Supplementary Notes on Winemaking

First, you can choose how much sugar you add according to your taste and the sweetness of the grapes you use, and the latter simply does not add sugar;

Second, do not expose the grapes to the sun after washing them, and it is better to dry them in the shade;

Third, when you twist the grapes, just throw away the flesh and skin! Of course, it’s OK if you eat them! :)

Fourth, when time is short, usually do not open the bottle or jar to see it, as this can easily turn into vinegar;

Fifth, when put into the container, you must leave a certain space, which is about nine minutes full;

Sixth, it’s gone! Haha!
