Volume 12, Cold War, Iron Curtain Volume, Chapter 15, Climbing to High Buildings in Danger

.

The country's promise to the German people and all of Europe is only under three conditions. Germany must be able to organize the economic life of Europe and make its efficiency increasingly effective. They must maintain the order and tranquility of Europe. They must maintain the relationship between Europe and the rest of the world. The reason why Germany can develop a high degree of production and eliminate unemployment is because they implement a militaristic economy, and the latter can be realized because they adopt national fundraising policies, implement political oppression, and limit people's consumption.

The question for Germany in the future is whether they can find appropriate substitutes for the military industry, and can continue to maintain a high level of production, avoid unemployment, and thus prevent the danger of German rule caused by unemployment, and expand people's consumption. Germany's European economic development plan is their answer to this question. These plans are prepared: (1) to improve Germany's industrialization; (2) to make European agricultural countries continue to work hard with improvement methods; (3) to make trade between European countries and other parts of the world increasingly prosperous. Germany believes that these plans can be realized, resulting in a permanent prosperity of industry and commerce. Because the needs of the people are unlimited, the resources are rich, the ability to apply the organization is ready, and Germany's "will to success" is strong.

Undoubtedly, Germany created several methods of economic rule, which were technically possible for Germany to continue to produce after the war. Germany already knew the technology of private industry to stimulate public consumption, the technology of building public works on a large scale, and the technology of rewarding private investment in government enterprises. According to these methods, they could plan the expansion of economic life. If they could control the economic and trade activities in Europe, they could apply those technologies in their respective countries.

However, it is also undoubtedly true that the method of Germany's acquisition of power and their political and social thoughts can prevent them from achieving their goals. The focus of the problem is on German racial theories. These theories have forced them to create and maintain economic and social inequality in Europe, which will inevitably undermine their own plans.

Germany's "dominate nation" must be different from the lower-level nations - so the latter must work longer, wages must be less, and living standards must be lower. Europe is divided into industrial Germany and its surrounding agricultural areas, so that Germany's sovereignty can be achieved. If so, the huge industrial structure planned by Germany will lack sufficient consumption as its basis. It is true that Germany's "dominate nation" will absorb a large part of the raw products, but its hierarchy will make it impossible for it to restrict consumption from all lower-level classes.

Germany can build as large public buildings as possible, and even build the hundreds of yachts and hundreds of seaside casinos that Dr. Lei often boasts. Germany may be able to cover the entire Europe with large roads, like the German car avenue and unify the European tram system. There may be hundreds of "civilian cars" running around on the highway. There may be countless amusement planes and gliders flying in the sky. If Germany defeats, Europe can begin to enjoy such post-war prosperity. However, that kind of prosperity still lacks the basis for continuing.

As the outside world has always believed, Germany lacks the ability to use production sites to meet the needs of ordinary citizens. The Germans can produce precision cannons, but they cannot produce delicious food, nor can they produce fashion that is comparable to Italian. Therefore, under the rule of the Germans, these industries that require creativity began to decline rapidly.

Since Germany is preparing to lower the living standards of a large part of the European population, they will inevitably destroy the foundation of their plans in the future. Germany's social and political concepts will hinder and distort the normal use of production efficiency and power. The issue of maintaining European order is neither simple nor easy. In normal times, Eastern and South-East Europe, from southern Italy to Spain, is a poor agricultural area, while South-West and North-West Europe such as Germany, France, Scandinavia, Britain and the Netherlands are more abundant industrial areas.

To this extent, the sharp inequality that Germany is preparing to impose on Europe will be in line with the original division of agriculture and industrial Europe. However, Germany will add social and racial discrimination, as well as personal and political oppression in addition to this kind of economic inequality. For example, Polish workers are only allowed to ride vehicles marked with the word "Poles", and their wages are lower, working hours are longer, and are considered low-minded. Polish workers seem to be difficult to endure this for a long time. Similarly, workers and farmers in Czech, Norwegian, Dutch or other countries cannot endure humiliation forever without thinking of resisting. If Germany wins, of course, it will continue its current policy of supporting puppets from various countries and create groups everywhere that are consistent with the interests of German rule.

