Chapter 91: The Great Business Commander

Mikhail Dmitrievich Skobelev, an executioner with his hands stained with blood from the people of Central Asia, was born in St. Petersburg in 1843. He graduated from the Russian General Staff Academy in 1868 and has military talent. He is a more famous Russian military strategist in modern times.

In 1873, he participated in the war of expedition to Shiva and made many military achievements. From 1875 to 1876, Kaufman sent to suppress the Kokan National Uprising. In the case of serious shortage of personnel and poor logistics supply, he bloodily suppressed this massive uprising in just a few months, and 40,000 people of all ethnic groups in Central Asia were tragically massacred.

In March 1876, the Russian Empire officially annexed the Khanate of Kokhan and changed it to Fergana Province, where Skobelev served as governor and commander of the army. He did not serve in Central Asia for a long time, but was very fierce and relied on military means to maintain colonial rule. As long as the indigenous people showed a little dissatisfaction, they would be immediately suppressed. If a body of a beaten Russian was found in a certain place, the nearby villages would be burned out.

He then participated in the 10th Russian-Turkish War with a brilliant record. After the outbreak of the war in 1877, Skobelev was transferred from Central Asia to Europe. He first served as a staff officer in the Russian General Command, and later served as chief of staff of the mixed Cossack Division, and exercised the power of the division commander. In the Second Battle of Preven in July 1877, he served as the brigade commander of the Caucasus Cossack Brigade. In August, Mengkong Lovchashi was appointed as the captain of the independent detachment (special forces). The third Plevin

During the Battle of Levin, he served as the commander of the left wing troops in the siege. Later, he served as the commander of the 16th Division, and was excellent in commanding the 16th Division to blockade Previn and cross the Imitria pass in the Balkans during the harsh winter. He played a decisive role in the decisive battle of Chenovo. In February 1878, he captured Saint Stefano near Istanbul, the capital of the Ottoman Empire. He greatly added weight to Russia's final victory at the negotiating table.

In 1878-1880, the commander was promoted to the commander. In 1880, when the Russian army attacked Geoqteper, an important town in Akhalte Golden Oasis (the famous bloody horse - the origin of the Akhalte Golden Horse) in 1879, he was hit hard by the brave Turkmen. Skobelev was transferred to the Turkmen front line and led an army of 11,000 people and 97 cannons to invade Turkmen again. On January 12, 1881, Geoqteper was captured. 6,500 Turkmen bodies were found in the castle. Then Skobelev ordered that 8,000 Turkmens be killed regardless of gender, age and young. Skobelev was promoted to the army general and received the first-class Suvorov Order.

In a sense, this person is somewhat similar to Wang Yi.

Skobelev's famous saying in Asia was: "In Asia, the longevity and ephemeral of peace are directly proportional to your massacre of the enemy. I think this is indeed a theorem. The more fiercely they are hit, the longer they will be."

Now, this is the main enemy that Wang Yishou has to face!

The Northeast Republic was divided into two war zones: the Western War Zone was led by Zheng Haitao, who was stationed in Jaquessa. In addition to the two fortress troops, his troops also had an infantry regiment of the First Artillery Division and the Second Infantry Division and an artillery regiment. Their opponent was the Central Asian butcher Skobelev! Due to his weakness in military strength for a period of time, Zheng Haitao was forced to take a defensive position and use the strong defense of the fortress to consume the opponent's vitality.

The Eastern War Zone was divided into two steps. The first step was led by Chief of Staff Wu Xiao to block the Rajci front army from crossing the Outer Xing'an Mountains. If it could not be stopped, retreat to Urchentun and resist the attack in the direction of Heilongjiang and Miaojie. The second step was led by Qian Baiji, the commander of the First Division, and joined forces with an infantry regiment and an artillery regiment of the Second Infantry Division to encircle and eliminate the opponent. Wu Xiao would set off from Miaotun, cross the Outer Xing'an Mountains, attack the Rajci supply line and retreat route, and even the important Tsarist Russian town, Yakutsk!

In addition to the two major war zones, Wang Yi also ambushed the First Cavalry Division on the east bank of the Korguna River.

General Shengjing, General Jilin, and General Heilongjiang have all known the news and are waiting for it. Although most of Wang Yi's insurance team is still in Mohe, south of Heilongjiang, General Ding'an of Heilongjiang turned a blind eye to this matter.

Among the generals of Fengji and Heihei provinces, whether they were General Qi Yuan, Shengjing, and his successor, Chongqi, or Heilongjiang General Ding'an, who had a good relationship, or even the Jilin General Ming'an, who had a strong grudge against Da Shang, felt that they should help Da Shang overcome this difficulty. Because the northeast of the outside world was the land of the Qing Dynasty, and the war with Tsarist Russia was a national war. Although they would not participate in the war directly, they secretly mobilized local people and even the army to help Da Shang ensure logistics and provide transportation. Wang Yi was very moved.

Not only that, all the employees of Dashang and all the members of the price alliance, whether they are really patriotic or giving him face to Wang and donating money and materials. The Dashang conscription office was also overcrowded. If Wang Yi had not forced himself to resist, the older students among the first batch of students affiliated to Dashang this year would have to give up their studies and join the army!

