2. The city that never sleeps

After a busy day, he hadn't even eaten dinner yet. Qin Yao suppressed the many questions in his mind, packed up the gold banknotes, cleaned the floor, and went out for a midnight snack.

Night is the busiest time in Bangkok's Chinatown, with delicious food and snacks everywhere.

On the street in the open air, Qin Yao ordered a stove and a cold beer.

Eating hot pot alone always feels a bit boring.

Qin Yao thought of his best friend in the country - Lin Kuan.

Lin Kuan and the original owner grew up and were rich second generation. The hot pot meal that Qin Yao had on the night he traveled through time was Kuan Zai's invitation.

Of course, Kuan Zai never knew that his little boy had changed his core.

When seeing him off at the airport last night, Lin Kuan knew that Qin Yao was short of money, so he secretly stuffed 10,000 yuan into his backpack.

Qin Yao picked up his mobile phone and recorded a circle of the bustling night scene of Chinatown.

"Kuanzi, I have settled in Chinatown, and I will take you to experience the midnight style of Bangkok. Did you see, the streets are full of long legs. Aluminum children from many countries, enthusiastic and unrestrained, young and wandering, dressed to hide their flesh.

Now, it feels quite amazing..."

After the video of more than ten seconds has been sent, click playback.

The moment the picture was frozen, Qin Yao approached the screen and his brows jumped uncontrollably.

The picture corresponds to the three guests at the next table.

A bald man in his twenties and two hot Thai girls were eating open-air hot pot, talking and laughing.

What made Qin Yao frown was not the bald head wearing a big gold chain, nor the pretty and charming Thai girl, but the two gray shadows squatting under the table.

The picture is enlarged, and the gray shadow shows the outline of the human figure.

There were actually two children, one old and one young!

His facial features were blurred, with only two pale and empty eyes looking straight at Qin Yao, who was recording the video.

OMG...there's a ghost in Chinatown!

Qin Yao's hair stood on end, and he raised his head with a stiff neck. He stared at the man and two women eating and drinking at the table with wide eyes.

Under the table, I could only see the Thai girl's black silk stockings and bald hairy legs. There was no trace of a child.

Qin Yao breathed a sigh of relief and scratched his numb scalp. It turned out that there was something wrong with his mobile phone.

Unknowingly, a circle of pale golden flames appeared around the pupils of his eyes, and two gray shadows broke into his sight again.

Qin Yao's nerves that had just been relaxed immediately tightened again, and his whole body became stiff.

The shadows turned from blurry to clear. It was initially determined that they were a boy and a girl, two children aged three to five years old, wearing vests, shorts and bare feet.

Their body surfaces were wrapped in a thin layer of strange gray gas, and if you looked closely, there was a faint green fluorescence.

But the scene that happened next made Qin Yao's heart beat faster, his pupils shrank, and his breath of air-conditioning was extremely long...

The two ghost boys climbed onto the dining table, as light as a ball of cotton, and the bald man and the Thai girl didn't notice at all.

The ghost boy took out a handful of rotten meat skewered on bamboo sticks from the cloth bag on his body and put it into the pot. There was also a rat head with fur in it, grinning teeth and sticking out its tongue.

The boiling shabu-shabu immediately cooled down.

"Waiter, add to the fire!"

The bald man who brought Niuer for a late-night snack shouted. He swept his chopsticks across his hunger, picked up a beef ball and stuffed it into his mouth. He ate it with a sizzling sound. He couldn't even see the "alternative" ingredients mixed into the pot.

The two gluttons were squatting on the table, picking up the cooked meat skewers and eating them with gusto as if no one else was watching. If they found it unsatisfying, they openly put the meat skewers into the bald head's bowl and shared a bowl of sauce with the bald head.

material.

On a windless night, the streets of Nanyang are brightly lit with neon lights.

Qin Yao felt his scalp numbing inch by inch, the chill spreading from the soles of his feet to his whole body, and finally shivered violently.

On the first night in Nanyang, I first experienced the resurrection of a dead bird, and then witnessed a ghost shabu-shabu.

Weird events one after another refreshed Qin Yao's understanding of the world. Fortunately, Qin Yao stabilized his mentality and did not run away in fear.

He forcefully opened his eyes, calmed his breathing, and sat on the chair to endure the "nervous period" until the adrenaline subsided and he regained his composure.

