Chapter Three Hundred and Twenty Five The Buddha Transcends Sentient Beings

On the fourth day of the Dharma Assembly, when it reached its peak, the Fuluo County became crowded, and there were people waiting in line for dinner in the hotel. Under the eaves and on the leeward side of the street, there were people eating dry food everywhere, and the woodsheds in Yuehe Laodian were cleaned up and lived.

Jiang Anyi did not expect that the impact of this Dharma Assembly would be so great. The venue of the Dharma Assembly yesterday had already squeezed out more than 2,000 people, and those who came late could only stand outside and listen. Jiang Anyi sent a yamen runner to maintain order and demolished the wind-proof curtain, which slightly alleviated the congestion. In order to give believers a place to settle down, Jiang Anyi mobilized the people of the county town to rent houses, opened the inn for the gentry to move in, and the houses of the county school were also vacant. Many temporary greenhouses were built on the open space, and the problem of living was finally solved. The food was better solved. The porridge pot was set up at all gates of the four city gates, and porridge was distributed every day, and more than a thousand stone of grain was paid for the Huangyang Village, which was enough for porridge.

The venue of the Dharma Assembly was a little crowded. After discussing with Liu Jiusi and Qin Zixiong who had returned from paying the tax, Jiang Anyi decided to change the venue to an open space outside the East City withered grass in winter and was empty, and many people could tolerate it. However, the wind was a little stronger. Jiang Anyi said mockingly, let the cold wind blow away some false believers.

Master Hongxin climbed to the platform of the new venue, and looked at the countless heads of Hei Yaya below, and everyone looked at him with anticipation. Even though the master practiced so hard that he was not surprised by favors and disgraces, he could face the emperor's imperial edicts calmly, but when facing so many honest believers, his heart became hot, and stood on the platform and recited the Buddha's name high, with a loud sound that shocked the whole field.

"The Buddhist lion roars", someone said excitedly.

Liu Jiusi murmured: "Liu once read the book "The Buddha's Kingdom", which records that 'The practice of the Dharma is meaningless, just like a lion's roar, and what he said is like thunder shock. Today I heard Master Hong Xin recite the Buddha's name. It turns out that it is the 'Tathagata' and can subdue all ghosts."

Jiang Anyi laughed secretly beside him. This was clearly because Master Hong Xin had a strong internal skills and spoke with a strong sense of energy. Of course, he could make a few lion roars if I had been on the way. Of course, Jiang Anyi could not destroy Master's stage and said with a pious look: "It is deafening and deafening, and the sacredness is inside and outside, which is enough to shock the demons and evil will not arise."

The words caused everyone around him to nod and recite the Buddha's name continuously.

Master Hong Xin has sat cross-legged on the high platform. Today he preached "breaking up obsessions". The master also started with the story in the Buddhist scriptures, "There is a black-toothed Brahma in the West, with vast supernatural powers. He can know the future from heaven and earth. He calculated that he only had a few days of life. He was very distressed, and his supernatural powers could not solve it..."

The story of Master Hong Xin’s Buddhist scriptures is easy to understand and easy to understand, and everyone listens to. Although the wind outside the city is very strong, the master’s voice is like a bell, and everyone feels that the master’s voice is like a sound in his ears. Sitting together densely, like a dense forest, the sun shines on everyone, making people feel warm as if bathed in Buddha’s light.

"... I went to see the Buddha with two flowers and asked for the major affairs of life and death. The Buddha told him: Put it down. He put down the flower in his left hand. The Buddha said again: Put it down. He put down the flower in his right hand. The Buddha still asked him to put it down. He said: I have nothing to put down. Then the Buddha said to him: What you really want to let go is not the flower in your hand, but your attachment to life and death."

Everyone looked at each other, but it seemed that this story was not understood. Jiang Anyi frowned and thought. Zhang Keji, who was standing beside him, was already in tears and murmured to himself: "Let go of obsession, the master said that he could only be liberated if he could let go of obsession."

