Chapter 5: The Protagonist Appears

The human army is about to enter the field again, and the US military except Lin Bin seems very excited.

Not only was there whistling sounds in the sky, but some explosions also joined in. The aliens did not have air force for the time being, but the aliens obviously had air defense weapons!

The team that wanted to evacuate the battlefield, Giles, who was walking in front, suddenly raised his hand and clenched his fists and squatted down slowly. The rest of the people were half-squatting on the ground after seeing it.

Bell ran to Walker and lowered his voice, "Captain, I found a position in front of him that was suspected to be an enemy."

Walker raised his hand and kept waving, waving towards a vestibule lawn with the flowerbed, and the people behind him naturally followed.

While they were hiding, they heard a dull sound not far ahead, and soon there was an explosion in the sky.

"It should be an anti-aircraft artillery position?" Walker seemed quite surprised: "New weapons appeared again!"

That's total nonsense, okay? It's obvious that aliens dare to invade, but they are obviously prepared. If they are purely infantry, it's really funny. The addition of the alien's drone air force behind them also shows this.

Walker said muffled: "We have two options now. One is to avoid the anti-aircraft gun position, but our friendly forces will be subject to artillery fire. The other option is to risk the attack."

As soon as Walker finished speaking, more than one person chose to attack rather than dodge.

"Very good." Walker said with relief, and yelled in a low voice again: "Bloody battle to the end!"

The inexplicable slogans and inexplicable confidence, the decision to attack was passed, and the next step was the arrangement of tactical formation, and Lin Bin and Sandos were excluded again.

The same problem is still the same. Walker and others are originally the same tactical team. If a stranger inserts it, it will not increase combat effectiveness, but there will be a risk that the tactics will be disrupted.

"They don't have a machine gun team." Sandos looked at it without any displeasure and said to Lin Bin with concern: "Lin, your marksmanship is very good, wait and try your best to cover it."

Walker was waving his hand again, and the soldiers who had distributed tactical formations moved forward alternately.

Lin Bin nodded to Sandos, and the next moment he followed.

Everyone has doubts, such as whether thick fog can block the sight of aliens. After all, no one is unfamiliar with aliens.

They carefully touched forward about twenty meters. As assaulters, Bell and Giles took the grenade from the tactical vest on their chests. With one hand, they pulled the security and unbuttoned it. They shouted "grenade" and threw it out.

The two grenades were accurately thrown in the center of the position. The aliens there seemed to have not understood what the iron lump was. One of them bent down and reached down to get it. The first grenade exploded with a "boom", and then the second grenade exploded.

You can see two strong lights flashing in front and back, and several aliens were lifted up by the explosion of airflow. The base was not a wheel but a tentacle-like vehicle.

The next moment, the human roar and gunpowder fired loudly. The alien soldiers who reacted fought back, and the hot projectiles were flying in the thick fog.

This team of soldiers already knew the weakness of aliens. The soldiers fed with massive ammunition would not be much worse. They still intersected each other in the battle at close range and changed tactical formations. Lin Bin and others supported the rear, and the aliens began to retreat after a large number of deaths in battle.

Lin Bin, who had emptied a magazine, removed it and replaced it again. There were six aliens he killed just now, and almost four out of ten were responsible for the number.

"I'm just saying it!" Sandos was very happy. He approached and patted Lin Bin's shoulder and said, "Your marksmanship is very good."

Walker and others were observing the situation in the position, and they heard someone shouting for TNT. Lin Bin didn't care about responding to Sandos and hurried over.

"Corporate." Lin Bin looked at the alien vehicle lying on the ground and was still pedaling on the mechanical legs, and said in a confident tone: "When I was trained, it was excellent to detonate."

Walker must have observed that Lin Bin killed many aliens just now, and his attitude was more than twice as good as he did. He laughed and scolded: "No one has the honor of blowing up an alien cannon." He said that, but he obviously agreed to Lin Bin to blow up.

The rest of the soldiers were talking about the inexplicable prompt sound in their minds just now. Maybe they were too nervous just now and the gunshots were a little dense, and none of them noticed what they heard.

Lin Bin volunteered to reward him, of course, and he was relieved when he heard the discussions of several soldiers.

Soon, Lin Bin installed explosives and detonation devices. He was about to stand up and retreat far enough when alien soldiers appeared on the roof, and they immediately shot when they emerged.

Walker, who was assigned tasks to his subordinates, was hit and fell to the ground without even humming. The rest of the soldiers retreated to a hidden place.

"The corporal was killed! The corporal was killed!"

