Chapter 1622: Must admit

The result is out.

The new "president" of Taiwan is released.

Feng Zelun won.

Feng Zelun received about 10.71 million votes, with a vote rate of 56.8%. The election process was legal and there were no other problems. The result was decided. Taiwan media started a new round of crazy reports, with all kinds of information spreading everywhere.

Mu Yang, who was far away in Japan, saw this result and smiled, lit a cigar and sucked it. He murmured: "The election under such a system is really just a game!"

This is true for Taiwan’s bend, but isn’t the United States the same?

Money, power, light, and darkness. As long as you play these things skillfully, you will move in the direction you want. Even an outsider like Mu Yang can still control an election.

Now Cai Wen has been detained and is waiting for litigation procedures. What awaits her will definitely be imprisonment. The current government is temporarily managed by the vice president. Although Feng Zelun wins, he also needs to wait until the handover day before he officially becomes the new president.

According to the constitutional practice of Taiwan, the new and old presidents were handed over on May 20 that year after the election, and the new president was sworn in on the same day.

The origin of the so-called "Constitutional Practice" was that on April 20, 1947, Chiang Kai-shek was elected with a high vote of 90.03%. Chiang then went to the Nanjing Presidential Office (formerly the National Government) to take office a month later. The following presidential inauguration dates were all accused of this case, and it was scheduled to be held on May 20, which is a constitutional practice.

It is January now, and it will take four months to formally hand over, which is indeed a troublesome thing. Because the handover time is too long, Taiwan has created a draft "handover Regulations" to limit the power of the "old president" and limit the personnel rights, contract rights, and major policies and budgets of the current leaders.

For example, the "Personnel Freeze Clause" stipulates that the "President" and the heads of government affairs at all levels of the authorities who have not established a term shall not be appointed on the day of the election to the date of their resignation, and shall not be appointed to the "Civil Service Appointment Law" in accordance with their powers, senior officers and public service leaders, managers, etc., from the date of their election voting to the date of their resignation, but those who are re-elected shall not be subject to this standard.

However, it is obvious that the situation is a little different now. After all, Cai Wen was detained and the evidence of his crimes is conclusive, so the current person in charge is only a temporary place.

Therefore, Feng Zelun's team immediately applied to the Legislative Yuan. Cai Wen was detained and the new president has been elected. He hoped that he could take power immediately. This is a special situation and he hoped that the Legislative Yuan would consider it as appropriate.

This application is reasonable and the outside world is noisy again and reports are reported.

At the same time, the US Special Envoy Deputy Secretary of State visited Taiwan and met with Feng Zelun. Feng Zelun was vague and said that the two sides were happy to meet.

In an interview with Taiwan media, the Deputy Secretary of State praised Feng Zelun's overall political view and linguistic demeanor, and then stated that the United States and Taiwan will still establish a new round of cooperation in many aspects.

There are constant analysis of this outside world. Some people say whether Feng Zelun will be the new Little Ma Brother. What he said before was affinity with the mainland was just a playful thing and maintain a superficial state.

The Legislative Yuan held a meeting to study the issue of Feng Zelun's early rule. As an opposition, the Democratic Progressive Party is naturally unwilling to do so. They also want to use the help of these few months to conquer their own head and end, stabilize the current situation, and make some preparations for the Democratic Progressive Party to regain power in the future. Compared with the Democratic Progressive Party, the Kuomintang legislative committee strongly praised the establishment of the immediate rule.

Finally, in the Legislative Yuan, the two sides became more and more excited as they spoke. A legislator of the Democratic Progressive Party picked up a book and threw it in the face of a Kuomintang legislator. Then the two fought, which triggered a larger-scale conflict between the two sides.

The Legislative Yuan directly staged a full martial arts movement, which was a mess.

However, the people are used to it. If they don’t call each other a few times a year, they will not be used to it.

In fact, taking action is also a strategy. The easiest starting point is to disrupt the situation. If things are not good, just disrupt the situation so that the meeting cannot continue and your proposal cannot be passed. This method is used to stop your proposal.

While fighting and fighting, on Valentine's Day, February 14, the Legislative Yuan still gave the final conclusion. In view of the current special circumstances, Feng Zelun was allowed to take over the position of "president" in advance. The time is scheduled for February 26, which is a special case.

Time passed in a flash. At 8:40 am on February 26, Feng Zelun set out from his residence in a special car. There were countless people cheering along the way. Feng Zelun waved his hand and greeted him. The convoy arrived at the Presidential Palace. When Feng Zelun got off the car, tens of thousands of people applauded and cheered in the square outside the Presidential Palace, shouting President Feng.

Entering the Jingguo Hall, the oath supervisor was "Chairman of the General Justices" and "President of the Justice" Lai Minhao, who was in charge of the oath. With the ceremonial ceremony of Wu Dun and others, Feng Zelun was sworn in at the Jingguo Hall.

"I am sincere and swear to the people of the whole country that I must abide by the Constitution, be loyal to my duties, improve people's welfare, defend the country, and not bear the trust of the people. If I violate the oath, I am willing to be severely punished by the state. I am sure to oath."

After the oath was completed, the "Legislative President" awarded the seal and was completed. From this moment on, Feng Zelun became the new "President" of the Taiwan Rebellion.

Subsequently, Feng Zelun delivered an inaugural speech:

"Hello, heads of state and guests of friendly countries, envoys and representatives from various countries to Taiwan, good friends on the scene, and all compatriots from China.

In the past four years, our relationship with the mainland has been tense for a while, causing irreparable losses to the Taiwan Debors and also causing instability in the Taiwan Strait region.

I think the right way to reduce tension in the Taiwan Strait and move towards peace and prosperity.

Here I would like to solemnly point out that the "Constitution of the Republic of China" is the highest guiding principle for the government to handle cross-strait relations; cross-strait policy, under the framework of the "Constitution of the Republic of China", maintains the current situation of "ununified, independent, and unmarital" in the Taiwan Strait. On the basis of the "1992 Consensus, One China's Each Constitution", promotes peaceful development across the Taiwan Strait. This is the most rational and pragmatic positioning, and it is also the basis for the long-term development of the "Republic of China" and to ensure Taiwan's security. The two sides should face this reality, seek common ground while reserving differences, and establish a consensus that "don't recognize each other's sovereignty and do not deny governance and power" so that both sides can move forward with confidence."

When he heard Feng Zelun's speech, whether it was a senior official in the hall or the people watching the radio outside, he was slightly shocked by Feng Zelun's speech.

The first issue in Feng Zelun's inauguration speech was the issue between the Taiwan and the mainland. It shows that he was most concerned about and believed that the most urgent thing to solve was the relationship between the Taiwan and the mainland.

Moreover, it proposed to recognize the "1992 Consensus", recognize "one China", and maintain the current situation of "ununification, not alone, not martial" in the Taiwan Strait, which completely negated all of Tsai Wen's actions in the past four years.
