Chapter 90 Coalition Government

By May 1932, the first batch of immigrants took a train to cross Heilongjiang and entered the former Far East of the Soviet Union, which has now been named Nurkan Province, and the title of the Ming Dynasty was restored. The management scope was north of Heilongjiang, a large area at the mouth of Heilongjiang, including Sakhalin Island.

In fact, during the Tang Dynasty, this was China's land.

In the 13th year of Kaiyuan (725 AD), the Antonian governor Xue Tai requested to build a Heishui Army in Heishui Martial Arts, and its largest tribe was the Heishui Mansion, and its leader was the governor and sent officials such as the Mainland Chiefs (the deputy of the governor) to assist the local ethnic minority leaders in the jurisdiction. In the 14th year of Kaiyuan, the Tang Dynasty set up the Heishui Mansion here. In the 16th year of Kaiyuan, the governor was given the surname Li Xiancheng, and implemented effective administrative jurisdiction over the Heishui Martial Arts area (now the middle and lower reaches of Heilongjiang River). The capital is now Kabarovsk (Berli), Russia.

In the Tang Dynasty, Heishui Mohe, a minority ethnic minority in northeast my country, opened a route to Kamchatka, namely the Okhotsk Sea route between Sakhalin Island and Kamchatka Peninsula. The route is located in Sakhalin Island where Moye Mohe (Moye Ji tribe). According to the "New Book of Tang Dynasty: Biography of Moye Mohe", there is a Simu tribe in the northwest of Heishui (Heilongjiang). Walk northward for 10 days to reach Junli tribe (now the Miao Street of Iron, Heilongjiang), and then go northeast for 10 days to reach the Kwashima (also known as the Kwashima Tribe, "Kwashi" is the pronunciation of "Kwashi"), and walk southeast for 10 days to reach Moye Ji tribe, which is Moye Mohe.

The end point is Liuguiguo (now the southwest coast of the Kamchatka Peninsula). After departing from Sakhalin Island, the route sailed southeast along the sea current (the northwest wind in this area is eight months in a year). After reaching Zecha Island, it turned northeast and then to the southern end of the Kamchatka Peninsula. It is 918 nautical miles (more than 1,700 kilometers) and takes 15 days. It shows that the Michele people of Sakhalin Island had mastered the counterclockwise current law of the Okhotsk Sea in the Tang Dynasty, and opened up this large arc-shaped route that went from northwest to southeast and then to northeast.

In 917, the Khitan established the Liao Empire in the Balin Left Banner, destroyed the Bohai Kingdom, ruled the Jurchens in the Bohai Kingdom, and reached the Okhotsk Sea. In 1115, the indigenous Jurchens in Heilongjiang established the Great Jin Kingdom in Acheng, broke away from the Liao independence, and destroyed the Liao Empire in 1125. The Khitan Yelu Dashi led some of the remaining people to Central Asia to rebuild the Liao Empire, calling it the Western Liao. The Shiwei people evolved into Mongols, and the Heilongjiang River Basin was under the jurisdiction of the Liaoyang Province and the Lingbei Province of the Yuan Dynasty.

In the early Ming Dynasty, the Han people conquered Kuwu (Sakhalin Island) again, established the Nurkan Province in Miaojie at the mouth of the Heilongjiang River, and governed the Heilongjiang River basin. In 1616, the Jurchens in Heilongjiang broke away from the independence of the Ming Dynasty and established the Later Jin Dynasty. At that time, the east side of the Greater Xing'an Mountains were the Haixi Jurchens, the Sanjiang Plain was the savage Jurchens, and Jilin Province was the Jianzhou Jurchens. The Xihot Mountains and Sakhalin Island were the Hezhe people, from the south along the Okhotsk Sea coast along the Udi River-Outer Xing'an Mountains to the Erguna River, lived in the Ewenk people (Soren people, Yakut people), and the Oroqen people were all local indigenous people, Tungus people, and were managed by the Later Jin Dynasty. To the east of Lake Baikal, there were Buryat Mongolians, who were not under the jurisdiction of the Later Jin Dynasty. This is one of the reasons why the Qing Dynasty ceded the eastern side of Lake Baikal to Tsarist Russia in the Treaty of Nebuchu.

