Chapter 11 Al's Doubts

Alice looked at Al with a serious expression, put down the teacup in her hand and said, "Yes, what's the problem?"

Al picked up the teacup and drank it slowly, as if he was sorting out his thoughts. He put down the teacup in his hand for a moment and asked, "Miss Alice, are you very familiar with Master Merlin?"

"Yeah, that's OK," Alice nodded and said, "What's wrong? Is there any problem here?"

"No, nothing, Miss Alice, you still remember the war twenty years ago." Al nodded when he saw Alice and continued, "A soldier asked us to sign before the war. If I remember correctly, Miss Alice, you wrote Alice Gnevre Eve, yes." Al said while writing Alice's name in the air with magic.

Looking at the magical font floating in the air, Alice nodded and said, "Yes, that's right, I wrote it, and the font is the same as mine."

"So Miss Alice, do you know the history of this font?" Al held up the teacup with both hands and looked at Alice with a smile.

"History?" Alice asked curiously.

"I guess Miss Alice should know the British Empire that swept across Europe more than a thousand years ago." Al said after taking a sip of tea.

Listening to what Al said, Alice was stunned when she heard the name, then nodded to confirm that she had heard it. Seeing that Alice agreed, Al smiled and continued, "Miss Alice, the font you used was a special font in the court of the British Empire at that time, and the fonts written were all members of the royal family, so I guess who your real identity is Miss Alice?"

Lieutenant Al paused for a moment and continued, "It is rumored that King Arthur of the Great Britain, seemed to have left behind a descendant of his own, and this descendant is the child of him and Princess Gnevir of Doom. And Miss Alice, your name also contains the name Gnevir, so my guess is - Miss Alice, you are a descendant of the British Empire in the past, I am right!"

Alice listened quietly to Al's inference while tasting tea, then put down the teacup that had been drunk and said, "Ah, you are indeed very smart."

"Haha, I'm over the award~!" Al seemed to say proudly, but what Alice said later made Al's expression very embarrassed.

"However, it's a pity that you guessed wrong." Alice said with a smile and hit Al.

"How could it be!" Al seemed surprised at this answer, and quickly asked Alice. Alice just handed the empty cup in her hand to Al, signaling that Al would give him another cup. Soon a cup full of black tea that exuded the fragrance was placed in front of Alice.

Alice silently looked at the hot black tea in the cup and said silently: "Most of what you said is right. My font was indeed the special font for the royal staff of the British Empire at that time, but Alto... No, King Arthur and 'her's princess Gnevrey could not give birth to a child through normal means."

"Oh, is it something wrong with King Arthur or Princess Gnevir?" Al contemplated with his hands, but soon discovered a problem: "By the way, Miss Alice, why do you know that King Arthur and the princess of her can't have children through normal means, and what's going on with this 'she'?"

Alice did not directly answer Al's question, but leaned on the back of the chair, looked at the looming waterfall in the distance, and slowly said something that shocked Al: "Because King Arthur is a woman."

"What!!! Miss Alice, you are kidding!!!" Al couldn't believe what Alice said. A ruler of the British Empire that once swept across Europe was actually a woman. However, even though he was shocked, Al soon calmed down and looked at Alice who was drinking tea and asked strangely: "Then why do you know this matter, Miss Alice?"

Alice put down the teacup in her hand and said, "What if I say I am the witch Princess Gnevir?"

With a crisp sound, the teacup in Al's hand fell to the ground. The extraordinary teacup instantly turned into a piece of fragments. Al stood and looked at Al's eyes and said, "Miss Alice, you're not kidding!"

Alice just put the empty teacup on the table, held her chin with her hands and said to Al with a smile: "What do you think?"

"This..." Looking at Alice's unspeakable smile, Al didn't know what to say for a moment, but just slowly thought about Alice's words. Alice was still sitting on the chair and began to taste the snacks prepared by Al. Soon Al came back to his senses and asked seriously: "Miss Alice, do you say you are Princess Gneveer, is there any evidence?"

Al's question stopped Alice, and he thought for a moment and said, "Merlin can be a witness, is this OK?"

Listening to Alice's answer, Al looked at Alice with a dark face, who had eliminated the snacks. Then again, since the fall of the British Empire, the Great Master Merlin has been completely in a group. Although he often appears in some place, he basically lives in a seclusion in an unknown place. Al said that he could find Merlin to verify it. Wherever Al was going to find him, would he still have a problem? Should he run to the mountain and shout, "Show it! Merlin!" Then Merlin will appear?

This was obviously impossible. Al shook his head helplessly and threw the absurd firefighter out of his brain. Alice ignored Al, looked at the snacks on the table and asked, "Al, don't you mind taking me somewhere, right?" But Al obviously did not pay attention to what Alice said, and nodded hunchedly.

Alice ignored whether Al had heard what she said clearly. When she saw Al nodding, she put away all the snacks on the dining table without any hesitation, and then stood up to say goodbye. However, when she saw the teacup that Al had accidentally broken before, it seemed to be the same as the teacup she had used before, she repaired it casually.

Alice came to Al, reached out to shake her hand in front of Al's eyes, and then Al came to his senses and asked, "Hmm? Is there anything wrong? Miss Alice?"

"Well, the time is almost over, I think I should say goodbye."

"Oh, please come with me. There is a passage here that can directly return to the ground. If you have time, you are welcome to come again." Al smiled and took Alice to an elevator, sent Miss Alice away, then returned to the tea table. Looking at the empty table, Al scratched his head and said to himself: "Strange, where is the refreshment? I remember there were still a lot left before?"