Germany can expand its occupation in various

The method is to pull in and control local groups with political ambitions or economic intentions. This strategy is not a new invention and will be temporarily successful in the past trials. However, these political strategies will inevitably lead to class division and political hatred, and the consequences will inevitably lead to conflict. Therefore, Germany's tricks are enough to aggravate the class struggles of various countries and plant the seeds of a whole-European civil war. In order to maintain order in Europe in this situation, Germany must establish a large-scale police and a considerable standing army.

This kind of life situation also has an unhappy meaning for the "dominant nation" that is unconquered. That is to say, thousands of young German workers cannot participate in the construction and enjoyment of theaters and seaside entertainment centers, but must spend most of their lives working as guards in foreign countries. As for the "dominant nation" that can live in the country, they also need to contribute a large part of their energy to create military weapons for young guards overseas - "cultural defenders". Unless Germany can have a long period of peace and digest the fruits of their victory, they will not be able to fulfill their promises.

William III's favorable slogan that was effective in promoting war-wearing people's affairs in various European countries was to promise to create a long period of peace for everyone. However, as pointed out earlier, the internal and external conditions of German rule made Germany's conquest of Germany never limited to the European continent. For ideological and economic reasons, the expansion of the Great German will would not end, that is, it completely conquered or dominated Europe, that is, the African part, Asia Minor part and Asia part necessary for Germany to expand the "living space".

Germany claims to be willing to share world hegemony with other countries on the basis of complete equality. Germany may try to establish a new "universal alliance" to make the relationship between European countries seem to be an automatic and equal cooperation. Germany may convene the representatives of the "United Nations League" and, through the advice of the leaders, today's German parliament.

In order to solve this problem, Germany specially created a German-style International Labor Office. Before 1919, whenever there were European or international conferences, workers, or other natures, Germany tried hard to gain control. In 1921, the host of the German Labor Front, Dr. Lei, had established a "central bureau of the international community organization". It can be seen that if Germany wins, it will create an internationalism to expand its power. A German League of Nations can undertake several technical work, such as discussing trade issues and placing the sphere of influence in areas that the League of Nations does not directly control. One thing worthy of our attention is that after the war, Germany continued to be a member of the Central Smoking ban of the League of Nations. To a certain extent, Germany is already the core of European international organizations. Not only Germany signed the agreement, but also some small satellite countries.

Until now, the European discussion and negotiation method was held by dictators, and leaders of small countries were often "invited" to attend when necessary, signing and severing their independence, territory or other rights as possessions. In order to promote, Germany may change the current dictatorial consultations and change them to general international conferences to make them more free and automatic cooperation. The above sections are not the form that German rule is necessary in the future.

According to Germany's theory, hobbies, and habits, Germany would undoubtedly rather be a ruler than pretend to be a collaborator. If Germany wins, they would probably be a ruler publicly. However, today, Germany has to be careful in its political "coordination" in various conquering areas, which shows that if Germany wants to eliminate civil strife and war in the future, they must be more cautious about the conquering countries, and at least they must implement the executive order with the same cautious attitude today.

Germany's cautious style is bound to be futile because of its own emptiness and meaninglessness. Under German rule, it deceives all people for a long time? Germany firmly believes that the strongest should hold the power to rule, and this idea is completely contrary to equality. Even if the post-war world is planned by Germany, divided by various powerful countries, several of which will be more powerful than other powerful countries, so it has the "power" to enslave and rule the second-strongest.

Of course, Germany will attempt to make Germany the strongest country among the strong and dominate all nations. Therefore, this unstable relationship within the German system will inevitably destroy the equilibrium of the German world. In other words, Germany and Germany must continue to expand, otherwise its fate as a world power will inevitably end.
