Chapter 199: Drug Enforcement and Interview(2/3)

Two days later…

Jeff didn't come. He was in charge of the underground forces in Cartagena. The team was led by Thomson, who was in charge of the Cartagena branch of X Security.

There is a clear division of labor and no interference with each other. This is Sean's rule.

Thomson led the security personnel of

East of Cartagena, on a beach.

There isn't much else in Cartagena except a lot of beaches. In comparison, the quality of this beach is not that good, and you can hardly see anyone at night.

Not far from here, about 1 kilometer away, the Black Hawk was parked in an open area. Next to it, Rusk Xavier, 30 policemen, and two combat teams from X Security were sitting and chatting quietly.

At about 1 a.m., two pickup trucks without headlights drove toward the beach in the dark.

After the car parked, eight people in green military uniforms jumped out of the car, each holding a flashlight and walking towards the seaside.

The beach is not far away. The people from the intelligence team are lying on the sand, with most of their bodies buried in the sand. They are holding an infrared telescope and staring quietly at this side. "Report, the target has appeared."

"Continue monitoring." After receiving the news, Thomson immediately came over and knocked on the helicopter door, "Boss, those drug criminals are here."

"Okay, get ready. You guys can touch it and I'll let you know when the transaction starts." Sean rubbed his sleepy eyes, opened the hatch and gave instructions.

He was shot in the dark a while ago, and although Santos was sent to jail, he was forced to turn his "copycat" wine business into a regular business early.

It doesn't matter how angry you are.

I was holding fire in my heart, and I just happened to go out to clean up the violence and do justice for heaven to vent my anger.

Thomson went to greet the X security combat team and touched it first. Behind him, more than 30 police officers followed him at a distance of more than 100 meters.

Over there, the drug lord's man pointed a flashlight at the sea and pressed the switch to send out a signal. The signal was run three times, and a red light on the sea flashed several times to return the signal.

"Let's move the goods down."

The four of them walked to the back of the pickup truck and unloaded two large wooden boxes, each weighing 100 kilograms, full of extremely pure cocaine.

At sea, the hum of the engine came, and a speedboat drove towards the shore.

This group of guerrillas was very vigilant, so they separated four people in front to prepare for the transaction, and the other four people spread out around to guard the outside.

More than 100 meters away, a combat team quietly groped into the sea. Another combat team groped toward the back of the pickup truck. They did not dare to move until they were more than 80 meters away.

The man who came out from the sea was carrying a suitcase. They met and said a few words, and then began to check each other. Seeing this, Thomson gently pressed the intercom in his hand and said, "Boss, let's start the transaction."

Hearing the voice from the intercom, Sean signaled to the pilot next to him, and the pilot immediately started the helicopter.

The sound of "thud, thud, thud, thud" sounded one kilometer away, and the night sky was silent, and it came all at once.

"What a sound!" The two parties involved in the transaction screamed, turned on the safety of their guns, and while confronting each other, looked in the direction of the sound.

"It sounds like the sound of a helicopter!?" One person frowned and said with some surprise after listening for a while.

"not good!"

"Fire!" Thomson shouted, and the two combat groups opened fire immediately.

"Da da da" "ta da da" "ta da da"

As soon as the gunfire rang out, both parties to the transaction immediately became confused. The buyer rushed towards the seaside with the money, but the drug lord could not move the goods quickly and could only fight back at the place where the gunshot was fired.

"Da da da" Before the buyer could get close to the sea, a combat team focused its firepower on the speedboat floating on the sea.

Debris was flying everywhere, and the speedboat was not bulletproof. A round of concentrated fire completely destroyed the speedboat.

At this moment, the helicopter had already arrived, and bright searchlights were projected from overhead.

Looking at the helicopter in the sky, the drug criminals and buyers instantly felt chills all over. It was over!

Sean didn't bother to shout anything at all. He adjusted the suspended cannon under the cabin and directly pressed the firing button.

"Dong dong dong dong dong" the machine gun sound sounded...

The strong wind blows, the clouds fly, and the warriors move in all directions.

Drug criminals must be suppressed at any time, no matter how hard they are not suppressed!

Five minutes later, only stumps and broken arms were left on the ground, with no survivors.

The helicopter circled in the sky and then headed straight to the sea to see who would be there to meet him.

It was a large cargo ship with a displacement of no less than 4,000 tons. If it hadn't been for the Hellfire, Sean would have wanted to blast it.

After thinking about it, let it go. This is in Colombia. If there is no contraband on the ship, it will be hard to explain if it sinks.

Besides, they are all leeks that have a good growth trend, so they can keep the roots so that they can grow back and continue harvesting next time.

After making two majestic turns over the cargo ship, Sean gave the order to go back.

Ten minutes later, the helicopter flew back and landed on the beach. The hatch opened and Sean jumped out of the helicopter.

Standing on the beach, smelling the smell of blood and gun smoke, Sean felt much better. "Thomson, how are you?"

