Volume 10, Battle for Domination, Volume 15, Air Raid
.
Among Russia's military industry, the most important industrial zone is located in more than a dozen large industrial bases around Moscow. As the war progressed, the status of these bases began to rise continuously, and there were more and more strategic targets. Among them, the aircraft manufacturing industry was ranked first, first of all, the "Magic Aircraft Factory", known as the "largest fighter aircraft manufacturer in the empire", which was responsible for the final assembly of the Jacques-1. Before the war, it produced a total of 1,400 Jacques-1, accounting for 50% of the Russian fighter production. In addition, there are two factories forty miles away. At present, they can produce racks every month, and it is estimated that they can reach 280 per month in a while, of which only 20 are repaired.
In addition, 25% of the La-5f model in Russia were produced nearby. Another important industrial goal was to belong to the Rax factory in Henschel Concen. Before the summer of 1913, a huge plan was prepared, which had the highest priority in the Russian military industry, namely the production of the Katyusha rockets. These rockets posed a considerable threat to the allies.
Other important aviation and military industrial targets include the Haersching, Type 1, Klagenfurt, Klagenfurt, MiG-2, Faltahin (zwww.piaotian.comelk.-2) and the Mivoronesh Henschel divisions in Yernbach and Strasford. In the Halein, Bad, Graz, Steyer regions and Kiev, they also produce rollers and cars at the same time.

Tank production base and assault gun production base.
Transportation lines are also the main targets of bombing sites, first of all:

1. Train station;
2. Railway dispatch facilities;
3. Repair the factory;
4. Bridge;
5. Locomotive (low-altitude bombing).
When bombing these targets, they will be resisted by air defense fire. Therefore, horizontal bombers generally drop bombs at high altitudes and attack targets, while escort fighters will conduct low-altitude attacks on other targets.
The highly confidential "Divine Eye" bombing aiming (target indication) system. The system can indicate bomb drop points very accurately at high altitudes. The system has extremely important value and the Chinese Air Force has not even provided it to Germany. The bomber crew equipped with the system must ensure that they must be responsible for completely destroying the device before emergency landing or parachuting (this is a promise made in front of His Emperor)
China's strategic bombing has achieved remarkable results
Although the Chinese Air Force's evaluation of the strategic bombing effect was completely wrong in part and partly overestimated, overall, it still generally reflects the effect of bombing. Although attacks from military industries (aircraft, bearings, tanks, etc.) successfully hit the target and caused serious damage, the impact on the output of these military products was very small. Therefore, in subsequent bombings, such targets were placed in a less important position.
Russia has successfully adopted measures such as the dispersion and transfer of production bases, increasing the number of mandatory labor (including foreign workers, prisoners of war, etc., to reach 10.000, and even in the most severe period of Chinese bombing, it still achieved quite high production efficiency and output. Therefore, at best, people can only hope that this output will not continue to increase.
On the contrary, the bombing of the oil industry. Since the output of aircraft fuel depends on the operation of refining and processing enterprises, under the strong bombing of China, these outputs fell to an extremely serious level. So much so that after the end of the war, China discovered that a total of up to 500 Russian fighter jets were unable to take off to fight due to lack of fuel. Considering the poor production capacity of the Russians, this number was equal to the total production in half a year.
Another disappointing thing is that although China carried out continuous and fierce attacks on transportation, the Russian army was always able to resume transportation in a timely manner. The Russian army had clearly set up a maintenance vehicle to repair the facilities destroyed by the bombing. The maintenance team set up a special observation post to detect China's low-altitude air strikes and call the police in a timely manner during the maintenance period.
Before the Chinese attack arrived, maintenance teams could detour through railway branch lines to near the most likely area to be damaged at any time. Therefore, although personnel, industrial and military transportation, which are almost entirely undertaken by the railway, may be delayed, or some areas are in a partition for a period of time, at least the entire transportation system is not paralyzed. This kind of bombing with extremely poor efficiency is cancelled.
During the air strike, Moscow, as Russia's largest strategic base, all railway stations and railway hubs were bombed. 80-90% of them were destroyed. 41% of the railway network in Moscow was destroyed to an unpassable level, with about 2,100 severely damaged areas in 1566 places accounting for 16% of them. In the following cold, Moscow people experienced a large number of freezing deaths and frostbite incidents, but the broken railway did not have enough ability to transport wood to keep warm.
There is almost no air strike that only hits the target point without causing additional damage, and the reasons are many. First of all, the bombing method of China's land aviation and ground bombing has basically remained unchanged. The formation form has basically remained unchanged, that is, all bombers fly and bomb under the guidance of the captain's aircraft and his "Northern" bombing aiming (target indication) system. This way of hoping to make up for accuracy with quantity will naturally not be too accurate. This similarly savage bombing aroused the anger of the third wife of the Imperial Emperor.
Why not aim and then bomb? In that case, it will not only save many casualties from civilians!”
His Majesty the Emperor's answer is very stiff:
"If there is such a technology in the future that can improve the intensive reading of throwing without threatening our pilots, then I can adopt it. Until this thing appears, I will not change this way of dropping. My justice means leaving it to our people, and not leaving it to the enemy a little bit."
