed by the market, so they will collapse as soon as they rush.

But you are looking at how many companies with their own unique skills can be destroyed by such financial crisis? They are not going to live and what kind of life should they live?

Especially since then, in order to save the economy, domestic projects such as infrastructure, railway, railway, road and foundation were all special metals for a large number of demanders.

Even a few years later, when domestic manufacturing is struggling, aren’t the big state-owned enterprises still in style?

Relying on the special national policies, their lives are still free and they still have needs. As long as they have needs, our factory will never be afraid of bankruptcy.

It is precisely because of this reason that Lao Li no longer felt pain and began to be willing to spend money on the construction of this factory.

In fact, the previous exchanges with European experts have broadened his horizons. If he wants to make his family business bigger and stronger, he cannot always limit himself to the three-point land in front of him. This is also his deepest experience.

Li Yifan drove into the factory. As soon as he arrived in front of the office building, he saw a few foreigners walking out of the building. Today, the boss came over to inspect and they were notified.

And these people happened to be my father who was a colorless professional manager from Europe through the Belgian expert group last year.

The leader was a tall and strong blonde man. This guy looked like he was in his early fifties. He used to be the general manager of a Swiss metal smelting company. However, because the salary here was paid enough, he was poached here.

The man's name is Theo Tonyen. He is a very honest Nordic man, mainly responsible for the operation and management of the factory. The others are his assistants, one of whom is a project engineer and several specialized technicians, who are also from Europe, and most of them are in the middle and senior management positions of the company.

But there is only one position, which is the company's marketing director. This person is a Chinese. After all, if you want to do steel trade in China, you must find someone who understands the various circles in this circle.

If you find a bunch of foreigners, you can only seek death.

The marketing director was found by my father from Pu Hai, and the information posted on the recruitment website established by Li Yifan and Wang Teng, and then he found the person.

This guy's surname is Feng and his name is Feng Yuanliang. He used to be in this business in Puhai. He worked for Baosteel in the early days, but later he was sent to work alone. He had been glorious for several years. However, because of a dispute with others, he was forced to be unable to survive in Puhai, so he came to their house to apply for a job.

My father also saw that he was quite capable, so he left him behind.

Li Yifan made a look in front of everyone and knew everyone. Then, accompanied by several people, he inspected the factory.

Most of the workers in the factory are newly recruited, and according to Theo's idea, most of the people recruited are experienced workers, or college graduates.

It seems that Theo wanted to introduce the Western European system of training for high-quality workers to China. Although this would be the cost of training talents, Li Yifan did not object to him doing this.

You should know that the reason why Western Europe is developed, especially in the manufacturing industry, depends on their special industrial workers training system, and the Germans do this very well.

Several other Western and Nordic countries were also deeply influenced by the Germans and had their own sets of training industrial technical workers, and Li Yifan also highly praised their sets.

After all, if you have such a system, it is equivalent to opening up a channel for workers to rise, so that the workers' positions can be attractive.

In recent years, the most lacking thing in our country is such professional industrial workers. The gap will be even bigger after more than ten years. And even if many factories offer high salaries, they still cannot recruit people.

Many young people are unwilling to work in the worker industry, why?

It is because society is full of discrimination against the workers industry, and the management mechanism and system of our factory cannot leave enough room for improvement and channels for workers. Even if you get level 8 of fitters, you are still a worker and a blue-collar worker, and still do not receive full respect. This is the main reason why young people are unwilling to engage in such a job.

And if we can learn their worker training system from the hands of Europeans, it will certainly be unquestionable for our future industrial development.
