Chapter Sixteen: The Terrible Night

"What?" Robin looked around blankly, seeing nothing except endless darkness and the extremely limited circular range illuminated by a bonfire.

Apart from the crows wailing on the trees and the roaring wolves that appear and disappear, there is nothing he hears.

The cold wind quietly swept the ground, blew the bonfire into a crackling sound.

"Shh." Gael raised a finger and his eyes became solemn. "I believe Iyeta, her hearing is very good."

"Here you." Yiyeta held the sword in his hand and looked coldly into the distance.

Robin and Gale stared in that direction.

A slight wind blew first, and the rustling sound became stronger and stronger.

A ray of light appeared in the darkness.

In Robin's eyes, it seems like-

Two small full moons with bright colors.

"What is that?"

No matter what, he wouldn't think it was a car.

"We may have encountered a demonic anaconda." Yiyeta said coldly.

"Demonic anaconda...what is that?"

"You won't want to know." Yiyeta was already sweating all over when she said this.

"I hope I don't come here." Gale said nervously.

The black shadow crawled quickly and drove along a curve in the distance.

It was at this moment that the pair of bright moons suddenly turned and "silhouetted" over.

Although Robin had a premonition, when he was facing the thing, he still felt a coldness rising from the soles of his feet to his forehead-

The two moons were obviously huge eyes, and the blurred body hidden below extended all the way out, sweeping away a wave of fallen leaves in the distance.

No matter what, it looks like a huge snake.

But looking at its head, it is at least ten meters long.

Robin found that he had completely forgotten his breathing, and his palms were already covered with sweat.

The thing was extremely fast, and the snow brought by its tail swept back and forth, with rustling sounds from far to near.

This is the first time, Robin knows that snakes can climb so fast.

Immediately afterwards, he saw a white shadow.

Although it is not very real to see, it can be vaguely identified as a lone wolf. It is relatively normal for individuals, but it is much larger than the size of the wolf Robin met before.

Impartially, the two things rushed towards them one after another.

"Damn it!"

Although he was prepared for it, the strange operation of the demon anaconda was unexpected by Yiyeta and Gail. Who knew that it would turn halfway and pounce on this side.

This is not a good thing for the two priest guards who have not healed.

It can even be said to be a bolt from the blue.

Iyeta and Gale moved at the same time, pulled Robin to the right and ran quickly, trying to avoid the two giants.

A loud noise came from behind Robin, and from the corner of his eyes, he could almost see the moonlight reflected from the wet and huge snake body behind him.

And the coldness of the snowflakes rushing onto their legs by the aftershocks.

But, the next moment, Robin's face hit Iyeta's back.

Gail and Iyetta stopped at the same time.

A white shadow hit the grass in front of them, and let out a whimper.

The shadow quickly churned from the ground, with four claws facing the ground, his head lowered, and two rows of cold white teeth grinding backwards.

It's over.

Robin thought to himself that there was a snake behind and a wolf in front, surrounded.

Behind them, the huge snake body stood up straight upwards and looked down at the ground.

It's like a thick tree.

The white wolf let out a low roar, making people tremble.

This is the first time, Robin has seen that different species will also hunt together.

Gale turned around and stood back to Iyeta, standing one after another on both sides of Robin, protecting him tightly.

"Wolf, yours, mys."

After Yiyeta finished speaking briefly, the two men came out with their swords.

Two white figures ran towards their respective targets very quickly and vigorously.

but--

Robin found something wrong. Just as Gale's sword stabbed at the white wolf, the white wolf jumped up and stepped over the heads of everyone, but rushed straight towards the giant snake behind.

Not collaboration!

They were just involved in the battle between giant beasts.

"not good."

Robin exclaimed, and turned his eyes worriedly to Iyeta.

The latter was very fast, and in two steps, she reached the hovering snake body. Her right hand shook, and the silver-white Z-shaped sword stabbed into the snake body.

The wolf shadow flew through the air and bit the demon's head hard.

"Silk~~" the giant snake's mouth made a miserable hiss.

Only then did Yiyeta realize what a serious mistake he had made just now.

But it was too late, and the snake tail of the magic anaconda quickly attacked, quickly rolling up her body.

Iyeta's mouth let out a painful groan, and his whole body was lifted into the air.

"Yyeta!"

Gail shouted loudly.

The white wolf did not let go and bit the layer of flesh tightly.

Even in this case, perhaps the damage caused by Yiyeta before was even worse than that, the demon anaconda had not let go of Yiyeta.

...

Robin's hands were placed on his chest, with his palm facing outwards, and a faint purple magic aperture appeared on his hands out of thin air.

He began to chant in his mouth, and the light of magic became stronger and stronger.

Five seconds later, three purple magic missiles surged out of the aperture, drew three interlaced arcs in the air, and flew towards the huge body of the magic horn.

"boom!"

A stream of light rushed and hit the snake's head hard.

"Boom! Boom!"

Then two more beats.

The huge snake's head swung outward.

As the purple light faded, a large and small wound was broken on the skin behind the eyes.

But it has not done any substantial harm.

"The skin of the anaconda has a certain degree of magic resistance." Gale frowned and said, "low-level magic is too weak for it."

Compared to Robin's magic, White Wolf and Gale's attacks are obviously much more effective-

The huge wolf bit the snake's neck tightly, and his jaws were used to force, and his sharp teeth were like two sharp blades, piercing into its body tightly.

The demon anaconda trembled all over her body in pain, and blood gradually dripped down from the position where it was bitten and followed the wolf's teeth.

Gael's stabbing also worked clearly. She flexibly wandered around the snake body on the ground and opened blood holes one after another.

Robin saw that Yiyeta's face turned pale after being wrapped tightly by the snake's body, but he was afraid that he would not last long.

Compared to this behemoth, the power of ordinary warriors is too weak.

The Demon Anaconda seemed to realize its current situation, but it still did not let go of Yiyeta's plan, but instead turned the snake's head outwards-

Robin saw that huge shadow complete a huge bow in the air.
