Chapter 304 You burn me and I will burn you
"King of Ksitigarbha" rode his horse to the top of the mountain gate to see it. It turned out to be a temple.
Just as I was about to enter the door, a group of monks came out of the door.
"King of Ksitigarbha" stood by the door and asked a question. The monk quickly answered the gift and said with a smile:
"Where did you come from the misunderstanding?"
"King of Ksitigarbha" said:
"My disciple was an imperial envoy from Dongtu. He went to Leiyin Temple to worship Buddha and pray for scriptures. At this point, it was getting late, so I wanted to borrow the temple for a night."
The monk said:
"Please sit in the room, please sit in the room."
Then they entered the mountain gate together and saw four big characters written on the main hall, which were "Guanyin Zen Temple".
The owner of the courtyard presented tea and arranged for vegetarian offerings.
It was still early, and there were two children behind him, supporting an old monk out.
Monks and Taoists:
"The master is here."
"King of Ksitigarbha" Sanzang bowed and bowed, and the old monk returned the ceremony and sat down.
Old monk:
"The young men said that I had just come out to see the master from Dongtu Tang Dynasty, but I don't know how far it takes to get here?"
"King of Ksitigarbha" said:
"There are more than 5,000 miles after leaving the border of Chang'an; after crossing the Two-Wilderness Mountain, we traveled through the Xifan Haji Kingdom. After two months, we had another five, and six thousand miles before we arrived at the Guidi."
Old monk:
"It's also a thousand miles away. My disciple wasted his life and never went out of the mountain gate. It's the so-called "watching the sky in a well" and a person who is a dead person."
"King of Ksitigarbha" asked again:
"How long does the owner's life last?"
Old monk:
"I'm 270 years old."
While talking, a little boy took out a plate of mutton fat jade, and three tea clocks with blue and gold inlaid; another boy picked up a white copper pot and poured three cups of fragrant tea.
It's really because of its beauty, its flavor is better than the fragrance of osmanthus.
"King of Ksitigarbha" praised:
"Good objects! Good objects! What a delicious food item!"
The old monk:
"Dirty eyes! Dirty eyes! The master is a country of heaven and the world, and he can read the rare treasures. How can he be awarded such a tool? I came from the country, but what treasures do you have? Is there to see with my disciples?"
"King of Ksitigarbha" smiled slightly and said:
"There is only a cassock in my bag."
When the monks heard about the cassock, they sneered and said:
"The master said that the robes are treasures, which is ridiculous. If you say that robes are like us, there are more than twenty or thirty pieces; if you talk about my master, you have been a monk here for 250 or 60 years, there are seven or eight hundred pieces!"
The old monk was also showing off for a while.
He asked the Taoist to open the warehouse. Toutuo carried the cabinet, then carried out the twelve cabinets, placed them in the patio, opened the lock, set up clothes hangers on both sides, pulled ropes around, and shook the robes one by one. It was indeed a full-house embroidery and silk walls!
"King of Ksitigarbha" quietly breathed a sigh of relief and untied the burden. There were already rays of light bursting out, and there were still two layers of oil paper wrapped around it. After removing the paper, he took out the robes.
When it shakes open, the room is filled with red light and the colorful air fills the courtyard.
When all the monks saw this, all of them praised him happily. When the old monk saw such a treasure, he was indeed moved by the evil spirit. He walked forward, and tears came down in his eyes and said:
"My disciple is really unrequited!"
"King of Ksitigarbha" helped him up:
"What do you mean by the teacher in the nursing home?"
He said:
"The master, this treasure, has just been unfolded. It's late, but my eyes are so blurry that I can't see clearly, wouldn't I be destined to do it!"
"King of Ksitigarbha" handed over the cassock to the old monk:
"From you see, I will just return it to me tomorrow morning and I will not be able to damage my beard."
The old monk liked it and took the cassock in it, but ordered the monks to clean the meditation hall in front, set up a bedding, and arranged a morning trek to see him off tomorrow morning, and then they all scattered.
But the monk tricked the robes into their hands, held them under the lamp in the back room, and cried bitterly at them, so panicked that the monks in the temple did not dare to sleep first.
There were two disciples, who were his beloved, and went up to ask:
"Master, why are you crying?"
Old monk:
"I don't have the chance to cry, and I can't bear to see Tang Seng's treasure!"
The little monk said:
"My father-in-law is tall and has given him a gift. He put his robes in front of you, and you can just untie them. Why do you need to cry?"
Old monk:
"Although I am free to sit at home and enjoy the evening scene, I cannot wear this cassock. If I teach me to wear it for a day, I will close my eyes even if I die. It is also my life to come to the sun to be a monk!"
Monks and Taoists:
"It's so unscrupulous! What's the difficulty of wearing him? We will keep him for one day tomorrow, and you will wear him for one day; if you keep him for ten days, you will wear him for ten days, and you will just cry like this?"
Old monk:
"Even if he has been kept for half a year, he will only wear it for half a year, and he will not be angry. When he wants to go, he has to go with him. How can he stay for a long time?"
At the moment of speaking, there was a little monk named Guangzhi who stood up and said:
"It's easy for the long term."
When the old monk heard this, he became happy and said:
"My son, what are your opinions?"
Guangzhi said: "The Tang monk is a walking man. He worked so hard. Now he is asleep. We think of a few powerful people, took guns and knives, opened the meditation hall, killed him, and buried his body in the back garden. Only my family knew about it, but he also planned his white horse, his bag, but left the cassock, thinking that the treasure of family heirlooms is not a long-term solution for his descendants?"
When the old monk saw that, he was full of joy, but he wiped his tears and said:
"Okay! OK! OK! This plan is amazing!"
Even if you clean up the guns and knives.
Another little monk named Guangmou came forward and said:
"This plan is not good. If you want to kill him, you need to see the movement. What if you can't kill him, but you won't cause trouble instead? I have a way to not use swords and guns. I don't know what your will is?"
Old monk:
"My son, what are you doing?"
Guangmoudao:
"According to Xiao Sun's opinion, now he calls the big and small houses of Dongshan. Each person wants to dry firewood. He put a bunch of three meditation halls and set fire to him. He wanted to leave without a door, so he burned him with a fire. When the people saw him in front of the mountain, he just said that he accidentally left the fire and burned all my meditation halls. But didn't the two monks burned to death? They were so easy to cover up. Isn't the cassock the treasure of our family heirloom?"
When the monks heard this, they were all happy and said:
"Strong! Strong! Strong! This plan is even better! More wonderful!"
Then he taught each room to bring firewood and put a meditation hall around the front and back, and arranged to set fire. A gust of wind blew, causing the fire to scatter.
Two quasi-saints, why are they afraid of ordinary fire?
"King of Ksitigarbha" sneered secretly, but recited a magic trick. The monks in the temple were all stunned. In a moment, the wind was strong and the fire was strong, making a Guanyin Courtyard red everywhere.
The monks were in the fire, but they could not move and could not speak. For a moment, they made charcoal and wisps of souls, and they threw themselves into the underworld...
Unexpectedly, when the fire broke out, a mountain beast monster was alarmed.
Twenty miles south of the Guanyin Courtyard, there is a Black Wind Mountain. There is a Black Wind Cave in the mountain. There is a fairy in the cave. He is waking up and turning over. He saw the window and door that is bright, and it is just dawn.
When I got up and looked, the fire was shining brightly from the north, and the fairy was shocked:
"Oh! This must be a fire in Guanyin Courtyard! These monks were so careless! When I saw it, I saved him."
