Simple way to make wine
Most of the wines on the market, including wines, are blended, and even Moutai is no exception. These wines are much worse than the wines made. Generally, wines will become astringent and have poor taste when they are drunk.
There are nearly 500 vines in my grandmother's house. When she was alive, she brewed a lot of delicious wine every year. The method is very simple, so let me tell you about it here.
According to this ratio: 10 kilograms of grapes (no branches, pure grape grains), 2 kilograms of sugar.
Wash the grapes and pick them and control them. Crush each grain, stir with sugar and seal for one month.
Note: The better the grapes are used, the better the wine will taste. I usually use grapes commonly known as rose-flavored, which are about 2.5 rounds per pound. The ratio of sugar to grapes is not certain, and you need to adjust it yourself. For example, if the grapes are very sweet, then you should put less sugar, otherwise there will be too much sugar and if you don’t fully participate in the reaction, the wine will be like sugar water. In short, 10 kilograms of grape grains, 2 kilograms to one and a half kilograms of sugar, you can grasp the specific details yourself. After washing the grape grains, you must dry the water and then squeeze the sugar, otherwise the wine will be easily broken.
If the seal is not tight, then congratulations, you may make vinegar, but the vinegar tastes great—much better than the one you bought.
The longer the brewing time, the greater the wine. It was once brewed during the grape harvest season. During the Spring Festival, the wine (now is being tested, what will be the effect of brewing for a year)
After brewing, when picking up the wine in Kaifeng, pay attention to light vibration, otherwise the wine will become turbid.
Generally, containers are OK, but try not to use plastic containers. It feels like the jar is the best (seal with plastic cloth and tape)
After brewing, take the wine and the grape grains are floating on it, so you should insert it with a tube and absorb it.
The wine that is sucked out first is clearer, but the wine that is taken later may be turbid, but the taste is almost the same.
Place the brewing container in a cool and dry place.
Generally, 10 kilograms of grape grains can produce 8 to 9 kilograms of wine.
