Chat after the first volume(1/2)
I thought I could finish writing at noon, but I found that once the waves started, I couldn't stop rushing...
Although I stayed at home for a day, I felt very good.
The reason I have to arrange a day to rest is because the human brain is very interesting. If I write every day, and I write for a month, whether it is a thousand words a day or six thousand words a day, as long as I treat it as a working day, the brain will think that it is always tiring to work.
But as long as you give yourself a day off and do nothing for a day, your brain will determine that after a full day of rest, it will eliminate great fatigue.
This is why I want to take a day off.
Of course, this is just the basis.
A new definition of a higher level is to be able to relax and rest completely in a short time.
The definition of the first level of high school is to break out of the definition of "rest and work" and use a better word to prevent rest and work from conflicting. This is simple to say, but difficult to do. I tried it and failed.
Of course, I will continue to try.
Ahem, don't talk about these things, telling.
Because there is not an ending yet, I can't say too much, I can only say part of it.
one.
The main problem in the first volume is the issue of "balance between author expression and reader needs" that I have been thinking about.
Actually, I was hesitating when I first wrote.
First of all, it is clear that nothing I write in the book goes beyond the scope of writing, that is, any way of writing is allowed.
Humans create and express words not to "must follow a certain pattern". If this happens, art and culture will die. Even the novel itself is constantly evolving.
However, some are more artistic and some are more reasonable, some are more interesting and some are more boring, some are more ornamental and some are more bland.
I know some people will hate some of the methods that keep appearing in the article and some long-term discussions.
As long as it is not a swearing threat, readers have unlimited comments.
But I can't make a conclusion because I can't think about the problem from a single perspective, and simply say it from two perspectives.
The first angle is, from the perspective of some readers, markets and novel techniques, the content is too boring and redundant, which is very deficient.
Of course, some readers will definitely like it.
The second angle is that grades and income are important, and viewing and fun are important, but at some point, it is more important to express the intentions of me and the characters in the book in more detail.
I think the two angles are not opposite, but few books should be able to achieve the perfect integration of the two.
Even those world famous works.
The reason is very simple. Whether it is the pursuit of artistic or marketization, many things cannot be explained in detail. This leads to the fact that no matter how great the art work is, it is difficult for the public to understand it. It will not be understood by the public, it will not affect its value, but it will affect its effect.
Even a large number of novels from ancient and modern times, both at home and abroad have caused disputes due to different interpretations. To put it bluntly, readers cannot fully understand the author's intentions unless the author speaks them directly.
However, I want to make it clear, so there are many things in this book that make people feel that it is not artistic enough, not interesting enough, and not ornamental enough.
I can't say right or wrong.
If I think it is wrong, it is equivalent to giving up a direction, giving up the possibility of being better in this direction, and maybe even giving up a future. If the road is narrower, it may be to close yourself.
You can't think it's right, if I think it's right, it will inevitably form a force that hinders my progress and make me ignore another angle.
Life is the process of trying. I tried it. After sorting and summarizing, I will definitely do better next time.
So, I just define the impact of this writing method as "feedback".
In my language system and life system, feedback is very neutral, but the effect is positive because it is very simple, and any feedback can make me progress.
two.
My initial impulse to write this book was "sharing", not "preaching".
When I ended with the first volume, I thought about it for a long time when I wrote about "The person who lifted himself to a high place also reserved a distance for falling."
This sentence is actually not what I want to express mainly. As for novels, it is optional, because there has been enough elsewhere.
However, for me personally, this sentence is very important and makes me sweat behind my back.
I have been a confused person since I was a child, and I can even be said to be stupid, yes, just stupid.
I also said my comments on the listing. I feel that my brain has only been developing in the past two years.
Look, I scolded myself like this and did not protect myself at all, so the above thing is not a quibble (manually squinted eyes).
I have always been afraid that others will praise me too much.
Because I think I am so ordinary. Whether I am myself or others, I can over-pick me, and once I fall down, it will be very miserable.
So, I recently gave myself a new identity definition, student.
The previous definition was lifelong learner, and I think this old definition is a little bit arrogant.
Many students in their thirties may feel awkward, but when I position myself, I suddenly felt very relaxed.
In this way, I can ignore other people's affirmation or denial, and will not overreact to other people's accusations and attacks. It will inevitably make myself more humble. Anyway, I am a student, what am I afraid of?
Of course, this is my recent identity definition. I haven't done well enough, but it has begun to show results.
