Cao Zijian's famous quotes flowed slowly in his mind. Although in the Blue Sky Rain, Lingbo Weibu may not be stronger than Yunshao. The two have different characteristics, and they should have their own advantages. However, Lingbo Weibu has a lot of introductory works in "The Legend of the Condor Heroes", and Blue Sky Rain is inevitably yearning for.

The scroll not only draws the steps, but also notes the directions of the sixty-four hexagrams of the Book of Changes in detail.

The practice is effective, and the mind is smooth. When I step, I gradually think of the sentences related to the "Lotus Goddess Fu" that are related to the slight steps of the waves: "It seems like the light clouds covering the moon, floating like the flowing wind returning to the snow", "Suddenly I go around and play with it", "The divine light is separated and merged, and the yin and yang are suddenly yang", "The body is light and the crane stands up, and it is about to fly but not fly", "The body is flying fast, and the duck is floating like a god", "The movement is impermanent, and it is dangerous and safe. It is difficult to move forward, and it is like going back and forth."

Especially the last sixteen words - "There is no constant movement, if it is dangerous and safe. If it is difficult to move forward, if it is going back or going back", it seems that the essence of this set of steps is.

But even though I have some understanding in my heart, I must do the following in my steps: "The movement is impermanent, if it is dangerous and safe, if it is difficult to move forward, if it is difficult to go back." I don't know how much hard work will take to practice, and when will it take to reach this state.

Lan Tianyu stayed at the bottom of the valley for about half a month. He was already very familiar with the first path of the Beiming Divine Arts and had already mastered Lingbo Weibu. If he wanted to make more diligence, it would not be the skill of Hengri.
