Chapter 50 Moonlight (Part 2)

Elegantly, the sound of the piano like the rippling river surface echoes quietly in the music classroom, making people in a dreamlike state.

After the first movement, there is a transitional second movement. This movement is something that Lu Wei has never encountered before, but it is not very difficult in terms of technique.

The second movement is a trilogy style, adopting the genre of a ministep, with elegant, light and full of vitality. This is a transitional movement, which is prepared for the entry of the first movement, and it seems that the smile left in the moment temporarily frees the sad soul.

Lu Wei looked at the score and looked at it slowly. Lu Wei felt that although it was his first time to come into contact with the second movement, he felt a very familiar feeling in his hand. He only played each sentence once and remembered it firmly, as if he had played it a thousand times, but it was a little longer. After a while, he reviewed it again. Even Lu Wei could feel some of the expression marks on the score. Lu Wei knew that this familiar muscle feeling must have come from the memory of William Kempff, the authoritative player of Beethoven.

In less than half an hour, the second movement was played smoothly under Lu Wei's hands. Lu Wei began to open the score to the third movement, which was the most gorgeous and the most difficult movement in the whole song. The score of the Big Sixteen was recorded on sixteen pages.

The third movement is the climax of the whole song, written in a sonata style. The main theme, such as unstoppable conflict and passion, has a dramatic effect. It is closely related to the second movement. However, the emotions expressed are very different; the sub-subject is full of enthusiasm, like a complaint from the bottom of the heart. The continuous eighth notes of the ending part play a firm rhythm, expressing impulsive enthusiasm and strong will. After entering the expansion part, the degree of inner excitement is stronger. When the boiling enthusiasm in the ending part reaches its peak, a slow and long tone suddenly appears, which quickly becomes silent. After that, there is a more violent impact, and finally ends in two powerful strings, as if affirming the will to ultimately defeat the sad feelings and inner contradictions, thus proving that people will eventually win in the confrontation with destiny.

Even though Lu Wei had a familiar muscle memory in his hand, such a long and difficult score was correct for more than two hours. Lu Wei focused on practicing the piano, immersed in the world of music, without even realizing that the sky outside had darkened.

When Lu Wei felt that his eyes could not see clearly the notes on the score and he was about to turn on the lights in the music classroom, he realized that it was already half past six. Lu Wei shook his head and smiled. He didn't expect that he had practiced for so long without realizing it. However, the more than two hours of concentration were not wasted. Lu Wei was now able to play the third movement smoothly.

"Gurgle!" A voice of incompetence came from Lu Wei's stomach, reminding Lu Wei that it was time to have a meal. Lu Wei patted his stomach gently and said with a smile: "I'm not in a hurry yet, why are you anxious?" He said that, and took out his cell phone and dialed Kang Xiaoling's phone number.

"Master, what are you doing?" Lu Wei asked with a smile.

"Well, I'm having dinner in the restaurant, why didn't I see you?"

“Did you have fun shopping this afternoon?”

"It's okay."

"I haven't eaten yet. Now I'm in the music building. Can you buy me a copy later?" Lu Wei said.

"What are you doing there? You don't even have time to eat."

"I'm practicing piano. The school will let me participate in the ring competition with the South Division next week."

"Really, okay, apprentice, I'll go next week. If I don't have a class, I'll cheer you up."

"Saturday, Master, can you bring me the food first? My stomach is screaming loudly." Lu Wei said with a bitter face.

"Okay, OK, I'll finish it soon, I'll take it here for you later. Where are you?"

“Classroom 102”

"Wow, use the teacher's piano. Teacher Li is very nice to you. I haven't touched that piano here for three years."

"Haha, you don't like playing the piano. Okay, let's not talk, I'll practice for a while."

"Yeah, okay. See you later."

Hearing the blind voice coming from the other end of the microphone, Lu Wei put away his cell phone, walked to the piano and played the third movement.

It has to be said that although the third paragraph is difficult, it is quite satisfying to play. Beethoven is a composer who has mastered classical music and is also a precedent for romanticism. His piano sonata conflicts and conflicts often occur in a bar, which often makes the player feel refreshed. However, the physical requirements for the player are also quite huge. Not any pianist can bear the high-intensity performance for more than seven minutes. Lu Wei has seen a piano video. When a pianist is playing the third movement, he clearly sees sweat on his forehead and between his temples. Fortunately, Lu Wei's body has become much stronger after the transformation of the immortality score in the past few days, so that he can adapt to such high-intensity performance.

After playing, Lu Wei stood up contentedly and stretched his waist, finding that Kang Xiaoling had stood behind him at some point.

"Master, when did you say that, why don't you call me?"

"I just arrived less than two minutes ago. Seeing that you were so dedicated, I didn't bother you. What kind of music is this? It looks so difficult. I didn't expect that you, my apprentice, can play the piano so well."

"Oh, of course, I didn't see who your apprentice was. My meal was almost starving to death." Lu Wei said, seeing the lunch box placed on the desk, opened it and ate it voraciously.

"Eat slowly, it seems like someone is snatching you. There is water next to you, don't choke." Seeing Lu Wei's delicious food, Kang Xiaoling said dotingly.

After Lu Wei quickly solved the lunch box, he got up and picked up the handkerchief handed by Kang Xiaoling and wiped his mouth, saying satisfied: "It's so full, Master, can I play a song for you?"

"Okay, I want to listen to the song just now." Kang Xiaoling said.

"No problem," Lu Wei said, closing the door of the music classroom and turning off the light.

"Hey, apprentice, why are you turning off the lights? How can you play so dark?" Kang Xiaoling said inexplicably.

Lu Wei pressed Kang Xiaoling's shoulders and asked him to sit on the front chair. He smiled and said, "This song must be listened to this way to be nice, do you know? This song was the first lover that Beethoven dedicated to him. Today, I will give him to you." As he said that, he picked up Kang Xiaoling's pretty face, kissed her beautiful forehead gently, turned around and walked towards the piano.

At this moment, the sky was completely dark, the moon was rising, and the silver light shone on the ground and on the piano through the windows of the music classroom, which was so quiet.

Lu Wei sat down in front of the piano, put his hands gently on the keyboard, and for a moment, his hands sank gently, and the slow bass of his left hand and the quiet triple-toned voice of his right hand sounded gently.

Kang Xiaoling closed her eyes and listened quietly. Although she didn't know what kind of music it was, the music that was like a song, with a hint of melancholy in the tranquility made her heart quiet.

More than five minutes later, the music entered the second movement, and the cheerful and light minuet style song brought up the smile on Kang Xiaoling's lips.

But just over two minutes later, the music was another round and entered the third movement of the sonata style.

The left hand on the keyboard quickly bass chords like dull thunder, and a large string of sixteenth notes that quickly climbed up the right hand and came to the apex, firm chords sounded, like a sound of fighting from the bottom of his heart. Then, the passionate theme of the deputy showed the optimistic spirit of not submitting to fate. Lu Wei played himself in front of the piano, and the moonlight shone on his long hair that was flying unruly with the rapid notes.

Kang Xiaoling stared at the excited and crazy figure in front of the piano, and his heart was filled with and moved by the focused and eager face.

At the end of the song, Lu Wei stood up excitedly, but found that Kang Xiaoling stood up at some point, staring at him with affectionate feelings, and couldn't help but walk over and hold the person in his arms.

"Does it sound good?"

"It sounds nice, I know what the song is."

"oh?"

"It's Moonlight"

"How did you guess?"

"Only such a beautiful song deserves this name."

"Smart kid."

"I want you to play it for me a day in the future."

"Okay." Lu Wei said, kissing the person in his arms.