"Repeat, the corporal died!"

The announcement, the swearing sounds and gunfire sounds gathered together. Lin Bin kept dodging. During this period, he grabbed the detonator in his hand tightly, ran far enough in a panic, pounced forward and yelled behind a car and shouted "detonate". Without hesitation, he pressed the detonating button. Then a deafening explosion sounded, and the ground trembled.

"Run, run, run! Run into the house!" Lin Bin endured the discomfort caused by the explosion to his eardrums and head. After getting up, he approached Sandos while fighting back. He didn't even hear clearly that he had just reported that he had won 250 reward points. After he went over, he pulled Sandos who was still shooting, and shouted: "Don't run yet!"

Walker died in battle, and the team that lost command seemed to be confused. Only two people followed Lin Bin's advice and retreated to the house not far away. They were more likely to shoot at the alien soldiers on the spot. Soon the soldiers suffered casualties again.

"Go to the window and shoot with the bunker." Lin Bin did it in his own way, shooting at the targets on the opposite roof while shouting at the confused US troops: "You are living targets now, come in quickly!"

Hatred will blind people's eyes and brains. People who are usually very brave will dare to kill dragons when they are stimulated by hatred for a while, but people who do this will usually become food in the dragon's mouth. In less than two minutes, all the US troops who did not hide in time became corpses lying on the ground and motionless.

"TMD!" Lin Bin turned around and reached out to pull Sandos again, but was slapped away by Sandos and couldn't help but roar: "You idiots, don't let the vitality that others have earned with their lives!"

Sandos was already in tears, and the same was true for the other two surviving soldiers. They were both surprised and felt as if they were comforted by Lin Bin.

If it were possible, Lin Bin wouldn't say that the people who died outside just now were not a cover, they were stupid to die. But it's useless to tell the truth now, so it may get hatred.

The only four remaining people, they left the backyard of the house.

This time, Lin Bin led his team to walk towards areas with complex terrain. Along the way, he used abandoned vehicles and any objects that could be hidden. He found that aliens were also detouring, not recklessly fighting fire.

Fords was lucky enough to escape just now. He said to his comrade Clark Jackson: "Lin's skills are really agile."

Jackson was the elite soldier who was a group with Walker as the palace back. He seemed to be in the grief of his comrades' death, and just nodded without saying a word.

A group of people was consciously taken to the neighborhood near Ocean Park by Lin Bin. He vaguely remembered that the protagonist's team was there to exchange fire with aliens, and Sandos and the 40 surviving Land Division soldiers also met the protagonist nearby. He wanted to lead the team to the initially established destination, that is, the police station.

Los Angeles has become a big battlefield. While gunfire is constantly sounding, fighter planes are roaring by the sky at all times. Listening to the movement of the battle, a large number of firefighting on the land occurred five kilometers away inland, but the explosions on the coastline did not stop.

"It should be the movement caused by the navy's warship." Sandos followed Lin Bin all the way, and seemed to have a strong sense of dependence. She asked, "Where are we moving forward?"

Lin Bin did not answer, but stretched out his left arm and clamped it into a fist shape and moved it up and down. It was a tactical gesture of "discovering an abnormality and taking warning."

It's strange that they seem to have not encountered alien troops for more than ten minutes, and the thick fog around them is slowly dissipating.

Fords approached with a small step and asked with a suppressed voice: "What's the situation?"

In fact, Lin Bin didn't see anything, but he always felt that someone was peeping at him. That was not the sixth sense, but his two great arrivals on the earth where great changes were fought. There were several personal adventures and teams to take risks, constantly cultivating a sense of danger in life and death.

The intense anxiety and a feeling of being snooped made Lin Bin choose to lead the team to find a house to hide, and they ended up hiding into a pizza restaurant.

"You look like you're in a lot of battles?" Jackson looked curious: "It's not like the soldiers who can be trained by the recruits."

Lin Bin is gnawing on pizza, not only him, but everyone is eating pizza.

Those pizzas were made and packaged intact. They probably changed a lot when they wanted to send them out, but they were left in the kitchen.

Lin Bin swallowed the food and said with a smile: "I used to serve in my country's army."

Jackson said "Oh" first, and was silent for a while before saying: "I really don't understand how an excellent soldier like you can easily allow retirement. He should be given better treatment to stay. Especially for a war-produced soldier like you, there should be not many troops in the Eastern power."

"Yes." Fords continued: "The whole world thinks that the army of the Eastern power is an "existence army". It has not been fought for so many years, so it can..."