Unfortunately, in the end, a traitor, who only knew one family, ceded these fertile soil that was known as Jiangnan in Ji Qing's time and space. He was extremely promising and traitoring the country to the world's first level.

In Ji Qing's time and space, unless the nuclear bomb problems and biological weapons problems in the hands of the Russians were solved, the lost land would never come back.

Since there is a chance in this time and space, we must take back everything we have lost. Isn’t this what Ji Qing fought against the Soviet Union before?

Now, all this has been achieved and the goal has been exceeded. Even if Emperor Wu of Han, Yang Jian and Li Zhi come back to life, they will praise Ji Qing, who is worthy of being our descendants of Yan and Huang and the children of China.

In addition to the newly established Nurkan Province, the vast areas around the Beihai are directly named Beihai Province. North Sea Province and north of the Nurkan Province are collectively called Arctic Province. This province has become the largest province in China at present, and of course, it is also the province with the smallest population density, which is smaller than Tibet.

Other regions have been divided. Provinces with smaller populations, larger areas and larger populations, and then divided them. After some efforts, China has added more than 20 new provinces. Just looking at the area, it is enough to be called the world's largest country. (PS, the specific name of the province is not easy to think about. The main thing is to have a name for the Chinese atmosphere. If you have time, you can think about it?!)

Outer Mongolia, who had defected to the Soviet Union before, didn't need Ji Qing to do anything at all. She ran back on her own initiative and expressed her desire to return.

As a fence-bearer, Ji Qing can see clearly what these Mongolian officials and nobles have.

However, it was too late to express surrender at this time? Ji Qing naturally would not let them make a proud plan for these borers who were arrogant. The liquidation work began. In the future, there would be only one in Mongolia, and there would be no so-called Mongolian aristocrats. The only one who existed was the people who were obedient. Those Mongolians who used to be slaves truly turned over and became the masters of the grassland.

When Ji Qing reached a ceasefire agreement with the Soviet Union, people came from Japan, hoping to discuss the Taiwan issue and the Jiaodong issue with Ji Qing.

Of course, they did not want any benefits, but were preparing to return the land they occupied. Ji Qing had all attacked Europe, and the Soviet Union almost failed to perish. Now, the overall strength is far inferior to that of Japan, which is far inferior to that of the Soviet Union. How dare they occupy China's land and not return it? Isn't that an excuse to send troops to Ji Qing!

The Japanese didn't come, and Ji Qing also wanted to deal with them. The reason why he didn't move before was mainly because the domestic situation was complicated. If Japan's rights and interests in Jiaodong were recovered, the rights and interests of other countries in China could not be spared, and they must be taken back together. However, Ji Qing also considered the problems of the Soviet Union, so the domestic affairs could only be released and not put aside the problems.

The Japanese came over, which means they had a good attitude. However, Ji Qing did not see them and kept leaving them alone. Because Ji Qing was ready to integrate domestic forces, expelling foreign forces in China was naturally a good thing, and there was no need to see the disgusting face of the Japanese.

In mid-May, Ji Qing invited representatives from various domestic forces including Nanjing Lao Jiang and Peking Xiao Zhang to hold a meeting in Peiping. The issues discussed were the future direction of the country and the establishment of a coalition government.

No one has any objection to this, and the only thing they care about is how much benefits they can share. This is mainly a powerful figure like Chiang Kai-shek.

Ji Qing's opinion, or requirement, is that the army must be unified, and there will be only the National Defense Forces in the future, and there will be no such numbers as the Northwest Army and the Northeast Army.

Jiang Jiang had considered this situation a long time ago, so there was no surprise. However, the warlords who were used to being at ease still felt unhappy and their faces changed a little.

Ji Qing also saw it, and he didn't care at all. If he disagreed or had any other ideas, Ji Qing didn't mind giving them a beheading operation.

I guess everyone knows Ji Qing's temper, which I can see very clearly from the Japanese and Soviets. So, this issue was quickly passed.

Afterwards, we discussed the policies of the future countries. In this regard, the three northeastern provinces are a perfect example. Representatives of various forces have long known the policies and guidelines of the three provinces and the remarkable results achieved in less than a year.

