Chapter 3 Conflict
The day in Rubyanka prison began with the ringing of the morning. Although Seriosha and Papa Petrov did not sleep all night, they were still energetic, and despite their nerves, they still pretended to be as if nothing had happened as usual.
The prisoners still lined up to go to the cafeteria to have dinner as usual, and followed the team slowly forward, looking at the table of the car officials from time to time.
Those intellectuals who made mistakes will not be sent here because they are too gentle, so they will live honestly in labor camps within the Arctic Circle. Only those who are not so obedient will be sent here. Although the number of officials in the Lubiyanka prison is not large, they are the most vicious people in the Lubiyanka prison. Their mortal enemies are also the minority Georgians, Azerbaijanis, and the majority of Caucasians and Slavs. It seems that only Kazakhs in Central Asia and
Their relationship is reasonable, probably because during the lentil operation after World War II, many Chechens were forced to move to Central Asia because of rebellion during the war. Many Chechens and Ingush people never considered themselves part of the Soviets. The Chechens' resistance has never changed from ancient times to the present. It was not until the two Chechen wars initiated by Emperor Pujing after the new millennium that experienced the world-famous for their cruelty and ruthlessness that the land there truly restored peace.
If people locked in the Rubyyanka Prison want to survive, they must rely on a certain group. People have formed alliances because of their ethnicity and regions. The Che*chen Gang is undoubtedly the strongest. Although they are not large in number, they are used to being in the Rubyyanka Prison that no one can challenge.
If it weren't forcing me, Selyosha wouldn't have done stupid things to provoke them. The purpose of provoking them was to be locked in the confinement room. Selyosha knew the cruelty of the confinement room, but there were fewer people in the confinement room and the guards were relatively relaxed, so that was definitely a good place to go.
It is very easy to anger the Chechens. With their personality of being frying at a glance, it is definitely not a fuel-efficient lamp. The most difficult thing in prison is to prepare the prisoners' food, not because of the superb skills required, but because of absolute fairness, because any injustice may trigger conflicts. Seryosha just pretended to accidentally put the food on the clothes of a Chechens' boy. He really disappointed the chefs who worked hard to prepare the food.
It is obviously unwise to be severely injured in order to be locked in the confinement room. So Selyosha paid attention to the Che*chen Gang, which was rushing toward the Slav Gang's territory while retreating. The abnormality here instantly attracted the attention of the prisoners, and more and more people gathered over.
"You idiot..." the charlatan cursed.
"Beat him, beat that little white-faced, take off his pants, and kick him hard in the ass."
"These Che* officials thought this was, and this was Moscow, not the countryside of Grozny. Teach them a lesson so that they can know who is the master here."
"Teaching them a lesson!"
"Teaching them a lesson!"
“…”
The people around were afraid that the world would not be in chaos, and the majority of the Slavs also surrounded them. It was not because of how good the relationship between Seriosha and them was, but because of the xenophobic character of the Russians.
Two groups of people stood face to face, which attracted the attention of the guards. Some guards had already taken out batons, and some prisoners who were afraid of trouble quietly stayed away from the place of right and wrong, but how could Selyossa and the others make things so easy to calm down?
"Everyone calm down first, if this continues, no one will have a good harvest." Petrov's father came out to persuade the fight. Of course, he was not really trying to persuade the fight. He hit the guy hard from time to time with his elbow.
"Get out of the old man!" The guy was really angry and pushed Papa Petrov away. Papa Petrov was pushed down on the table and didn't get up for a long time. When he turned his head again, Papa Petrov's forehead had been cut a big hole, and blood had penetrated half of his face from the forehead. I knew this was not the fault of the chariot minister, it was agreed upon by my father Petrov. He polished the edge of a button on the cuff to be extremely sharp. When he was pushed down, he secretly cut his forehead.
Blood is to the people in Rubyanka prison, just like the fireworks of the New Year to the people who are free. It is simply a signal of carnival. The conflict broke out in an instant. Both groups rushed towards each other, waving their fists, and the dinner plates flew everywhere. When the guards saw this kind of situation, they immediately sounded the siren. According to previous management, a team of fully armed guards would rush in to control the situation.
Seryosha and Petrov retreated to the corner, and Petrov threw the button into the trash can, and no one else should have noticed it again.
"Warning, everyone is lying on the ground, holding their heads with their hands! Warning, everyone is lying on the ground, holding their heads with their hands!" Accompanied by the sound from the radio, the fully armed guards rushed in within five minutes, waving the batons and rushing towards the crowd of people fighting together. The smart ones were already lying on the ground, holding their heads with their hands. Those who are disobedient will be hit by a few sticks.
"Who is causing trouble?" asked a stern person.
"It's them two, Captain Andrei" Seryosha and Petrov's father were pulled out of the corner.
"I think you live a very comfortable life. You put them in a lockdown room. You will not be allowed to be released without my orders." Some people looked at Seryosha and Petrov's father sympathetically.
They were handcuffed and brought to the cell by the guards to get some personal belongings. Shelleysha took a Bible and a pack of cigarettes, which were all allowed in the Rubyanka Prison. The guard just took the Bible and looked at it, but did not open it, and returned it to Shelleysha, probably not interested. She checked the cigarettes carefully. Shelleysha and Petrov's father were carefully searched again. Petrov's father took nothing.
Seriosha and Petrov's father were taken to the confinement room, and Petrov's father limped along the way. Although Seriosha was a little worried, he did not ask much.
They were locked in two adjacent confinement rooms. The iron doors of the confinement rooms are completely closed. Unlike the doors of the cell, they are of iron railings. You can see outside. A small window is opened near the lock on the door, which is for food to be sent for dinner. It is cold in winter like an ice cellar, and hot in summer like a steamer. Silence and loneliness torture the people imprisoned here.
Selyosci was pushed into the confinement room, the small window was opened, and the guards signaled Selyosci to reach out. Selyosci did as he did, his handcuffs were opened, and he rubbed his wrists that were red. When the small window was about to be closed, Selyosci pushed open the small window.
When the guards escorted were about to attack, a sound came from the iron gate.
"Sir, can I smoke a cigarette?" Selyosha asked respectfully.
The guard was stunned for a moment and lit a cigarette for Selyosha. Perhaps he also felt that the confinement room was really hard and he felt that it was a little sympathetic to Selyosha.
"Enjoy it," said the guard.
Seryosha took a deep breath of cigarette and smiled at him.