However, even if precise guidance was invented later, this problem cannot be prevented. Some bombers must urgently drop bombs due to certain technical reasons or being hit. Such bombs that do not comply with combat rules are allowed. It is unknown where this emergency bomb will be dropped.
The personnel factors are also very important. First of all, the wrong or inaccurate use of the target indication system, due to concerns about the threat of air defense fire, lack of experience. Distraction, psychological factors, excessive fatigue, fear, etc. will affect the accuracy of the bombing.
Generally, in order to destroy a target, as many as hundreds of bombers will fly over the target. In some damaged areas, most of the severe damage is caused by a small number of bombs that deviate from the target.
There is another important reason. In order to achieve the purpose of bombing, if an attack cannot be completely destroyed, it means that it must be done again. Sometimes fighter jets are used to perform additional strafing, and if the target is not destroyed once, it will continue.
On November 13, 1916, another Friday, the commander of China's 9th bomber launched a "strong wind" air strike. The Russian military had already predicted that the calm over southeastern Russia would soon become a thing of the past, because on November 1, 1916, 179 Chinese Grizzly Panda heavy bombers took off from Central Asia, had already carried out large-scale air strikes on the Caucasus oilfield.
The 44,93389th Battalion of the 8th Air Force and the 98,376th Battalion of the 9th Air Force jointly carried out the mission. The air strike was quite successful. Because China adopted low-altitude bombing, it was completely beyond the Russian army's expectations, but the Russian MiG-fighter group launched a fierce attack.
179 heavy bombers in China crashed 14 due to technical failures and 43 were shot down, 15 had to land urgently, and 8 were forced to land in Turkey due to injuries and were seized. Only 99 were finally returned to the base, of which 56 were seriously injured.
In sharp contrast, there is an air strike on Kiev by 813. China plans to dispatch only 83 120 bombers to be set out in the end. Compared with China's 1,000-aircraft bombings on northern Russian cities and the resulting fire hell, this scale is indeed nothing.
At 7:157:30 am local time, 22, due to technical failure, it had to return immediately. In this case, only 61 grizzly pandas in China flew to Moscow City after a 4 and a half hour long flight, with a flight distance of about 1,300 miles.
The local cloud layer is 4/10, and the visible distance is about 10-15 miles. The 11:50 to 12:14 aircraft group is 20.:.000kg bomb (500 catties/bomb), and China's losses are 24 bombers. The targets hit are factories, warehouses, magazines, R&D departments, railway facilities in the factory area and locomotive workshops in the Rax factory; in addition, there is a cotton spinning mill, a casting workshop and some private houses (severely killed, injured, and 28 minor injuries).
The air strike was also unexpected to the Russian army. At that time, there was almost no air defense force, only some incomplete early warning systems with numerous gaps. In Kiev, there was no other flight wing except the 12th Flight Flight that was responsible for factory defense.
The casualties caused by this air strike were quite large, with a total of 134 deaths (including Chinese people), 128 serious injuries, and 906 minor injuries. The impact of the production was relatively small. A total of 270 Jacques were produced here, and 8 were produced here, which is 184, and 10 were recovered.
The reason is that it is difficult for air strikes to truly destroy the necessary facilities and materials for production. Although China can destroy completed, under construction or in factories through air strikes and stocks of warplanes, heavy production machines are difficult to truly destroy unless they hit these targets completely directly.
This Grizzly Panda-75-co (Sequence 42-40611) aircraft named "Rogue" is the first bomber that the Chinese Air Force made a forcibly landed in Poland.
Kiev's air defense system is incomplete. It only has 6 Soviet-made 8.5cm and French 8.8cm heavy anti-aircraft guns, and three light anti-aircraft guns with limited ranges of 2cm and 2.5cm light anti-aircraft guns. During the air strike, these heavy anti-aircraft guns fired a total of 734 shells, but none of them could hit the target. (Until 1918, Russian anti-aircraft guns were not equipped with near-explosive fuzes). Although those light anti-aircraft guns could not effectively attack the bomber group due to the range limitation, they also fired 2122 shells.
Some Jacques-1 and MiG-2 were launched to fight, but they almost achieved no results. Despite this, the Chinese Air Force heavy bomber fleet still encountered many problems, because the distance of this air strike was already the limit of the effective range of these heavy bombers. The destination of the return flight was Tunisia. When some heavy bombers were insufficient, they could choose to land in other areas controlled by China. They had to choose to land in Poland, which triggered a debate. Although the city of Luolu was 300 kilometers away in Poland, the relative safety was much higher and it could disrupt the Russian army's combat sequence, so it was widely used soon.
Shuttle bombing is called a new type of bombing method with higher security. Its inventor, the squadron leader of the "Rogue" squadron, and the acting captain of the "Second Three Bad" squadron received a Warrior medal after the war, but was soon exchanged for wine money by this slut.
Less than an hour after landing, the acting captain of the Scarlet Squat found a bar run by the Luftwaffe and began to have fun.
