Chapter 38 A flower alone is not spring

Since you want to slap in the face, you have to slap thoroughly.

Lin Zixuan read Guo Moruo's article again.

Guo Moruo believes that Lin Zixuan's poems tend to be love poems or are too symbolic, have no spirit of resistance, have no progressive significance, and are not in line with the trend of the times.

Resist, right?

Lin Zixuan thought about it and found a poem called "Barrel Water". This kind of poem is not suitable for sending it to Feng Chengcheng, so he did not write it out.

"Born Water" was created by Wen Yiduo in 1925.

At that time, he returned to his country with a strong patriotism and eager expectations. However, the motherland presented to him after returning home was an extremely disappointing scene.

Warlords fought and imperialism was rampant, so that the author's feelings turned from disappointment and pain to extreme anger.

"This is a ditch of desperate stagnant water. This place is not the place of beauty. It is better to let the ugliness be cultivated to see what world he creates."

The poem exposes and satirizes the corrupt old society through the multi-angle and multi-level composition of the symbolic image of "stagnant water".

It expresses the author's despair, indignation and deep patriotic feelings towards the ugly reality.

The poet's sarcastic words are full of evil and destructive desires, and have a fire-like passion that destroys the old world.

And behind the indignation and passion is actually a passionate call, calling for a bright and beautiful new life, calling for a new world full of vitality, hope and justice!

This is a war song full of curses and total uncompromising society.

I guess the spirit of resistance in this song "Boral Water" is strong enough.

Thinking of "The Dead Water", Lin Zixuan thought of Wen Yiduo's "Song of the Seven Sons".

"Song of the Seven Sons" is divided into seven songs, namely Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Weihaiwei, Guangzhou Bay, Kowloon, and Luda University.

In this era, these seven places were occupied by the great powers of various countries.

The author uses anthropomorphic writing to hope that the country can recover lost land and reorganize mountains and rivers, and the lines are filled with strong patriotic feelings.

Lin Zixuan has only seen the one written in Macau, because it was composed into a song in later generations and was sung.

So he wrote "Song of Macau" on the manuscript.

Do you know that "macau" is not my true surname?

I've been away from you for too long, Mother!

But what they took away was my body, and you still keep my soul in my heart.

That biological mother I have been dreaming of for three hundred years! Please call me your nickname and call me "Macao"!

Mother, Mother! I want to come back, Mother, Mother!

Lin Xiaoling was shocked when she saw her brother writing two poems in a short while.

She didn't understand the first song "Boral Water". She just felt deeply despair and didn't like it. However, the second song was different, which made her feel the urge to cry.

Lin Zixuan did not stop, but he thought of another song "Some People".

"Some people live, he is dead; some people die, he is still alive."

This is a poem written by Zang Hakka in 1949 to commemorate Luxun, praising Luxun's unyielding fighting spirit.

Lin Zixuan wrote the first four sentences and paused. The following paragraphs are not easy to write.

This is different from "Barrow Water". "Barrow Water" uses symbolic techniques and can be understood no matter how you understand it, while "Some People" is too straightforward and it is easy to cause misunderstanding when written in this era.

Anyway, these four sentences are summarized and the meaning is expressed, so he did not continue to write it.

Guo Moruo also said that Lin Zixuan's poems were not free enough in form.

Lin Zixuan looked for it, let alone, there are really no free and unrestrained poems in the poems he has read, like Guo Moruo. This unrestrained and free verse style may be his unique one.

However, there are several other romantic songs, among which Yu Guangzhong's "Looking for Li Bai" is undoubtedly a classic work.

The external structure of "Looking for Li Bai" is free and rigorous, with sentence creation, festival construction and chapter completion, which is relatively free and relaxed. It is in a free verse style, and its imagination is unique, wild and unrestrained, with a grand and magnificent artistic conception, with Taibai's legacy.

"Wine is filled with the rich intestines, seven minutes into the moonlight, and the remaining three minutes into the sword energy. When you spit the embroidered mouth, half of the prosperous Tang Dynasty."

This is undoubtedly the most brilliant pen and ink in the whole poem, and it is comparable to Guo Moruo's goddess body.

After writing these four poems, Lin Zixuan wrote another new poem review, called "A flower blooms alone, is not spring."

In the creation of new poetry, a single form and style cannot be regarded as the prosperity of new poetry, and only the common development of new poetry with different styles can be regarded as the prosperity of new poetry.

Don’t judge other people’s new poetry creations with your own creative style. That’s not a poet, but a poet.

Our poetry world does not need poetry dominance, it is enough to develop freely.

Lin Zixuan gave Guo Moruo the title of "Poetry Domineer", which is probably enough for him.

Lin Xiaoling didn't know what to say at this time. She knew that her brother was talented, and she wrote poems, songs, and filmed movies. She had never seen it with her own eyes before.

Now I see my brother writing four poems and one comment in less than an hour, and it feels not very real.

Is it really that easy to write poetry? Why is it like drinking boiled water?

Lin Xiaoling shook her head and forgot it, and didn't consider such profound questions anymore, so she would send her brother's manuscript and give Guo Moru a heavy blow.

Lin Zixuan's poems and comments were sent to the editorial department of "Learn Lamps". This was the first time Lin Zixuan responded to the dispute over new poetry.

The editor-in-chief of "Learning Lamp" at this time was Zheng Zhenduo, who was one of the initiators of the Literary Research Association.

This involves the contradiction between the literary research association and the creative society, which is very interesting.

In the "Double Tenth Festival Supplement" of "Learning Lamps" last year, Guo Moruo was dissatisfied with Zhou Zuoren and Lu Xun being ahead of him and wrote a letter to Li Shicen, the editor-in-chief of "Learning Lamps" at the time, complained.

This was originally a private correspondence, but it was published by Li Shicen in the magazine "Minduo" edited by him, which made everyone known and caused dissatisfaction between Luxun and Zhou Zuoren.

In a letter to Zhou Zuoren on August 29, 1921, Lu Xun said, "I have said that Guo Moruo edited "Creation" in Shanghai. Recently, I look down on Moruotian and other people. I also said that among the students in Tokyo, there are also those who drink Garfield and call themselves decadent schools. It is ridiculous."

This may be the origin of the contradiction between the literary research association and the creative society.

Zheng Zhenduo is a member of the Literary Research Association, and Lin Zixuan's poems were recommended by Zhou Zuoren to publish in Peking University's "New Trend" magazine. Lin Zixuan has been classified as a writer in the Literary Research Association.

Compared with Guo Moruo, Lin Zixuan is considered his own person.

Seeing Lin Zixuan's counterattack against Guo Moruo, especially when mentioning the word "Poetry Domineer", Zheng Zhenduo couldn't help but laugh.

On the second day, Lin Zixuan's poems and comments were published in "Learning Lamp", accompanied by the editor-in-chief's recommendation.

Naturally, he leans towards Lin Zixuan's side.
