What are the six righteous and six evils?
The six righteous ones:
First, the bud has not begun to move, the figure has not been seen, and it is obvious that the survival and death are the keys of gain and loss, and that is not the case before, so that the master can stand in a place of glory and glory, and the world is called filial piety. This is the sage minister.
The second is to be humble and honest, to promote good faith, to encourage the master to be in harmony, to instruct the master to use long-term strategies, to follow the beauty of the master, to save his evil spirits, to succeed and achieve success, to be good at the king, and not dare to attack his labor alone, such a good minister is a good minister.
The third is to be humble and humble, to sleep early and night, to be unable to understand the wise, to be honest, to act with strict ideas in the past, so that it is beneficial to ensure the peace of the country, the country, and the temple. This is a loyal minister.
Fourth, observe the secret, see success or failure early, guard against it and save it, lead it and restore it, block it, eliminate the source, turn disaster into blessing, and make the king feel free to worry. This is a wise minister.
The fifth is to obey the text and follow the law, to serve as officials, to resign and give gifts, not receive gifts, to be well-dressed, to be well-equipped, and to eat frugal. This is a chaste minister.
Sixth, the country is in chaos and what is done is not righteous. However, if you dare to offend the face of the master, talk about the king's faults, and refuse to refute to punish him, die and the country will not regret what he does. This is a straight minister, which is the six righteousness.
Six evil people:
One is to say that officials are greedy for their own people, do not do official business, have their wisdom, and hide their abilities. They are hungry for discussion and eager for strategies, but they still refuse to be honest. They are willing to be up and down with the world, and watch from both sides. This is the case.
Second, everything the master says is good, and everything the master does is good. If you ask what the master likes, you will advance it immediately, so as to be happy with the master's ears and eyes, and to be happy with the master, regardless of the consequences. This is a flattering minister.
The third is that the middle is quite dangerous, the appearance is small and cautious, clever and charming, and jealous of the virtuous. If you want to advance, you will understand the beauty and hide your evil. If you want to retreat, you will understand the faults and hide your beauty. If you want to take wrong, you will make the master take wrong, and the rewards and punishments are improper, and the orders are not fulfilled. This is a treacherous minister.
Fourth, wisdom is enough to embellish the wrong, argument is enough to speak, and whisper and make articles become free from the relatives of the flesh and blood inside, and jealousy and chaos in the court outside. This is the case of slanderous ministers.
The fifth is to be authoritarian and powerful, and to recruit national affairs as important as private parties. To form a party to enrich the family, and to increase power. To be good at correcting the master's fate and to show his own self-reality. This is a traitor minister.
Six: flattery and evil words, despise the master as evil, and behave in a bad way, and be compared with Zhou, to cover up the master's wisdom, and when you enter, you are good at speaking, and when you leave, you are even more different, so that the white and black words are inseparable, and the right and wrong are inseparable, and the servants can be pushed. However, because of the adversity, the master will be disseminated in the territory and hear from the neighbors. This is the minister who destroyed the country, which is called the six evils.
The wise ministers are in the six right ways and do not practice the six evil ways. Therefore, they are at peace and in the top and in the bottom. When they are alive, they are happy and in the dead, they are thinking. This is the way for the ministers."
