Chapter 27: Father and Son (3)(1/2)

As soon as Hydra appeared, the atmosphere suddenly changed.

Count Dracula quickly took a few steps back.

The same is true for Countess and Susan.

But Dora and the dwarves didn't respond much.

The two sides seemed to have a stalemate. Count Dracula remained vigilant and stared at Hydra with wide eyes. Hydra simply put Jones among a group of dwarves next to her, and then nine heads were staring at Count Dracula coldly.

Jones was still choking and looking at his father.

Dora ran quickly to Jones.

The Countess was so shocked that she held her hands in front of her chest.

Count Dracula stared at Hydra and said softly: "Jones, come here."

"I'm not!" Jones shouted.

"Come here! Do you want to be with Hydra forever?"

Jones did not answer.

Hydra said provocatively: "What's wrong with Hydra? Sir, do you have any misunderstandings about Hydra?"

"It's not your business! It's our family matter!" Count Dracula roared.

"But it's my business that happened to me. I've already said that this castle is mine. This territory is mine. Do you want to challenge me?"

Two of them had their heads wide open, looking eager to try.

Count Dracula took another step back in horror.

...

"I have a problem now." Adal, who was hiding in the distance, turned around and asked, "They started fighting later, who will we help?"

"Uh... Master, I don't know either." The housekeeper replied in a low voice: "If you help Count Dracula, you will definitely offend Master Jones, because he is now hostile to Count Dracula. Although they are father and son. If you help hydrazar... we will hurt Count Dracula with one hydrazar, which sounds wrong."

"Yes, that's the problem." Adair frowned and continued to stare at him with his eyes wide open: "Oh my God, what's going on? Who should we help?"

...

"Jones." The Countess stepped forward and shouted, "Come here quickly, if you are still our child, you should come here. Instead of following a Hydra."

However, Jones did not take a step forward. Instead, he looked around and took a step back. The dwarves who understood his meaning quickly protected him, and even a few dwarves had already rushed back to get the weapons and distributed them. One passed the other, and soon, each dwarf held a weapon such as an axe, a hammer, a pickaxe, and other weapons in his hand.

Dwarves are not weak, dwarves are never weak. They have defeated the race of the human coalition in the Dwarves Valley with weak forces. Although they suffered from magical talent compared to the vampire, a group of dwarves stood together and their combat power was definitely not easily solved by Count Dracula.

Earl Dracula stared at Jones blankly, and a wisp of hair hanged down from his smooth forehead.

"What do you want to do? The slaves attack the nobles, and they are sentenced to death!"

"They are no longer slaves." Looking at his father in a daze, Jones announced loudly: "From now on, I have given them the identity of a free people. There is no need to wait to raise money to redeem themselves. Now they are free. They can live freely in my territory. They are my employees, they are free and have all the powers of the free people. I will shelter them!"

The dwarves around were shocked and looked back at Jones unconsciously, unable to believe their ears.

"Mr. Jones..."

Dora wanted to say something, but Jones stopped her.

Suddenly, the scene became two distinct sides.

Count Dracula, Countess, Susan is one side. Hydra, Jones, Dora, and the dwarves are one side.

"Brothers!" The wine barrel raised the iron pickaxe in his hand and shouted: "Protect our lord! He is about our lives! Our freedom! All of us!"

"Protect the Lord!" the dwarves shouted with their weapons.

Jones opened his eyes wide and looked at his father with tears in his eyes.

Count Dracula gritted his teeth and stared at him.

This is a showdown between the father and the son, and the two sides are in a stalemate.

...

Adale in the distance was so nervous that he was almost breathless: "Oh my God, are they really going to fight?"

"I don't know, my young master, we don't know either." The housekeeper stammered: "If we helped Master Jones, if he reconciled with his father, our situation would be very embarrassing."

"Actually, I really want to help Jones, really." Adair murmured in a low voice: "He is very brave and deserves to be my brother Jones. I also want to fight my father, but if it were my father, a Hydra might not be enough. If it were ten, maybe a hundred might be."

"Young Master, it's not good for you..."

"Just say it, don't take it seriously." As he said that, Adal continued to stare at Jones, looking excited.

...

Earl Dracula's mouth was slightly opened, revealing fangs, and his eyes slowly turned red.

Jones also opened his mouth slightly, revealing his fangs, and his eyes were also red. This was a sign that the blood clan condensed magic power.

At the same time, the nine snake heads of Hydra had slowly tilted backwards, which was the preparation for Hydra to launch an attack.

Seeing that both sides were really about to take action, the countess was so scared that he quickly held the hem of the skirt and stopped him in the middle: "No! You are father and son! You can't do this! Stop!"

"Madam! Get out of the way! I will teach this rebellious son a lesson today!" Earl Dracula roared.

"If I don't listen to you, I'm a gangster, then I'm a gangster! I won't surrender no matter what I say today!" Jones roared.

"You dare to talk to me like this!" Earl Dracula stretched out his left hand, and blood-red flames rose in the palm of his palm.

Dora was so scared that she grabbed Jones' hand, but Jones shook her away.

The flames in Jones' palm also rose. He roared: "From today, I will never lie again! Come on whatever you want! Mother! Get out of here!"

The Countess wanted to walk towards Jones, and the dwarves raised their weapons one after another. The Countess had to retreat and hug Count Dracula tightly.

"Dear, don't do this! Don't do this! He is still young! It's just for a moment..."

"Mother, I'm not young anymore! I've been on the battlefield countless times! I know what I'm doing!"

"Can you shut up?" The Countess began to cry. Earl Dracula quickly held her and glared at Jones.

"Sir, if you do it, please believe that I will definitely intervene."

"You can't beat us, really. As Hydra, I still have basic judgment."

"I advise you to take your wife back first. The little bat will be very good here, and there will be no trouble. Maybe it's better than you think."

"He's a great little bat, really."

The nine heads of Hydra were talking in words.

Time passes by bit by bit.

The night wind blew gently, swaying the branches and lowering the grass.

The Countess sobbed, and Count Dracula comforted her softly, still glaring at her son.

Jones stared at his father under the protection of a large number of dwarves.

Dora was extremely nervous.

As for Susan, she was stunned and at a loss.

The two sides were in a stalemate.

...

Adair turned around and asked, "Do you want to go back and bring more people?"

"Young master, we haven't even figured out who we want to help." The butler replied in a low voice.

...

Finally, Count Dracula glanced at Jones for the last time and said softly: "Madam, let's go back first."

"Yeah." The Countess, who was already tearful, nodded quickly and looked back at Jones. Her eyes were full of helplessness and reluctance.

"Susan, let's go."

"Okay, uncle." Susan nodded quickly.

Finally, one of the confrontation evacuated. The three turned into bats, flapping their wings and slowly took off, heading northeast. The Countess and Susan would occasionally turn back, but Count Dracula never looked back.

Until the three of them disappeared into the horizon, Jones seemed to have been removed from all his strength and sat on the ground. The dwarves around him cheered.

"We are already free?"

"Yes! We are already free!"

"Oh my God! I really can't imagine that we suddenly became free! Hahaha!"

In the midst of joy, Dora stood silently and looked helplessly at Jones sitting on the ground.

Hydra's nine heads slowly turned around and looked at Jones.

Jones whispered: "Thank you, ma'am. If I hadn't been you, I would have been taken away. In this way, I would have been the same as before, and I would have continued to achieve nothing."

"No need to thank me. Little Bat, at least I know there is really a gold mine here, so he must be wrong. But you may not be able to go home for the time being."

Looking at the night sky, Jones said blankly: "I won't go back for the time being, and it doesn't make sense to go back. Let's go back when you have some results."
