Chapter 19 Open
When Tathagata saw it, he was overjoyed and said, "I can't go either. I must be Guanyin and have great supernatural powers to get there." The Bodhisattva said, "What are the instructions for me to go to the East?" The Tathagata said, "This time, I have to look at the road, and not walk in the sky. I must be half cloud and half mist: I see the mountains and rivers, remember the distance and distance of the journey, and remind the person who seeks the sutra. But I am afraid that it is difficult to go by faith, so I will share five treasures with you." He ordered Anu and Kashyapa to take out a collar of the brocade bat cassock and a nine-ring tin staff. He said to the Bodhisattva: "This cassock and tin staff can be used by those who seek the sutra. If you are willing to come here with your heart, wear my cassock to avoid falling into the cycle of reincarnation; hold my tin staff, and do not be poisoned." The Bodhisattva took out three more hoops and handed over to the Bodhisattva: " This treasure is called a tight hoop. Although there are three of them, they are only used differently. I have three mantras of the Golden Tight Forbidden. If you encounter a demon with great supernatural powers on the road, you must advise him to learn well and be a disciple of the seeker. If he does not stop his command, he can put this hoop on his head and see the flesh taking root. Everyone recites a thought according to the mantra they use, and their eyes are swelling and headaches, and their foreheads are cracked. He disciplines him to enter our door." After a pause, he seemed to remember something: "But I don't know if it is useful to him?" The Bodhisattva asked strangely: "I don't know which one he is?" "You even know the monkey head that was pressed by me under Wuxing Mountain, you know this monkey!" The Bodhisattva's heart tightened! The monkey had great supernatural powers! The Tathagata said again: "You go, it's better to use this hoop, it's better not to use it!"
The Bodhisattva heard this and rushed to retreat. He immediately called Hui'an to follow the man. Hui'an used a huge iron stick, weighing a thousand pounds, and was only around the Bodhisattva, and became a strong man who subdued demons. The Bodhisattva then wrapped the brocade bat robe and made him carry it. The Bodhisattva hid the golden hoop, held the tin stick, and went down to Lingshan. When the Bodhisattva arrived at the foot of the mountain, there was a great immortal in Yuzhenguan's golden top caught him at the head of the Guanmen, asking the Bodhisattva to offer tea. The Bodhisattva did not dare to stop for a long time and said, "Now I will take the decree of the Tathagata and go to the east to seek the sutras." The great immortal said, "When will the person who obtains the sutras arrive?" The Bodhisattva said, "It has not been settled, and it may be here for about two or three years." Then he left the great immortal, half cloud and half mist, and made an appointment to record the journey.
While the master and the disciple were walking, they suddenly saw three thousand weak waters, which was the realm of the quicksand river. The Bodhisattva said, "A disciple, it is difficult to move here. How can I cross the mortal fetus of those who have obtained the scriptures?" Hui'an said, "Master, how far is the river?" When the Bodhisattva stopped and looked at the clouds, he saw that it was eight hundred miles away, and thousands of miles away. The Bodhisattva clicked and saw a thunderous sound in the river. A demon jumped out of the water waves, which was very ugly. The monster held a treasure stick in his hand, and caught the Bodhisattva when he walked ashore, but was blocked by Hui'an's iron rod and shouted, "Don't go!" The monster came to greet him with the treasure stick. The two of them came and went, fighting for dozens of rounds, and there was no difference between the winners and losses. The monster held the iron rod and said, "Where are you monks, Dare to come and fight me?" Mucha said, "I am the second prince of Tota Heavenly King Mucha Hui'an. I will protect my master to go to the east to seek the scriptures. What monster is you, dare to block the road boldly?" The monster woke up and said, "I remember you and Guanyin from the South China Sea practiced in the purple bamboo forest. Why did you come here?" Mucha said, "I'm not my master on the shore?" Hearing this, the monster said, "I quit my wits, and I'll tell you, "Bodhisattva, forgive me for my sins, and wait for me to tell you. I'm not a demon, I'm the rolling curtain general who served the Luanyu carriage. It was because he accidentally broke the glass cup at the Peach Banquet. The Jade Emperor beat me eight hundred and demoted me to the world, and became like this. He taught me for seven more days Once, I put the flying sword through my chest and flank, so I was so distressed. I had no choice but to be hungry and cold. During the three or two days, I came out of the waves to find a practitioner to eat. Unexpectedly, I ignorant today and collided with the Great Compassion Bodhisattva." The Bodhisattva said, "You have sinned in heaven, and have been demoted, and now I am so hurtful. As the saying goes, sin is aggravated. I have received the Buddha's will and went to the East to seek the sutra. Why don't you come into our door, take refuge in good fruits, be a disciple of the sutras, and go to the West to worship Buddha and seek sutras? I teach the flying sword not to penetrate you. At that time, I will be exempted from sin and regain your duties. What's the point of heart?" The strange said, "I am willing to convert to the right fruit." He then said, "Bodhisattva, I eat countless people here, and I have always been to the sutras several times. After eating, the head of the person who ate was thrown away from the quicksand and sinks to the bottom of the water. The water could not float. Only the nine skeletons of the monks floated on the surface of the water and could not sink any more. I thought that foreign objects would wear the skeleton in one place and play with them in my spare time. I was afraid that the person who ate the scriptures would not get this, but it would not have ruined my future?" The Bodhisattva said, "How could it be that it would be impossible? You can hang the skeleton under your head and neck and wait for the monks to obtain the scriptures, and it would be of use." The monster said, "Since that's the case, I'm willing to learn the teachings." The Bodhisattva was on the verge of him and took the precepts, and pointed the Sha as his surname, and gave the name Sha, and gave the Dharma name, called Sha Wujing. At that time, he entered the monk and sent the Bodhisattva across the river. He cleansed his mind and did not hurt his life, and waited for the monks to obtain the scriptures.
The Bodhisattva farewelled to him and ran to the east land with the wooden fork. After walking for a long time, he saw another high mountain, which was covered with evil spirits and could not walk up. Just as he was about to cross the mountain, a demon flashed with a place where the wind was rising. He was born with danger. He bumped into it, and he didn't know whether it was good or bad. He watched the Bodhisattva raise his nails and build it. He was blocked by the wooden fork walker and shouted: "That monster, don't be rude! Look at it!" The demon said: "This monk doesn't know how to live or die! Look at the palladium!" The two were at the bottom of the mountain, rushing and colliding, and winning or losing.