However, compared with this, the situation in Beijing this year is extremely strange. Because the original two palaces suddenly became the first palace in everyone's jaw-dropping!

Empress Dowager Ci'an was slightly ill on April 7 to the evening of April 8. She died in such an uncertain way at the Xu hour, between 19:00 and 21:00. It may be nothing if an ordinary person dies, but the two pillars of power in the Qing Dynasty suddenly broke one. I don't know how many people are calculating the gains and losses of the interests. However, for Cixi, who was two years older than Ci'an, everything was calm. Arrange the funeral and let the ministers of the king pay tribute to the remains of Empress Dowager Ci'an.

Then prepare a coffin for Ci'an, that is, the Golden Chamber! Do everything... Well, it's absolutely true! No one can make a mistake! Because this old woman who has been in power for too long knows that she has no control. She can stand at the peak of the power of the Qing Dynasty and spend the rest of her life to see all the mountains and the ghosts and monsters mixed in it! Look at them pretending and look at them all ugly. I will tolerate others in the first half of my life, and I will tolerate others in the second half of my life!

In contrast, Prince Gong Yi lacked a reliable ally, and the stable three-yuan power center suddenly became a two-polar one! He was still at the weak level. His power path began to decline, and after the Sino-French War, he also learned to clamp his tail and be a human being.

Wang Yiyi didn't care much about the power struggle within the Qing Dynasty. He knew that the original history was not very good, except for the changes in the northeast, but the rest of the places should be killed and the people should be born. In addition to the generals of the three provinces, the other ones who really care about were Zuo Zongtang, who had been transferred to the Governor of Liangjiang and Minister of Commerce of Nanyang, and Li Hongzhang, the Governor of Zhili and Minister of Commerce of Beiyang.

After sending telegrams to the two of them, Wang Yi went to Dashang Shipyard.

Zhang Jingxiao is now the father of three children. In addition to the twins that have made Wang Yi very troubled, his wife Qin Luan gave birth to another son last year. Wang Yi inevitably complained about this kind of thing, and he was very diligent in his work this night!

Since obtaining the Northeast region, Dashang Shipyard has become busy. In addition to the original third sister ship of the Gentleman, it has also begun to manufacture small gunboats. It is 25 meters long and uses Dashang's unique boiler internally. It uses fuel as raw materials, with a displacement of 300 tons, and the ship speed easily reaches 25 knots. It is equipped with a 120mm rapid-fire cannon and two electric-driven Gatling machine guns.

Eight ships have been built, six of which have been sent to Miaotun and two are left at the naval base for use.

The Ship Design Institute's dreadnought, which had already cost nearly five million Dashang silver coins, was just a prototype at this time. Heavy artillery was under development. It is estimated that even if everything went well, it would take two to three years to complete the entire development. In addition, a year of sea tests, Wang Yi was able to study for undergraduate studies again and again. However, even with this research speed, Wang Yi was moved and satisfied! About half of the shipyard was foreigners, and they all joined the Dashang nationality... Now they are the nationality of the Northeast Republic. It is precisely because of their help that Dashang can go so fast and so steadily. Of course, Wang Yi is worthy of them. He lived well, ate well, retired, medical care, work-related injuries, and accidents. The shipyard invested four insurances for them at Dashang Insurance Company, and his children could go to Dashang Affiliated Primary School without any worries. In addition to the extremely strict confidentiality measures, which made newcomers a little uncomfortable, this is the ideal home for people.

The boatmen spoke dialects of various countries and greeted Wang Yi. Because he always came over, they were all very familiar with each other.

Zhang Jingxiao said at this time: "Sir, they said you are going to the front line?"

Wang Yi was stunned and said, "What am I going to do? I am still a child!"

Zhang Jingxiao smiled and said, "You took us to wipe out the bandits back then! You were a real child at that time...physical."

Wang Yi didn't care and said, "You can't always point at me like this in war!"

Zhang Jingxiao nodded and took the lead and said, "Sir, what I said is! If you don't go to the battlefield to command yourself, you will never train a good military strategist. There are many empty talkers, most of whom are either Zhao Kuo or Ma Su."

Wang Yi shook his head and said, "Zhao Kuo and Ma Su may not be good generals. Unfortunately, they gave too few opportunities and did not train enough! And they put such great pressure on the first time, which is to encourage growth. If you experience it a few more times, no matter whether you win or lose, I think it will probably be able to fight."

This is the first time Zhang Jingxiao has heard such a saying...

Wang Yidao: "I don't deny that there are geniuses in the world, but it's more about the acquired training! The two failed battles between Zhao Kuo and Ma Su are not so much about making them both problems. It is better to say that the two decision makers who chose these two as the head coaches. It's like a child who didn't learn well, it is not the child's responsibility, it is the teacher who didn't teach well!"

“The teacher means…”

"Skobelev, although he can be unparalleled in Central Asia, he will just wait to die on one acre of three-point land in Da Shang! If the first batch of 100,000 people fails, I will recruit 200,000. If 200,000 people fails, I will recruit 400,000! I will train all my subordinates into a army of hundreds of battles. I allow them to make mistakes and can defeat wars. I will pave the way for them to take a chance!"
