Chapter 3 Destiny

Ever since the story of choosing the King's Sword has spread throughout England, countless knights, nobles and even civilians have come to try to draw the Sword of Destiny. They all long to stand at the top of this empire, but after one after another, the nobles decided to hold a martial arts competition here every month, and the final winner will try to draw the Sword of Choice, because they firmly believe that their king is the strongest and most powerful warrior.

Artoria, far away in Sir Eckert Castle, also set off to London to participate in the competition and win from rounds of competitions. According to regulations, the winner will try to pull out the King-Selected Sword on the next day under the witness of everyone to see if the winner is the destined king.

The next morning, the sun in the sky was covered by layers of dark clouds, and it seemed that there would be heavy rain. However, this evil weather did not stop people from coming to witness the birth of King Ze. On the altars in all directions, the King's Sword quietly waited for his real master to arrive. Soon, Artoria was led by several leaders to reach the altar. She slowly walked to the King's Sword, stretched out her hand and put it on the sword, took a deep breath, and pulled the sword out. Artoria held the King's Sword high, and the gorgeous and sharp sword body emitted a thousand glory. The dark clouds in the sky dissipated at some point. The bright sun shone on Artoria holding the King's Sword high, indicating that a new era was beginning.

Seeing Artoria, a civilian, draw out the sword of the king, the nobles began to whisper below, obviously this was beyond their expectations. After all, in their eyes, no one could pull out the sword embedded in the stone. The church came up with this idea simply to choose a king to end the turmoil in England. In their eyes, as long as they wished and recommended one after their intentions.

Gnevre stood among the people, looking at the whispering nobles, and frowned, then shouted loudly: "Arthur is our destined king! Long live my king!"

Driven by this shout, many civilians shouted: "Long live my life!"

Looking at the cheering many civilians, the nobles said, "How could this civilian be the king!"

But the big words were interrupted directly: "Who said Arthur was a civilian!"

An old man appeared next to Artoria out of thin air. After seeing the man's face, the nobles were shocked: "Master Merlin, what did you say just now?"

"Arthur is not a civilian, he is the son of King Yuser, the former heir of England, and the present king of Great Britain! King Arthur."

Merlin said solemnly to everyone present.

When the common people heard Merlin say this, the cheers of the civilians became even louder. Now the king is actually the son of the great King Yuser, and they knelt down to pay homage to their king, King Arthur. The nobles looked at the people who knelt down to pay homage to Arthur and looked at the National Master Merlin, and finally knelt down to Arthur and admitted that Arthur was their king.

Soon the bishop of the church walked out and said, "King, please follow me to carry out the coronation ceremony."

The coronation ceremony soon ended, and Gnevrey and Merlin left London and returned to Sir Eckert's castle, silently paying attention to Artoria's performance.

As the prophecy said, Artoria led the royal army to defeat many traitors who split the country after King Yuser's death. Then it took only less than a year to unify the entire England. Finally, England, which had peace, began to recover the trauma of division. Time flew away, and another eight years flashed. During these eight years of peace, England returned to the ranks of world powers and confronted two other powerful countries, Rome and Frank.

On that day, Gnevir was leisurely reading in the garden of Sir Eckert Castle. Soon a scream broke the calm. Gnevir frowned and stood up to open the door. After all, I didn't know what the wind was like today, but I ran out and didn't know what to do.

When I opened the door, I saw a beautiful knight and said anxiously: "We are looking for Master Meilin. Wang is injured, and he is seriously injured!"

"Merlin is not here, do you say the king is injured?" Gnevre looked at Artoria who was lying in the carriage and covered her wounds, and said to the knight: "Take the king in, and the others are equal here."

Hearing the woman say this, King Arthur's knight said dissatisfiedly: "Who are you? Why should you order us!"

"Stop it! Bedevier helps me in." Artoria, who was lying in the car, shouted at his men, and then walked into the castle with the help of Bedevier. Gnevel took Bedevier to a room, and then said to Bedevier: "You are Bedevier, are you?"