In his previous life, he was a student majoring in forensic medicine at a medical university. During his college years, he served as a class representative for human anatomy. He was familiar with every organ structure of the anatomy teacher's body. He also assisted in detecting campus murders. His mental endurance was much stronger than that of his peers.

After turning off the stove in front of him, Qin Yao took a sip of draft beer, letting the cold liquid cool his burning breath, and smoothed his hair out of habit.

Damn it! I was still plotted by the crow, the black death quicksand can make me see ghosts!

Crow said that the Black Death Quicksand has been activated by his own blood, so he might not be able to turn back.

The first day of the Nanyang trip deviated from the normal track. Qin Yao sat there and his whole body gradually turned to stone.

Unknowingly, Qin Yao's distracted look as he stared at the next table attracted the eyes of the two Thai girls in response.

Frankly speaking, Qin Yao in this life is tall, long-legged, and good-looking, especially with a charming face and a smile that is very appetizing to women.

The bald man at the next table was unhappy.

I traveled to Bangkok by myself, and I finally made an appointment with two girls from a bar. While having a late-night snack, I actually flirted with a handsome guy at the next table who looked very attractive to girls, and hooked up.

The bald man grinded his teeth secretly, put down his chopsticks, turned to greet the waiter: "Old girl, are you allowed to smoke outside?"

The waiter was so busy that he didn't even look up, "You won't be allowed in the store, and you won't be allowed on the roadside, but it's best not to be seen by the patrolling police."

"over!"

The bald man took out a cigarette from the cigarette case and raised his chin towards Qin Yao, "Hey, buddy, what are you thinking about? Come on, take one!"

Qin Yao suddenly came back to his senses and looked at the huazi thrown on the table in front of him. Then he looked at the bald man at the next table with a cigarette in his mouth who was looking at him meaningfully. The two nightclub girls beside him looked at him with trepidation.

Yingying, with a smile on her eyebrows...

Only then did Qin Yao realize that he had just been staring at the other person's table and was distracted, causing misunderstanding.

Qin Yao smiled apologetically, picked up the cigarette on the table without smoking, clamped it to his ear, raised the cup and gestured towards the bald head in the air.

"Thanks!"

The unhappiness just now ended like this.

This chapter is not over yet, please click on the next page to continue reading the exciting content! The bald man held a cigarette in his hand and picked up the cup carelessly, "Brother, you are in a good mood to drink alone. Where are you from?"

"Eastern Guangdong. Listen to your brother's accent... from the north?" Qin Yao's voice was calm.

"Daxinganling."

The bald man was a showman, and he raised his glass from afar, "It doesn't matter whether we are from the south or the north, we are all compatriots. It is fate that we can meet each other abroad. I will do it first!"

Raise your neck, pause, do it first as a sign of respect.

Qin Yao also had more than half of the beer in his hand. He frowned, then relaxed, and drank the wine in one go.

Putting down the cup, Qin Yao pointed to the hot pot on the bald table and spoke seriously:

"Brother, I have a little thing to tell you. I just saw something fall from the sky and fall into your pot."

The bald man's face twitched, he patted his belly and let out a long wine burp. He looked at the night sky and then at the boiling hot pot.

"The mud horse isn't just hot bird shit, is it?"

Qin Yao looked serious, "It's possible."

"This is such a big deal, luckily you saw it, thank you!"

The bald man was very serious. He took a long puff of the cigarette in his mouth, threw the cigarette butt into the pot, and shouted to the waiter: "Old girl, take away this pot, bring me a new pot!"

At this point, Qin Yao felt a little more relaxed.

We met by chance, and Qin Yao did his best to help whenever he could.

I thought this matter would end there, but the kid didn't agree.

Just when Qin Yao and Baldhead were toasting and drinking, the two ghosts slipped off the dining table one after another and moved towards Qin Yao.

Under the neon street lights.

Four small hands were grabbing the edge of the table, one large and one small were poking at half of his head, and his four eyes were staring coldly at the nosy Qin Yao.

The eyeballs were filled with dead and mutated proteins, showing a strange gray-white color. The irises disappeared, leaving only two pupils the size of mung beans, with vicious and malicious eyes.

In the middle of the night, a ghost probes his head.