Zhang Keji has two obsessions, one is his identity as Lu. This obsession was put down when he changed his name to Zhang Keji and bid farewell to his parents, and his wife Zhuo Niang. Although Zhuzhu Luoluo and his daughter made him regain hope of life, Zhang Keji always thinks of the dead Zhuo Niang, especially when he sees Zhen'er's slightly blue eyes, he always feels pain in his heart and can't extricate himself.

Master Hong Xin's voice sounded in his ears, "In life, you can't escape the separation of love, the gathering of enemies and hatreds, the suffering of seeking cannot be obtained, the separation of life and death, and the world is impermanent. Being obsessed with fame and fortune, running around and working hard, why not let go and be liberated..."

Zhang Keji put his palms together and silently said in his heart: "Big Madam Zhuo, Lu Ziyue has gone with you. I will take good care of our children and live well, so that you will not worry. If you are destined to be together, we will meet again in the next life."

The Dharma Assembly also ended until noon, and everyone's income was different. The crowd gradually dissipated. Master Hongxin walked off the platform, and Jiang Anyi and others came forward. At this moment, a person rushed out from the side and headed straight for Master Hongxin. Jiang Anyi was shocked and recognized that the person was Jin Yiming, for fear that he would be unfavorable to the master, so he stole his own life to stop him.

Master Hong Xin's gentle voice came from behind him: "Jiang Tanyue, if you let him come, it's okay."

Jiang Anyi suddenly remembered that the master's skills were still above him. This Dharma Assembly lasted for more than an hour, for five days in a row. His voice was always loud, allowing everyone to listen to it. His internal skills were unfathomable.

Jin Yiming knelt down in front of the master, raised his face and asked, "Master, Jin knows that his sins are serious, his wife and son are dead, and his hands are covered with blood. Master, can Jin be liberated and meet his wife and children in the next life?"

The believers who had not yet dispersed surrounded him. Some of them knew Jin Yiming, and they pointed at each other secretly and kept talking.

Master Hong Xin placed his palm on Jin Yiming's head and said in a harmonious voice: "Why do Buddha save sentient beings? If you want to be good in one thought, you will be enlightened. The Buddha said: Put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha on the spot. Everyone has the nature of Buddha. Those who do evil can abandon evil and follow good, and become a Buddha."

Jin Yiming kowtowed and said, "Jin is willing to follow the master to become a monk, and practice Qingdeng to repent for his sins."

"Amitabha Buddha, if you have the intention to be kind, you will have a connection with the Buddha. I will accept you by my side. Will you shave it? Let's talk about it later."

Jin Yiming was a bandit who killed people without blinking. He actually converted to Buddhism. The entire county town talked a lot and pushed the Dharma Assembly to ** again. The number of people who came to listen to the Dharma Assembly on the sixth day reached more than 5,000, and the Dharma Platform was seated tightly on all sides. Lizhou Governor Zhao Shulun led his people to push the entire Dharma Assembly to the top.

The news that Master Hongxin held a seven-day Dharma Assembly in Fuluo County reached Jingyang Prefecture on the third day. Zhao Shulun was from Hengzhou, and his parents were believers. Under the influence of his parents, Zhao Shulun believed in Buddhism. Master Hongxin was a monk in Mingpu Temple. Zhao Shulun had never had the chance to meet him. Later, Master Hongxin went south to preach the Dharma and flourished Buddhism in Anlong Temple. Zhao Shulun was not free in his official position and could not go to visit him. This time, the master actually came to Lizhou. Zhao Shulun said that he did not want to miss the opportunity to visit the master.

Zhao Shulun's arrival made Jiang Anyi busy. He was a junior official, so of course he had to take good care of the governor and his followers. He arranged the residence of Zhao next to Master Hong Xin, so that the governor Zhao could ask the master nearby for advice. Zhao Shulun was very satisfied with Jiang Anyi's arrangement and did not even care about the simplicity of the residence.

