Chapter 2 The Language of Prehistoric Tribes

Before Shi Yuan could rest, he heard a messy sound not far away, "@EE^&*@EE…” The sound sounded like someone was talking, but the pronunciation was very strange.

Shi Yuan tried hard to sit up, but because the weeds were too high, he only showed half of his head.

Through the gaps of the weeds, Shi Yuan saw a shirtless man next to the big tree not far away, at least two meters tall. His dark skin looked like he was in his thirties or forties. His lower body was wrapped in a grass skirt, and his wooden stick kept plucking the weeds beside him.

"Eva, what is he talking about?" Shi Yuan retracted his head, curled up his left leg, and knelt on his knees with his hands.

"The master... is searching for matching language." The electronic sound in his mind sounded again.

"Oh." Shi Yuan looked around carefully, but did not find anyone else.

"I found it. This is a tribal language in the seventh degree civilization that disappeared and transitioned to the third civilization, similar to the syllables issued by the Banpo people."

"Prehistoric tribe? Is this the primitive planet?"

Shi Yuan remembered that the spaceship had just completed a starry sky jump when it encountered a cosmic storm and was involved in a light curtain similar to Saturn's rings. After the bright light shone, he knew nothing. New memories began with fighting with the giant chicken.

"Master..., it has been successfully matched with the other party's language. Has it been transmitted into your language functional area?" Eva asked.

“Okay, transfer.”

As soon as the words fell, Shi Yuan felt a faint current passing through deep in his brain. This was Eva's reaction to instilling language into his nerve center.

During the transmission process, Shi Yuan's physical strength began to lose again. The accumulated physical strength was quickly consumed by more than half, so he had to close his eyes and adjust his breathing.

After a while, after a slight sting in the depths of the brain, Eva's electronic sound rang again, "Master... has been transmitted and can be used."

"OK, thanks."

Shi Yuan did not open his eyes immediately, but continued to adjust his breathing and restore his strength. The air here was fresh and pleasant. With every breath, he felt like he had been cleaned from the inside out, his whole body was comfortable and light, as if he could fly at any time.

"I am not familiar with the place, so it's not good to have contact with strangers, right?" Shi Yuan asked worriedly when he recovered.

Eva let out an electronic synthesis laugh, "Haha, what are you afraid of? Ask where is this? Can you still eat it?"

"What if you are really a cannibal?"

"Well……"

After a while, Shi Yuan said in his heart, "Okay, I'll be familiar with the language first, and I'll ask later."

Soon, Shi Yuan discovered that this language was extremely rich and was by no means as simple as he thought.

There are all kinds of numeric units such as tens of millions. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow these are also common words. There are also some awkward and difficult phonemes like mantras. He can say them, but he does not understand the meaning, phrases, words, morphemes and other grammatical units that are connected with Chinese, but they are basically understandable.

How could there be such a rich language? This is not like tribal language at all, but more like the cultural crystallization of a great civilization.

From these languages, we can see that they have their own life creeds and logical thinking, and the refinement of the words made Shi Yuan so surprised.

After getting familiar with it, Shi Yuan hugged a few handfuls of grass to cover important parts, then took a deep breath, stood up cautiously, and said to the big man, "@#E%^... Hello Uncle."

When Shi Yuan issued syllables similar to Dahan, he knew that the language had been converted, and he could communicate with the other party.

"Hmm?" The big man looked up at Xunsheng, quickly placed the stick across his chest, and took a few steps back, and said vigilantly, "Who?"

"It's me." Shi Yuan walked out from behind the tree.

"Oh, what are you doing here? Are you looking for the Vulcan God too?" The big man saw that he was a child, so he lowered the wooden stick slightly and asked.

"God of Fire?" Shi Yuan asked for a moment of silence, "Uncle, I want to ask, where is this?"

"Where? The dry water forest!" The big man's eyes seemed to be looking at a monster, at least Shi Yuan felt that way.

"Uh..." Shi Yuan was speechless, and wanted to reorganize the language in his heart and ask again.

The big man was stunned when he saw the giant chicken on the ground, lowered his stick again and said, "Did you kill?"

Shi Yuan nodded and looked at the shaking grass behind the big man nervously.

The grass was quickly separated, and a thin child emerged from it. His whole body was naked and he didn't even wear a grass skirt. His skin was as dark as a man. His chaotic hair was hanging down. His face was dirty. The shadow of the man could be vaguely seen between his eyebrows and eyes. The child's big eyes hidden in the gap in his hair were clearly a little cunning.

The child is very careful when walking. Every time he takes a step, he will fall down gently. His eyes are still spinning around, scanning everything around him. Any sound will touch his nerves and make him stop and listen with his ears.

When he came to the man, the child raised his hand and pulled the man's arm. The man bent down and leaned over. The child lay in the man's ear and whispered a few words, then turned his head and looked at Shi Yuan without blinking.

The big man straightened his back and thought, and after looking around again, he looked down at the child in confusion, turned his head to look at the giant chicken, and finally fell on Shi Yuan, with incredible eyes.
