Chapter 20 Competing for the Rat Charm

In an auction house in San Francisco, Kuang San and Walong sat in the audience, quietly waiting for the porcelain lamp containing the rat talisman to appear.

Because Kuang San took into account the situation in the Marvel world, he took the initiative to find the next talisman without the command of the Holy Lord.

Since the incident in the extreme north ended, people from District 13 have always stared at them without hesitation. Even when Kuang San went shopping, he could sense the existence of those agents.

At the auction, Tokizaki Kuangsan and the others met Jackie Chan as expected. Several agents wearing sunglasses followed him, as if staring at them.

"Ala! Jackie Chan also brought people from District 13 this time. It seems that you can't do too much!"

Kuang San looked at Walong with a smile and said softly.

"Hmph, those guys in District 13 are really worry-free!"

Walong frowned, as if he was very disgusted with District 13. His business had been hit continuously, which naturally made Walong very unhappy.

While talking, the two of them focused on auction items after auction, waiting for the spell they wanted to appear.

"The Napoleon Medal was sold for 20,000 US dollars!" the auctioneer said excitedly.

"Okay, the next auction item is a porcelain lamp with mouse patterns that starts at one hundred dollars!"

The auctioneer looked around most of the uninterested guests and smiled helplessly.

"Is anyone bid?"

"I'll pay one hundred and fifty dollars!" Jackie Chan said loudly without hesitation.

When Kuang San heard Jackie Chan's words, he showed a hint of disdain in his eyes, and at the same time came up with a wonderful idea.

"Five hundred dollars!" Kuang San raised his license plate as usual and said calmly.

"Five hundred dollars, is there anyone else who bid?"

The auctioneer was delighted. He didn't expect that someone would compete for this worthless porcelain lamp.

"Five hundred and fifty dollars!" Jackie Chan also raised his license plate and looked at Kuang Sanyi's expression that I would not lose to you.

Jackie Chan became more and more careful when facing the mysterious girl Kukuzo Tokizaki. Even though the other party had no intention of killing him, he had to find a way to get the talisman in order to prevent problems.

"Ten thousand dollars!" Kuang San glanced at Jackie Chan with a playful look and said softly.

Everyone around looked at this beautiful girl in shock. They could not have imagined that a porcelain lamp worth less than fifty dollars would be raised to such a price.

Most of them were watching Jackie Chan, as if he wanted to see what he had plans. Judging from the appearance of the two of them, they seemed to be determined to win the porcelain lamp, so the auction price would definitely be a sky-high price.

"I bet five hundred dollars! The price must be more than one million!" said a good businessman without hesitation.

"Me and I!" the businessmen around him said with a look of good show.

Facing so many dazzling gazes, Jackie Chan felt uncomfortable, but Kuang San still smiled at Jackie Chan calmly, as if waiting for his price increase.

Then, an agent came to Jackie Chan and muttered something. Kuang San saw Jackie Chan's brows stretching, as if he had some reliance.

"It seems that those guys in District 13 gave Jackie Chan confidence, at least they were financially."

Walong frowned and looked at Jackie Chan with a confident look in discomfort.

"Since that's the case, I have a way to cheat him. Are you interested?"

Kuang San said with a conspiracy-like smile on his lips.

"You might as well talk!" Walong said with interest.

Then, Kuang San gently narrated his plan in Walong's ear through his mental power, or it was a conspiracy!

"This idea is good!" After learning about Kuang San's plan, Walong said with a smile on his face.

"Of course, I need the help of the Shadow Corps in the end!"

Kuang San stepped on his feet gently, sensed the number of these ninjas, and said with satisfaction.

The Shadow Corps was last handed over to Kuang San to use by the Holy Lord, and was used to help Kuang San to better complete the task of collecting talismans.

"Sixty thousand!" Jackie Chan raised his license plate and continued.

"Hundreds of thousands!"

"100,000 five!"

…………

Then, Kurosan Tokisaki and Jackie Chan were like they were taking gunpowder, causing the price of porcelain lamps to rise rapidly. The auctioneer was already numbly watching their bidding, but the surprise in his eyes was clearly visible.

"Five million!" When Kuang San said the amazing price again, Jackie Chan hesitated for a moment and did not raise the license plate for the time being.

The funds provided by Black were only about five million US dollars, so Jackie Chan did not raise the license plate, and he was also hesitating whether to continue to increase the price.

Speaking of which, five million is a small matter for Kuangsan. If you can buy it, Kuangsan will get it back by himself.

"Five million times..." the auctioneer said impatiently.

"Allah! I've given up, Mr. Jackie Chan is indeed understanding!"

Kuang San looked at Jackie Chan provocatively and said, his words constantly stimulating his nerves, trying to ignite Jackie Chan's inner gunpowder barrel.

As soon as Kuang San finished speaking, Jackie Chan's face changed several times. Then when the auctioneer was about to shout the third sound, he said loudly: "Eight million!"

"..." When everyone in the audience heard this voice, they stared at Jackie Chan with a caring and mentally retarded look.

Jackie Chan looked at Kuang San with some anxiety. He hoped that Kuang San would take a picture of this thing and he would just teach the other party a lesson, but this time he was destined to be disappointed.

"Eight million times!" the auctioneer said excitedly.

"Eight million twice!" When the auctioneer said it the second time, Jackie Chan was already extremely nervous.

Kuang San ignored Jackie Chan's expression and continued to look at him with a look of fools. Walong became even more proud. Even if Jackie Chan got the talisman, they had a way to take it back.

"Eight million US dollars, the third time!" The auctioneer decided and breathed a sigh of relief. He knew that the deal had been reached.

"Congratulations to Mr. Jackie Chan, he got the porcelain lamp, worth eight million US dollars! It is also the dark horse of this auction!"

The auctioneer looked at Jackie Chan with a bitter face with excitement, not caring why he was not very interested.

"Jackie Chan, congratulations! The rat talisman is left to you for safekeeping."

Kuang San held a Gothic long skirt and gave Jackie Chan a lady gift, saying with a smile.

Suddenly, Jackie Chan was stunned. It seemed like a crow was scolding a fool on his head. Now he finally understood that he had been plotted against again.

"Unfortunate, unlucky, really unlucky!" Jackie Chan said with a miserable look on his face as if holding the porcelain lamp.

"Goodbye, Mr. Jackie Chan! Keep the rat talisman for me." Kuang San nodded to Walong and signaled him to leave with him.

"Jackie Chan, what's going on? You should know that the funds we provide are limited?"

Black, who was hiding in the distance, came to Jackie Chan and said at the end of the auction house.

"Sorry, Black, I'm so careless."

Jackie Chan took awkwardly at the porcelain lamp on his hand, not knowing what to say.

Suddenly, just as Jackie Chan was trying to explain something, a shadow crawled out of the darkness and quietly reached out to the porcelain lamp on Jackie Chan's hand.

Jackie Chan just felt a lighter in his hand and the porcelain lamp that cost eight million yuan was gone, and a ninja full of evil spirit appeared in front of him.