"Yes, ma'am." Bedevier nodded.

"Leave the rest to me, you guardian here, and you don't need anyone to disturb you." After saying that, Gnevre took Artoria and carried him into the room, then closed the door. Bedevier was stunned for a moment and then stood at the door to start alert.

Gnevir lifted Artoria to the bed, looked at the wound and said, "It's okay, Artoria was not very bad." After that, he took off Artoria's clothes, looked at the other party's wound, thought about the alchemy in his memory, and began to treat it. Under a blue light, the wound healed with the speed that could be seen by the naked eye. Soon the wound disappeared without even the scar. Seeing that the wound was completely healed, Gnevir couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief, wiped the sweat from his forehead, picked up the quilt and covered the sleeping Artoria, and then sat on the bed waiting for Artoria to wake up.

At this time, several knights of Artoria rushed over after hearing about this. When they saw soldiers at the door, they heard that the king asked a woman to take her to the medical treatment, they all breathed a sigh of relief. Several people discussed it and finally decided that Lancelot and Gao Wen would go in and take a look. The two of them soon arrived at the door and saw Bedevier standing at the door and asked, "Bedevier, where is the king?"

"The king is in there to treat it." Bedevier glanced at the two of them and said.

Gao Wen and Lancelot looked at each other and couldn't help but stand at the door as guards. Soon Merlin and Eckert returned "game" and saw so many people coming from their doorstep. They were shocked by the two of them. After asking about the situation, the two hurriedly ran over and soon saw three knights acting as guards. The three of them saw the National Master Merlin and bowed in a hurry. The National Master Merlin nodded and came to the door and knocked on the door.

The knock on the door woke Artoria up and opened her eyes to see Gnevir: "Sister Gnevir."

"Well, put on your clothes first, I'll open the door." Gnevier nodded and said, and then after Artoria got dressed, Gnevier opened the door.

As soon as the door opened, the five people outside the house rushed in. Merlin immediately ran over and inspected Artoria's body with magic. He was surprised to find that the wounds mentioned by the soldiers outside the door had been cured. He couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief and said to the three knights: "The king's injury has been cured by Gnevre."

After hearing this, the three of them immediately bowed deeply to Gnevier and said, "Thank you very much, Miss Gnevier."

Gnevel waved his hand and said, "No, although the injury has been cured, I'll just rest here for a few days." Then he ignored the few people present and walked out, went to the garden and continued reading.

Seeing the departure of Gnevir, the three knights, couldn't help but run and whisper in a corner, and seemed to be sure of something quickly. Then Bedevier walked to Merlin and said, "Mr. Merlin, we think the king needs a princess!"

"Oh, you can... wait, what are you saying!!!" Mei Lin was thinking about the Stone Sword and said it subconsciously, but immediately realized that what the other party said seemed to be another problem, so he quickly called and asked again.

Bedevier said seriously: "Master Merlin, I mean the king needs a princess, and we have someone to choose."

Master Merlin looked at Bedevier and asked, "Who is your candidate?"

"Miss Gneveer, we three think it's very suitable. I believe others will agree. If our king can marry such a beautiful princess, I believe no one will refuse." Bedevier's serious answer.

After hearing Bedevile's words, Merlin's face immediately became gloomy, then looked at Artoria and asked, "Arthur, what do you mean?"

Artoria looked at the dark-faced Merlin and said word by word: "I would, I would marry Gnevrey as my queen."

Hearing Artoria say this, Merlin sighed deeply: "Oh, fate, really, okay, I'll go and ask Gnevir what he meant." After that, he teleported directly to the garden. Looking at Gnevir who was still reading, he said: "It seems that fate cannot be stopped. Arthur's three knights suggested that Arthur marry you as his queen."

Gnevre looked at the sad Merlin and comforted: "Grandpa Merlin, don't worry, I will find a way to stop everything from happening."

Then, Merlin and Eckert decided to marry the two prophetic couples in Eckert's castle.