On the last day of the Dharma Assembly, Jiang Anyi arranged governor Zhao and his followers in the best position. On this day, nearly 10,000 people came to listen to the Dharma. Fortunately, Jiang Anyi arranged the venue outside the city, otherwise there would be no room for so many people to arrange it.

The master finally talked about the Buddha's kingdom, the other side of the world where all Buddhas live. Everyone heard that there were seven treasures of golden banners, seven treasures of pearl trees, countless garlands, and flowers, wonderful sounds and wonderful water, dust-free, filth-free, and no worries, and called Pure Land. Everyone yearned for it, and Zhao Shulun asked loudly, "Dare you ask the master, how can you go to the Pure Land?"

"If you have good thoughts in your mind and recite Amitabha Buddha frequently, you will reach the Pure Land." Master Hongxin replied loudly.

"What, that's so simple?" The believers from all over the world were talking in a hurry. Who was the leader, and the sound of the Dharma chant of "Amitabha" sounded in the entire Dharma field. The sound was higher and louder and louder.

The seven-day Dharma Assembly ended successfully. Jiang Anyi asked Governor Zhao to come to the stage and say a few words to the people. Although Zhao Shulun was the governor, he had never faced the scene of nearly 10,000 people. He walked onto the stage and looked at the black heads around him, and passion arose naturally.

After thinking a little in his belly, the beautiful article was completed. Zhao Shulun was about to start with the emperor's grace and help the Buddhist sect. However, as soon as he opened his mouth, the voice was blown away by the wind. Even when he stood in the audience, Liu Jiusi couldn't hear what the governor was talking about. Zhao Shulun raised his voice and roared a few words, but walked down from the stage in a mess, clearing his hoarse throat, and said to Master Hongxin with admiration: "The master has been doing the Buddhist lion roar for seven consecutive days, and I don't know how many addicted people in the world are awakening. Zhao really admires it."

Master Hong Xin smiled slightly, gave a single hand and said no sound.

As the host, Jiang Anyi certainly had to go on stage to say a few words. Moreover, the purpose of Jiang Anyi's method meeting was to preach Buddhism and make everyone believe that after Buddhism, they could help the construction of Huangyangshan Temple, and to contribute money and strength. Even after listening to Master Hongxin's lion roar for seven days, Jiang Anyi's throat was itchy, and he wanted to yell a few words on the Dharma platform. Now that the opportunity has come, of course it is not to be missed.

"All believers, Master Hongxin traveled thousands of miles to promote Buddhism, in order to save sentient beings, save the world, let everyone escape from suffering, and be reborn in the Buddha's land..." Jiang Anyi felt very good. His voice was condensed but not dissipated, and he could also ring in everyone's ears like Master Hongxin. We would also "roar a lion", but there was more wiseness, which was not as vigorous and powerful as the master.

Master Hong Xin looked at Jiang Anyi. When he met Jiang Anyi six years ago, this son was still very skilled, but he actually didn't have the luck to regulate his breath. He almost got into a devil. He showed his luck. Unexpectedly, in just six years, his kung fu was just following him, not even inferior to him. Uncle Master once wrote to him that this son was his opportunity to spread the Dharma, so after receiving his letter, he immediately decided to come to Fuluo County, Lizhou to spread the Dharma. This Dharma Assembly made nearly 10,000 people get to know Buddhism, which was obviously much more useful than sitting in Anlong Temple. It seems that the decision to come to Lizhou this time was not wrong.

Jiang Anyi didn't know what the master was thinking, so he continued according to his own thoughts: "... The master intends to stay in Fuluo County. This is a blessing for Fuluo County and a blessing for Lizhou. Jiang used his intention to transform Huangyang Mountain into a temple where the master preached the Dharma. He hoped that all believers would contribute money and strong efforts to enable the temple to be built as soon as possible."
