12. Clues

The shadow slowly squirmed. Under Lu Jia and Polo's condescending stare, they flexibly jumped away all the stakes, and "cooperated" with the guards' movements as if acting, drilling around through the gaps in the patrol route, and quickly moved around to a place very close to the cave.

"Damn... it's really." Frustrated without losing the bet, Captain Poirot's attention was all on the black shadow, and he licked his lips excitedly.

"Go and catch him." Lu Jia said behind him.

"Why should I listen to you?"

"Because you lost the bet." Lu Jia lowered his eyes and glanced at Polo.

"Damn..." A vein burst out from Boro's forehead.

"Tell the guard to catch him, live or die." poked Poirot's rib: "Don't tell me you can't do it."

"Talking...I said, are you sure you don't need to be captured alive?" Polo's veins were exposed.

"It's useless to capture it alive, it's just a small character."

"Little character?" Poirot's eyes widened: "He's a spy."

"When you think about it, would that spy be so stupid that he can do such a thing in person?" Lu Jia's eyes were dark: "If the holy weapon is destroyed, he will not even want to survive."

"you……"

"Do you want to make a bet?"

Poirot's face changed for a while with a gloomy face. He did not notice the obvious logical loophole in Lu Jia's words. If he was a smart person, he would probably wonder how Lu Jia was sure that he must be a "fear of death" spy, but Poirot had no such idea at all. What's more important is that he had become deeply curious about the matter itself.

It was not difficult to do what Lu Jia said. After a tingling battle, the unlucky guy was quickly knocked out and put in front of Lu Jia.

During the battle of the guards, Lu Jia hid on the side and waited for Poirot to come back alone, when Lu Jia appeared again.

This sneaky behavior caused Poirot to be seriously dissatisfied: "Damn, you're so sneaky."

"It's him." Lu Jia ignored Polo, but looked at the spy's face.

"Do you know him?"

"Of course, it was a crew member on my ship, because the deserter and his twin brothers were arrested." Lu Jia said.

"Oh? Do you want to scream and ask?" Poirot showed a bloodthirsty smile on his face, and he moved his fingers, obviously thinking of torture and urged confession.

"This is a waste of effort." Lu Jia breathed and shook his head: "I'm sure you can't ask a word from his mouth."

"What did you say?" Polo's forehead was exposed: "I don't believe his bones are made of steel."

"You can't get any useful news from the mouth of a man who must die." Lu Jia said lightly: "I said that he had a twin twin brother. The mastermind behind the Lord who made him destroy the holy weapon must have made some kind of deal with him - for example, letting his brother who was sentenced to death a way out. Before he came, he must have held the belief of putting life and death aside. As a guarantee, he probably took some poison... If I were that person, I would definitely do this."

Polo stared at Lu Jia's face with wide eyes, as if shocked by this cruelty. His blue veins stormed for a while, clenched his fists, gritted his teeth and made a giggle when he spoke. Looking at Lu Jia's expression was full of bad habits: "I don't like fighting side by side with a poisonous snake or a scorpion."

"But you can't refuse the poisonous snake or scorpion to be your enemy."

"I'll stomp their heads." Captain Poirot gritted his teeth.

Lu Jia shrugged without saying anything. Poirot breathed, looking at the spy unconscious on the ground, and once again showed a fierce expression on his face: "Damn... I don't believe that he, a timid deserter, is really not afraid of death..."

"Anyone has a benchmark worth or not worth it in his heart. Perhaps it is not worth dying in this war in his heart." Lu Jia sneered: "Of course you can call him up and ask, but don't hold too much hope."

Captain Poirot's face was unstable, but in the end he couldn't help it. He threw the unlucky ghost on the ground into the cold sea water. The salty water choked into his throat and woke him up immediately. He opened his eyes, and his face first showed horror and incredible, then his face quickly turned blue and black, and his body twitched.

"Damn..." Captain Poirot cursed when he saw the situation and was told by Lu Jia again.

"Calm down." Lu Jia patted Captain Polo's shoulder and looked at the poisonous spy: "I know that person promised you that you would let your brother leave no matter how successful or failure, but what I want to say is that no matter how nice the person said, your brother would never be able to live. Of course... For you, no matter how small the hope is, it is hope... I can't be sure whether your approach is worth it, I can only say regrets to you."

"Ge...Ge...Ge..." The spy's teeth trembled, but his expression calmed down slightly. He seemed to want to say something, but his eyes scattered at this time, and his breathing was briefly rapid for a while before ending.

"What the hell are you doing? I caught this spy but couldn't ask anything. Are you sure this is not a waste of time?" Seeing the spy die, Poirot complained in a furious manner.

"How could it be a waste of time? At least we have determined the identity of this person."

"What's the point of confirming the identity of this minion?"

"This person was not a spy from the beginning." Lu Jia slowly analyzed: "The person has the ability to release him from the death penalty cell, which is already a very clear signal."

"You mean the supervisor in charge of military law is a spy?" Poirot was stunned.

"If he wasn't dead at this time, he would be." Lu Jiayouran said.

"What did you say?"

"We can assume that the Supervisor is not a spy, so if a real spy wants to retrieve two prisoners from the death penalty prison, he will definitely not be able to avoid him. Therefore, the spy must have had contact with the Supervisor. Whether it is a fraud or something else, the spy got this permission from the Supervisor." Lu Jia analyzed: "The spy will definitely be wary of the trouble after the incident is exposed. To be on the safe side, he will definitely kill the Supervisor to silence him."

"If it were me, I would do this too." Lu Jia added.

"Tsk..." Poirot stared at Lu Jia with his eyes wide open: "You... are indeed a complete venomous snake."

"It's too much, but it's because I'm a poisonous snake that I know how to deal with another poisonous snake." Lu Jia pressed his eyebrows. If the glasses were still there, this was a glasses pushing action: "I've been staring at the spy in the dark for a long time, but I haven't known his identity in the past. This time I hope to get him out."

Captain Poirot looked weird and hesitated for a while, and finally spoke: "But why did you tell me?"

"Because you are the only person in the entire fleet that I can trust."

"you……"

Lu Jia's words made Polo stunned. He was stunned for a while, then laughed: "Are you kidding? I... Is I actually the only person you coward can trust?"

Don't look down on yourself too much, you are just an NPC with high value.

Lu Jia turned his back to Poirot, his face calm: "Do you want to continue?"

"Yes, of course." Poirot gritted his teeth fiercely: "I also want to see who is messing around, coward, you already know so much, do you already know where that guy is?"

"Of course..." Lu Jia nodded: "You said, if you were that spy, you would destroy the holy weapon tonight, and where would you stay for your own safety?"

"Of course..." Poirot scratched his head and was furious: "I'm not him, let alone you, how could I know?"

"Of course it's a safe place. Judging from the way he does things, he is not a person who spares his life to achieve his goal, or a timid person... Only by avoiding it far away can he not be implicated by the power of the sacred weapon explosion. Investigate clearly the ships going out tonight... Anyone who leaves is seriously suspected."

"Hey...what do you want to do?"

Lu Jia raised his hand: "Listen, I can't tell you what I want to do. You just need to know that you will do exactly what I said next. This is also for your own good, because your mind, who has no intelligence at all, will definitely mess up things if you know everything."

"You...you sneaky guy..." Poirot took two deep breaths and suppressed the anger in his heart: "Is the supervisor really dead?"

"Eight out of ten." Lu Jia nodded confidently.