Although Ji Qing's policy has a great influence on some big landlords and illegal profit-making chaebols, they can only put forward some opinions and cannot object. After everyone's discussion, they still feel that the policies and guidelines of the three northeastern provinces are most in line with the healthy and stable development of the country. In the future, the country's policies and guidelines can be completely based on the model of the three northeastern provinces.

Finally, and the most important issue is the division of interests of various parties in the coalition government in the future. In this regard, Ji Qing naturally took the lead, and the important position could be said to have fallen on the head of the National Party established by Ji Qing with the Umbrella Company. Ji Qing will also hold a title in the future, that is, the president of the coalition government in the future.

All the forces are no exception. In fact, with Ji Qing's current strength, it would be good if they could drink some soup. Now they are very satisfied. Chiang Kai-shek is also very satisfied because he became the speaker and is also one of the most important figures in the future government.

In this way, the future coalition government decided at this meeting.

Of course, this is just the beginning. There will be too many details to discuss in the next month. However, the general direction has been settled, and the details will be much easier to deal with.

Ji Qing, the title of president, originally he didn't want. He was going to retreat behind the scenes after he defeated the Soviet Union. But after thinking about it, he had come over, so would it be a pity not to try this position that everyone expected?! After thinking about it, he decided to be proud. Of course, before he left, this position would be elected again.

As for the National Party established by Ji Qing in the name of the Umbrella Company, the party members who come out to serve in various important positions in the future government will naturally be sub-body. At that time, just change the face, and it will be fine. It can be said that they will stay in this world in the future and help Ji Qing protect this country.

Of course, they had considered their own wishes when they stayed, and Ji Qing would not force them. And Ji Qing would not let them ignore this time and space. After obtaining the fire technology in the future, they would come to upgrade them. When they came again, they could take them away when they wanted to leave.

On July 1, the coalition government was established in Peking. As the newly released president, Ji Qing delivered a speech and announced the arrival of a brand new China.

At this moment, the whole country was filled with joy, and countless Chinese people at home and abroad shed tears, but their faces were filled with brilliant smiles. Because they knew that from then on, China stood up, they felt the heroism of the Han and Tang dynasties, all the pride of the powerful nation, and the demeanor of the world. As a Chinese, they were proud and proud.

After that, there were various celebrations for a week, and the colorful flags and flowers in major cities were never stopped. There were quite a few smiles on the faces of the people. I am afraid that they have never been as happy as they are today in their lives.

Although Britain, France and other countries did not recognize the fact that Ji Qing had legally possessed the former Soviet Union, and until now, they still imposed various economic sanctions and technological blockades on China. However, when the coalition government was established, they still came to watch the ceremony.

Ji Qing didn't invite them at first, but since they were all coming, let them witness this historical process. As for making trouble, it was purely seeking death.

These ghosts were the only unhappy people when the coalition government was established. Ji Qing defeated the Soviet Union, took back the lost land, and made this country the world's largest country. Their economy was blocked, disturbed, and destroyed. However, none of this could prevent the country from becoming stronger.

The day when the coalition government was established was enough to say everything. Moreover, now is just the beginning. It is conceivable how powerful this country will become in the future, making them fearful. Thinking of the mysterious force such as Ji Qing, they were even more happy.

Of course, there is another reason here, that is, although they have sanctioned China's economy, their losses are equally great. After all, they have a lot of interests in China, and sanctioning China is no less than letting their own blood.

Therefore, they have considered the possibility of easing relations with China in the future and lifting the economic blockade. Of course, the premise of all this is that their interests in China are not lost.

However, they knew that after Ji Qing integrated this ancient Eastern country, with Ji Qing's usual style, he would deal with them next.

They have no choice but to take advantage. After all, having strength is guaranteed. Now that they are not strong enough, they naturally have to pay back the advantage. However, they still have to talk to Ji Qing, and it is better to lose less.

As they wished, Ji Qing met with them a week after the establishment of the coalition government and began talks about the rights and interests of various countries in China.

ps, it is said that our domestic party will form a coalition government with the Kuomintang in the future. I don’t know how likely this is, and I am looking forward to it. Those national parties will also hope that they will not always be soy sauce in the future...
