Chapter 8 What is Tao?
In such a big Kunlun, the only one who can talk to Li Che is Master Yuding.
The nod of acquaintance before going up the mountain became the beginning of their relationship, and they had a close relationship with each other.
At this stage, the two sects of Chanjie have not yet broken up, and they live in the same mountain, and no one accuses Li Che of having anything wrong with his relationship with Master Yuding.
All in all, except for some rumors, Li Che lived extremely comfortably in Kunlun Mountain.
With the saint Lingbao Tianzun preaching and teaching from time to time, and with the inheritance of Demon Ancestor Luo Hu as a reference, his path forward became clearer and clearer, and the prototype of the technique was gradually perfected.
In Biyou Palace, all the immortals are sitting
Lingbao Tianzun, or should we call him Tongtian Cult Leader.
He established the Jiejiao orthodoxy, had hundreds of disciples under his sect, educated many heroes, and educated all living beings. The title of "leader" is more appropriate.
The leader of Tongtian Cult is sitting upright on the Tai Chi Bagua Taoist platform, with three flowers blooming above his head. The clear immortal energy is hazy, interpreting the birth and death of creation. The five qi in his chest are facing the yuan, just like the rolling white waves. The five qi develop the five elements, and the five elements transform all things.
The three flowers gathered at the top and the five qi moved towards the Yuan. This was a sign of the great achievement of the Immortal Way. The leader of Tongtian Cult manifested the three flowers and five qi, showing the mystery of the Tao to his disciples through his own Tao fruits.
This is more useful than explaining the Tao with words. The secrets of the Supreme Pure Immortal Tao are presented in front of the disciples. How much they can understand depends entirely on their own talents and understanding.
The three twelfth-grade green lotuses move with the power of the three talents of heaven, earth, and man, evolving into chaos and chaos, in which we can see the sun, moon, stars, and all things in the heaven and earth, including all phenomena, all things, and the wonders of all ways.
The disciples were so fascinated by what they saw that they were so absorbed that they did not want to miss anything.
Among the three flowers displayed by Master Tongtian, some people saw the four signs of yin and yang, some saw the true meaning of swordsmanship, and some understood the beauty of formations...
Everyone's understanding is different, and what they understand is also different, but what you can understand is the most suitable for you.
Talent determines achievement. This statement is not absolute, but it cannot be said to be wrong.
People like those like the Ten Heavenly Lords are really talented in cultivation, but their understanding of formations is unique. The birth of the Ten Jue Formation is not far away!
Li Che is also observing and studying the Tao of Master Tongtian, and accumulating more Tao understanding will make him go more smoothly on the road of creating Dharma.
He just doesn't want to take the path that Master Tongtian has walked, but it doesn't mean that he looks down on Master Tongtian's way.
It is normal to learn to observe the ways of others, and then turn them into your own, turning them into the accumulation of your own heritage. Many people with great supernatural powers have come this way.
The Taoist Zixiao Palace preached the Three Thousand Holy Spirits. The Three Thousand Holy Spirits understood the mysteries of the Tao described by the Taoist Patriarch, and then integrated them into their own Tao. This led to the creation of many great supernatural beings who are now powerful in the world.
Although Li Che's cultivation level is low, he took the first step on the right path, enlightened, integrated, created, and walked his own path.
After all, the path of the Tongtian Religion belongs to the Tongtian Religion. No matter how it changes, it cannot escape the scope of the Tongtian Religion. At most, it can only be regarded as a branch extending from a tree.
People like Li Che appear to be lonely and indifferent on the surface, but in fact they are proud and prideful. They claim to be no weaker than others and are never willing to be the slaves of others.
Creating a fork in a road can be called a trailblazer, but not a lawmaker.
Li Che only wants to be a law creator, but has no intention of becoming a path-breaker.
Those who create laws create their own way and follow their own path;
A pathfinder takes the path of others, cultivates the path of others, and opens up a branch that does not deviate from the main path;
There is a world of difference between the two!
After waking up from the enlightenment, Li Che looked at the leader of Tongtian who was surrounded by three flowers and five kinds of energy and had a divine and transcendent demeanor. Li Che couldn't help but secretly sigh: "There is a thread of life in the world, there is no distinction between teachings, and it really lives up to its name."
