Chapter 4 The Castle

It's like having a nightmare.

Someone pointed a gun at his head and told you, I'm with you.

You made yourself a lunatic and got into this lunatic asylum just to get close to an arms dealer who was also a lunatic?

Let him tell you where is the batch of arms he is hiding? Then report the result to your boss, and then go back to get promoted and raise?

"In Yadi Mai." Gu Zheng was skeptical and said the three words that the prince had been talking about, "The prince said that the secret warehouse is in Yadi Mai."

The man took a deep breath, "Is it in the mountainous area east of Yadima? No, he lied, we had already climbed the mountain to grow potatoes. Think about it, are there any other suspicious places?"

Gu Zheng blinked his eyes, and it seemed that there was a place name rolling back and forth in his heart, but he couldn't catch it, so he simply shook his head, "No, I'm not sure!"

"Bang!" The slide projector behind him changed a photo. Some place names appeared on the wall, accompanied by place names, and satellite pictures and some street scenes next to it. "Gu Zheng, see if there are any places that you look familiar or familiar with? It is related to arms."

The place names were scrolling and playing in front of his eyes, and the satellite images and street scenes were also replaced one by one. The light of PPT was imprinted in Gu Zheng's pupils. The names and scenery entered his mind one by one, constantly matching his remaining memories.

Mochadi, non-Cannes, Gurenata, Salama, Hulunhai, Dunlichs...

"Donliezh? That's not in the Soviet Union, right? Salama is in South America and Hulun Sea is in the Arctic Ocean?" Gu Zheng asked.

"Missive!" The man snapped his fingers, and someone immediately changed a batch of place names and pictures...

Jajtai, castle, Abakan, Barnaur, Belkakit, Pravyinsk...

Ancient castle!

Apart from Yadi Mai, only the castle was the most noticeable thing for Gu Zheng. He had no impression of the rest of the messy place names, and only the castle kept coming to his mind.

The figure was stunned for a while, and before a cigar was finished, it was knocked out on the table, "Are you sure?"

Gu Zheng licked his lips, "I only have an impression of this place name, but I don't know if it's what you are looking for."

The scene fell into silence for a while, so quiet that even the smoke could be heard even when it was floating in the air.

From beginning to end, the person opposite did not illuminate his face to Gu Zheng. The only thing they communicated with was the voice and the standing and walking posture. His smoking must be very melancholy because his voice was very special, as if it had been specially treated, and it seemed very unreal.

The slides on the wall stayed on the castle's place name and satellite maps matching it, as well as some familiar street scenes.

This is a city with castles. The specific age of existence cannot be verified. The castle in the center of the city looks mottled and there are three-color flags hanging on it. It is one of the few remains left in the Barbaric Age.

Gu Zheng thought that the castle looked familiar, and if he could go there, it would be the best.

"Bang!" The slideshow was replaced again, and a face that was smiling brightly appeared on the wall, wearing a T-shirt with the words B.A.T.F printed on it, and a work sign of B.A.T.F. Gu Zheng looked at it for a long time and felt familiar, but he didn't know who it was.

The man had already walked out of the door, but the voice came in, "That's you, Lieutenant Colonel! A first-level secret agent of the State Tobacco and Gun Explosives Administration, only a few people know your identity, and I happen to be one of them. If I were you, I would go back to pack up. Remember to get up early and follow me tomorrow! If you can find that batch of arms in the castle, we will welcome you home!"

"What if I can't find it?" Gu Zheng turned around and asked.

The sound disappeared with the footsteps that were gone, and only two gun guards were left at the door. The light above his head was turned on, and the light broke through the darkness again and returned to this world.

Gu Zheng was taken back to the ward and threw him on his bed. The moment the guard closed the iron door, the prince suddenly crawled over from the next bed.

"Are you leaving?"

"How do you know?"

"Because you have a cigar smell, the doctors here never smoke, and the guards can't afford to smoke. Some big shots came to see you, have you passed their physical examination?"

"You are a very careful person." Gu Zheng looked at the prince, put down the sheets that were being laid in his hand, and asked: "So, is it possible that you deliberately remember the location of your arsenal incorrectly? In fact, it is no longer Yadi Mai, but somewhere else..."

The prince shook his head and shook Gu Zheng's saliva on his face. Gu Zheng suddenly felt his mind and asked, "Mochadi, non-Cannes, Gurenata, Salama, Hulunhai, Dunliezh..."

The prince looked confused and didn't know what Gu Zheng was saying.

Gu Zheng asked again: "Do you have any impression of these place names?"

The prince had some hesitation in his eyes, but soon returned to normal, and he was still confused.

Gu Zheng asked tentatively, "Where is the ancient castle? Do you have any impression?"

The prince thought about it and was about to nod, Gu Zheng asked again: "Abakan, you must remember Abakan!"

"Abakan..." The prince thought about it again, "This place is very familiar."

"Which one is more familiar to you, Castle or Abakan?"

“Abakan.”

Gu Zheng lay on his bed, turned over and turned his back to the prince.

He had some questions in his mind.

Why did he have such a deep impression of the castle? He felt very familiar with the castle when he saw it? He should have lost his memory. He should not remember these place names, not to mention that these place names do not have any place worth familiar with. This is the same as ordinary place names such as Minsk, Kiev, and Volgograd. If you want to remember these place names that are rolling in front of you, the latter will have more meanings to remember.

Based on this premise, then the problem arises.

If he was so interested in an ordinary place name when he remembered nothing, there were only two possibilities. The first one might be that this place is particularly important to him, even more important than his parents and lovers, making it almost indelible in his mind. Although the memory is damaged, the remaining remains can be replenished. The second possibility is that in this ward, someone nagging the place name in his ears all day long, leaving traces in his new memory system.

This person should be the only prince in the entire ward.

But the prince kept saying that his arsenal was in Yadima, not the castle? When asked about those place names, the hesitation in the prince's eyes was not as irresponsible as hearing a secret that he shouldn't have told, but the embarrassment of not knowing how to answer.