"Not bad, I have 4 million in cash and 100 kilograms of goods." Thomson walked up and rubbed his hands with a happy face and said.

"So few?" Sean was stunned.

"few!?"

"100 kilograms, 100,000 grams of high-purity cocaine, why is it only 4 million? Is this a lot?" Sean spread his hands.

"Boss, that's not how the accounts are calculated." Thomson explained with a smile: "The price you know is the price at which it is sold to drug addicts, not the price at the place of origin."

"This group of people will ship it to the United States and sell it to gangs, who will then distribute it. They have to go through at least two links, and if more, it will take 3-4 links. Everyone has to make money."

"Oh, yes, there are middlemen who make the difference... tsk tsk, it can't be direct sales from the manufacturer." Sean thought and suddenly laughed, making Thomson look confused.

Before Thomson could ask questions, Rusk Xavier came over with two policemen.

When Sean got closer, he saw that Rusk Xavier's face was pale and he was covering his mouth with one hand. It was obvious that he had just vomited.

"Stop, don't come close, I'm afraid you'll puke on me." Sean quickly reached out and hugged me, took a step back and then asked with a smile: "What, this is the first time we meet?"

Rusk Xavier was speechless and just shook his head.

I'm a police chief, and I can't stand the sight of corpses all over the ground.

"It's okay, it's your first time, you just need to get used to it." Sean patted his shoulder, "I'll take the money away first, and you guys can clean up the drug addict and the corpse."

Rusk Xavier shuddered and almost vomited when he thought about the mangled corpses bombarded by machine guns.

The police in Cartagena have no other use than washing the floors, so 30% of the money cannot be taken for free.

Just cleaning for a living.

Rusk Xavier covered his mouth and nodded.

I dare not speak for fear of spitting out my words.

After carrying the big suitcase and throwing it onto the helicopter, Sean got on it and left directly. Thomson also took the X security people back to rest.

Jeff will take care of the division of the spoils, so Sean doesn't have to worry about it.

Early the next morning, Rusk Xavier held a press conference and proudly announced the results of yesterday's anti-drug campaign: "Killed 12 drug lords and drug criminals, seized 100,000 grams of high-purity cocaine, and 1.2 million in cash."

Ten thousand U.S. dollars!"

The embarrassment of vomiting when I saw the corpse last night was gone at all.

"Cartagena will intensify its crackdown on drug crimes, say it, and do it!"

“We are going to work hard to build New Cartagena!”

With the government's endorsement, this matter has nothing to do with X Security. The guerrillas will also find trouble with the government, although everyone knows that the main force must be X Security.

After all, the police's few guns and those pot-bellied guys are not capable of annihilating all drug criminals in one fell swoop.

After not staying in Cartagena for a while and experiencing the Colombian customs, Sean took a flight directly back to Trenton the next day.

He has invested 180 million in the prison, which is his largest investment project so far. He must keep an eye on it.

Originally, I wanted to start a TV station first, but the rate of return for TV stations, or the entire media industry, is very low in this era. In comparison, prisons are much faster.

After all, we don’t have to worry about tourists. Our great America lacks everything except prisoners!

The design drawings of Cape May Island have been released. They are all model-type and the design is not difficult. Edward and his engineering team have already begun to demolish the existing buildings.

In order to promote the largest investment project, Sean decided to take the initiative to accept an interview.

"The Punishment Company will introduce more industries and increase labor intensity. Is this true?" the reporter asked below.

"Labor is the most glorious!" Sean emphasized first, and then continued: "According to statistics, the reason why most prisoners turn to crime is because they are unwilling to exchange labor for money. They always think about

Taking shortcuts will eventually lead to doing illegal and criminal things, which is not good and should not be done!"

"The prison has indeed added some jobs. We will let the prisoners feel happiness from labor and the process of exchanging labor for money." Sean's face was full of compassion.

"Moreover, we also want to let the prisoners master a certain skill, so that after they get out of prison, they will not turn to crime again because they can't find a job or make money."

"We sincerely hope that every prisoner can live a happy, safe and happy life after being released from prison."

"Mr. Sean, is this so-called labor compulsory?"

"Of course not. We adopt a voluntary principle. The United States is a country where everyone enjoys freedom and justice. We do not have any coercion."

"According to the information we have received, the food standards in the prison have been greatly reduced. Does anyone suspect that you are abusing prisoners?"

"Whoever said that, let him stand up!" Sean's face darkened and he said loudly: "Any statement without evidence is slander and slander. We will take legal action to protect our reputation!"

"For the health of inmates in the prison, the correctional company specially hired biological experts from Princeton University to prepare nutritious meals based on the actual conditions of the prison, which are athlete-level!"

"We advocate a healthy and green life with less oil, less salt, and less sugar to better ensure the health of the body. Long-term consumption of foods heavy in oil, heavy sugar, and heavy salt will cause the body to gain weight, increase the burden on the internal organs, and induce heart and brain problems.
