8. The whole dungeon is in chaos(1/2)

Changes occur quickly and are resolved quickly.

The three guards closest to the robot reacted instantly. They slashed with their hands and the three metal heads fell to the ground.

"Zi..."

The broken nerve wires in the metal neck were still flickering with electric sparks, and engine oil flowed all over the floor.

Nance subconsciously touched his neck and felt cold sweat on his hands.

The red light in the control room flashes.

The rapidly changing charge caused all electronic equipment to emit a burnt smell.

The guard captain looked at Adjutant Tokisaki: "The defense system has been invaded, please issue a combat order."

"All of them are here," Adjutant Tokisaki's green eyes quickly glanced at each guard, his voice was clear and cold, "cut off the wireless connection immediately and enter the offline combat mode!"

The eight guards all disconnected the electronic brain from the Internet, thus preventing intruders from controlling their consciousness through the network.

Nance slowly stood up.

The situation was already spiraling out of control. If it continued like this, it would definitely get worse. He had to find a way to escape.

Amid the sound of the alarm, the door to the control room suddenly moved and then stopped abruptly.

"The familiars have escaped control. Their first target is you, Section Chief. We are now..." Miss Adjutant reported to Nance calmly, her voice as cold as the impact of ice cubes.

But before she could finish her words, the very strong iron door suddenly burst like glass.

"careful!"

"Fire, suppress!"

The eight guards reacted in a very short time, raised their guns and opened fire on the intruders.

At the same time, Adjutant Tokisaki did not hesitate to protect Nance behind him to block the attack from the front.

The barrel of the gun continued to vibrate the air, and hot empty bullet casings flew past his eyes.

Nance saw a woman covered in blood rushing in from the door. The specially-made bullets hit her body, as if she was stuck in a quagmire and had no effect at all.

"Noi, please return to your cell immediately!" Adjutant Tokisaki shouted loudly.

The woman named Noi ignored her and came straight towards Nance.

"I stopped her, Adjutant Tokisaki, please take the section chief away!" The guard captain raised his arm, and a dagger extended out of the exoskeleton armor.

Adjutant Tokisaki's eyelids trembled slightly.

"Please hold on!" she ordered, then pulled Nance around the woman who rushed in, and broke out.

When he ran to the door, Nance looked back.

The sharp dagger popped out, drawing a green light in the air, and stabbed towards the intruder.

However, Noi reacted very quickly. He turned around, avoided, and fought back. The two figures staggered together in an instant.

The control room was quite spacious, and the two opposing sides were fighting fiercely.

One relies on technology, the other relies on mutation.

The captain's dagger slashed horizontally, reversed, turned, and made all sorts of tricks... Noi was able to dodge and counterattack with ease.

There was a guard next to her with a gun raised, trying to assist, but her figure suddenly disappeared, and then the guard's armor cracked in vain.

Blood spurted out from his chest.

The next second, Noi's figure appeared next to another guard, like a ghost that could not be caught.

The second guard only had time to fire one shot before his wrist was broken and his throat was cut open with some sharp weapon. His body, which had lost a lot of blood, fell to the ground.

Nance couldn't see what happened next.

Amid the bright lights and sirens, the adjutant protected him as he left the control room and walked through the narrow corridors that were winding like an ant nest.

Floating cannons on the walls, micro lasers hidden in corners, drones loaded with rockets... these advanced weapons that once guarded this dungeon have all aimed their cold muzzles at the section chief.

Fortunately, Miss Adjutant is a physical shield.

Although Nance's head was buzzing from the explosions along the way, he didn't suffer any actual damage.

After rushing out of the long secret passage and turning an S-shaped turn, the light dimly illuminated the surroundings, and he came to a place where he could not clearly see what it was.

Adjutant Tokisaki knocked on the hidden compartment on the wall.

The wall opens and an iron door appears.

There is a number plate on the door, but the number is unreadable, the light is too weak, and the plate is dirty.

"Section Chief, please go inside." Adjutant Tokisaki opened the door and lit the dirty yellow energy-saving lamp.

Through the light, Nance saw a small room with white porcelain walls. There was a long bench beside the wall, only wide enough to sit on.

"I will seal this door later. Please don't make any noise inside." Adjutant Tokisaki exited the door and looked at him inside. "Remember, no matter what happens, please don't come out until rescue arrives."

Nance subconsciously asked: "What about you?"

There was the sound of something crawling at the other end of the corridor, and Adjutant Tokisaki looked out.

Then she tightened the two corners of her white shirt with her fingertips, cleared her throat, and stared at Nance: "Before I fall, I won't let anything hurt you."

The voice fell.

She smiled encouragingly.

At the critical moment of life and death, the adjutant's smile was so beautiful that it made one's heart break in half.

Nance sat on the bench and kept staring at her. She quietly lowered her eyes and disappeared from the room in the next moment, disappearing like the wind in May without even making a sound of footsteps.

The iron gate is firmly closed.

Can the envoys of the loyal camp be trusted?

Nance wasn't sure.

He can't be sure of anything now.

Hiding in this small room, the air was unusually heavy and I couldn't breathe very smoothly.

Lying on the bench, staring at the yellowed ceiling, thinking about what to do next - there was only one conclusion, that is, we must escape from this dungeon.

But how to escape?

Nance scratched his hair and sighed: "This is really the beginning of hell..."

As soon as he finished speaking, there was a buzzing noise, and blood mist flowed in from the crack of the door.

"Shasha~"

Nance seemed to hear something.

Something is slowly approaching.

In such a weird dungeon, the aura emitted by that thing was extremely ominous.

Nance once again felt the terrible chill that made his scalp numb. It was the terrifying premonition of encountering something terrifying and impossible to survive.

He didn't have time to think, he suddenly picked up the gun and pointed it at the door: "Who -"

Time froze for a moment.

At the door, under the dim light, Noi, covered in blood, stared at him silently and indifferently.

...The familiar is here!

Almost instantly, Nance instinctively pulled the trigger.

Nothing happened.

oh.

It was my first time shooting, I had no experience, and I didn’t have insurance.

"Are you the section chief?" Noi walked into the room and locked eyes with him with bloodshot eyes.

"No, eldest sister, you have recognized the wrong person..."

Nance staggered back and looked around in panic.

This is a closed space and he has no way to escape.

"Hey, I heard them calling you just now..." She let out a horrifying laugh and licked her lips with the tip of her scarlet tongue, "If you don't admit it anymore, Noi won't pity you."

Under the fear of death, Nance quickly slapped his head and suddenly realized: "Ah, I'm sorry, I was so scared by you that I forgot my name. Hello, I am Section Chief Nance Adel. By the way.

, do you keep your word?"

"oh?"

Noi's eyebrows raised slightly.

She got closer and closer, the blood in her eyes getting stronger and stronger.

"It's good now, I can be avenged for locking me up, haha..."