So, will a student "preach"? No.
I really just share.
But what's even more wonderful is that I originally thought this book was just my personal sharing, but when I built a preliminary world, I found that "Su Ye"'s words and deeds were beyond my control.
In other words, I do control many parts of the book, but when I write, I often appear more than I originally expected.
This world called "The World of Gods" was not built by me alone, but by me and the characters in it, and even the readers.
So, it’s not me who preaches, nor even I’m sharing, but the characters in the book who use my hand to show themselves more clearly.
I've never been so arrogant that I feel I can "preach".
A few days ago, I discussed with an author friend in the author group. Both sides had different views. Of course, just discussion was not considered a dispute.
He said he thought people could not be convinced.
As a result, my first reaction was that I was always convinced, and I was often convinced by better theories and thinking.
Or rather, it is better to say that I have accepted a different angle than being convinced.
Because I am still a student, I am very rash, sometimes irritable, often make mistakes, and often impulsive. There are many contents in the book that need improvement, please forgive me.
2. Time management.
After years of development, the time management system has a clear context and clear direction, but it often absorbs things from other fields, such as target management, etc.
The main recommendation is three introductory categories.
For those who are in the workplace or who are involuntarily, I recommend "Xiaoqiang Promotion Records", author Zou Xiaoqiang, the first person in the field of time management in China. He has been deeply engaged in the field of time management for many years and is also the book with the highest rating in the field of time management. It is easy to understand, throw away all kinds of methods directly and follow them.
This book is useless, you have to do it. Or, all the books you promoted this time are the same. It is useless to just read it, you have to do it accordingly.
Freelancers, or those who control themselves for a lot of time or manage their management, recommend "Single-core Working Method Illustration", a magical artifact, a real artifact. Well, because it is especially suitable for me. This big guy is also the author of "Tomato Working Method Illustration", and both books are worth reading.
There is also a book called "Just Do It", which is also owned by Zou Xiaoqiang. It mainly formulates annual plans. Many specific methods in it are very good. I have used the "habit training card" for two or three years and I am still using it.
In addition to these three books, there are also many other books.
There is also "A Strange Life", which tells the magical experience of the big boss Lyubischev. The real big guy is the author of "Granin". The accompanying introduction manual is very important.
I used the method inside to record it for half a month, um... well... the result was that I finally saw how confused I was. After reading this book and recording it for half a month, I felt that my life became clear.
This book allows you to clearly see how big the gap between yourself and excellent people is. The intuitive gap in dataization is really great.
Of course, there are also the classic time management classic "Take GTD" and the more famous "Seven Habits of Highly Effective People".
The latter is a book that I particularly admire, but this book... is not a technique, it is close to a kind of "Tao". It feels nothing after reading it, but the more I read it, the less I know, and I need to cooperate with "ria calligraphy" to read it later.
Some books in the field of time management or similar fields, such as "Eat That Frog", "Time Investing Method", "Miracle of Morning Diary", "Procrastination Psychology", etc., are all very good. If you can search online, there are actually many.
3. Emotional management.
This is the biggest pit among the three major areas.
In fact, there are many categories and more diverse systems in this field. They are far beyond the previous two, because they are basically neurological and psychological things, which are very tiring to learn and very difficult to use.
There are too many books in this field, and I am not professional, so I dare not say anything good. I only take out books that I have read and are "really effective".
First, I would like to recommend an introductory book, "Efficient Anti-Suppression Action Method", the authors are "Handry Weissinger" and "JP Paulifrey".
It is easy to understand, with many specific methods mixed with scientific explanations.
If you want to know more about emotional management, it is recommended to read two books.
One is a book called "Emotion" author, "Lisa Federman Barrett". It is a rather thick book, which is a relatively new research result, and proposes a "emotion construction theory" that completely subverts my old cognition.
The first book is "Change: Principles of Problem Formation and Solving". After reading the above book, it is easier to understand.
The above three books are mainly psychology and supplemented by neurology. They should be regarded as "the most scientific category of emotional management books."
The concept of "definition" in this book is basically derived from these two books.
Of course, it would be better if I could read "Cognitive Psychology" first, but I didn't even read this book, and I just read it in the planned reading, so I won't swear, haha.
After reading these three books, it is highly recommended that you read "DK Mindfulness" and examine ancient meditation from a neurological and psychological perspective, and you will find something particularly interesting.
To be continued...