Showing one's own Tao and fruit without any reservation, allowing his disciples to observe and comprehend. The only one who can do this is Master Tongtian.
Believers must keep something in reserve. Many people with great supernatural powers have this habit. After all, there is an unspoken rule among those with great supernatural powers that "the law should not be taught lightly".
As majestic as the Tongtian Cult Master, it is really difficult to find another one.
It is not without reason that many Jie Cult disciples are completely devoted to Master Tongtian and worship him as the supreme god.
With a teacher like this, why should I regret it!
If he didn't have other plans, Li Che would treat Master Tongtian like many disciples of Jie Cult.
But even though he had evil intentions and had impure motives for joining the Jie Cult, Li Che still admired the Master of Tongtian Cult greatly and never had any thoughts of blasphemy.
Perhaps sensing Li Che's gaze, the leader of Tongtian Cult restrained himself and looked at Li Che with a calm gaze: "My disciple Tongxuan, do you have any questions?"
Tongxuanzi is the Taoist title given to Li Che by the leader of Tongtian Cult, which means Tao Fa Tongxuan.
For Li Che, a disciple who was in chaos both before and after him, even a saint could not see through it, the leader of Tongtian Cult still had high expectations.
It's a pity that Tongtian Cult Master's expectations will eventually turn into water. Many years later, when Li Che is exposed, he will be extremely disappointed.
Li Che, the clear Che, but Li Che's heart is dark. He cannot understand Taoism and Taoism. He will only have monstrous power and bring disaster to one era after another.
This happened a long, long time later, so I won’t mention it for now.
Hearing the voice of Master Tongtian, Li Che quickly put away his distracting thoughts, stood up and bowed, saying: "I have been in the mountain for many years, but I still don't know what it is. May I ask Master, what is Tao?"
His road to law creation has reached a bottleneck period, and he is about to build a prototype framework, but the core of the prototype framework stumps him.
Dharma has no core, just like people have no heart. People have no heart and cannot live. Dharma has no heart and cannot be the Tao.
Regarding the confusion he faces, Master Tongtian may give him the answer. The saint's vision and knowledge are naturally far beyond that of a little shrimp in the realm of heaven.
"You have never really touched the threshold of Tao, so why are you talking about what Tao is?"
The leader of Tongtian was slightly startled at first, and then he stopped laughing, feeling somewhat confused about whether to laugh or cry.
In the realm of immortals, one can already control the laws of heaven and earth for one's own use, but the laws and Tao are completely different.
There is no Tao in the world. The so-called Tao refers more to the laws and rules that govern the operation of heaven and earth.
The practitioner's Tao is based on one's own will as the core and integrated with many laws of heaven and earth. This step can also be called the integration of Tao.
The path of a practitioner is formed by the combination of various laws.
Li Che was just a mere heavenly being. He had just touched upon the application of laws, and he began to shamelessly ask what the Tao was. In the opinion of the Tongtian Cult Master, this was somewhat too ambitious.
For the step of integrating the Tao, you must at least reach the realm of Taiyi and understand enough laws, and the laws you understand must be profound enough.
The disciples of Jiejiao who had awakened from the state of enlightenment were also surprised, followed by deep ridicule.
Li Che has been a disciple for many years, but his cultivation has been stagnant. Many disciples were already quite unhappy with Li Che, but now Li Che's ambitious question made them feel that Li Che was not worthy of being an inner disciple at all.
However, with the leader of Tongtian in front, many disciples did not dare to express their emotions at will, lest they cause the leader of Tongtian to be unhappy.
The Master of Tongtian teaches his disciples, and he can show his own Taoism without reservation, allowing his disciples to observe and understand. His style of conduct is majestic, but at the same time, he dislikes criticism among his disciples.
Fighting among fellow disciples is the biggest taboo in Jiejiao. Anyone who violates it will have serious consequences.
I still remember that when I first started, a disciple from the Bashe tribe killed a disciple who had transformed into a tree. He was directly deprived of his cultivation by the leader of Tongtian Cult, and was thrown into the Demon Refining Tower, where he was devoured by countless resentful souls and died.
Death.
