Chapter 4 Blizzard Dad's North County

Bishop Cathoon had no time to pay attention to these red tape. He understood that they must now unite all forces to resist the orcs and wait for Stormwind's support.

"I understand, Captain Paynes! All the priests who have mastered the Holy Light will fight with the army!"

"Then, Claire, you summon all the priests who have mastered the holy light and go to the barracks. Anderson, and gather the remaining monks!" The priests all headed towards their goals.

Bishop Cathorne knew that Paynes might have any important news. "Captain Paynes, please come with me, there is a quiet room next to it."

Before the bishop could sit down, Captain Paynes spoke anxiously. "Biography, I'll be short, we now have two companies of regular soldiers in total 210. There are less than 400 militia troops. If only 500 orcs, we will suffer heavy losses, but we should be able to resist until reinforcements arrive. I'm afraid that more orcs will enter the Elvin Forest. We should make the worst plans. Moreover, you should know that the orcs of this size can enter here, and the Shinjin Town may be in danger. The support of Stormwind City will take at least two days to arrive here. We may need to make plans for long-term resistance."

"Captain, have you ever thought about what happened to the Elvin Forest? We have no news about such a large-scale invasion. Will they have a larger force invaded the Elvin Forest? As far as I know, the orcs have had a crazy attack on Stormwind, but they were defeated."

"I don't know, Lord Bishop, I've only experienced one battle on the front line and returned here with injuries. I don't know them. Moreover, the Kingdom has never really inquired about where these orcs came from and how many people are there! I don't know if they have this ability!" He had seen the combat power of those green-skinned beasts. If they were really attacking Stormwind City, the situation of the North County would be dangerous.

"Do we have any other ways to contact Stormwind?" Cathorne asked.

"No more, sir. Our only griffin was sick the day before yesterday. No one here could cure it. It was sent to the town of Shinjin."

"Then, we can only passively respond to the enemy!" Cathorn was also helpless. They knew nothing about the enemy! "Captain, let's act. Claire will lead all the priests who have mastered the holy light to support your battle! I will rush to meet with you after appeaseing the civilians."

"Then you, let's take action. My troops and militia have gathered together, and they have gone to the entrance of the valley to set up defenses." Paynes and the bishop pushed the door out.

"Bithal Cathoon." It's Lesa.

"Didn't you go to the front line with Claire? Lesa."

"Please look at this child. He has been in a coma for 5 hours. My holy light has no effect on him at all! You are the only one here. The other pastors who master the holy light have all gone to the valley entrance." Lesa was a little anxious. He didn't want anything wrong with the little life he and Claire saved. It would have a big blow to Claire!

"Is it the survivor? Show me!" Bishop Cathon took the child and put it on the bench in the hall. Apart from the abnormal flushing of fever, the child looked normal. The bishop began to gather the holy light in his hands. Carefully guided the holy light to the child's body. "The holy light is above! What is this??!!" The child was actually absorbing the holy light, yes, absorbing! He could clearly feel that the holy light was drilling into the child's body. This is not a phenomenon that the healing spell should have happened! The bishop cut off the connection with the holy light, and the remaining holy light penetrated into the child's body and disappeared. The child was still comfortable.

"Lesha! Where did you find this child?" Even if the orcs invaded the Elvin Forest, he was not so nervous! His voice began to tremble violently!

"Just outside the valley, he is the only survivor there. Claire and I found him in a wooden house that was about to collapse!" Lesa was startled by Casso. The bishop had never been like this before.

"Lesha, you may not understand that this child is extremely important to the Brotherhood of the Holy Light, at least more important than me. Can you understand?" The bishop finally controlled some emotions.

"I---I don't understand very well, Your Excellency Bishop!" Is the Bishop crazy because of the orc invasion? What are he saying?! Ah!~ Holy Light is here, forgive my offense!

"Lesha, I cannot explain this to you in detail now. I need you to keep pace with this child from now on until the orc invasion is over. Until then, I hope you will follow me to manage the logistics." The child must be sent to Stormwind City safely. He is crucial to the Brotherhood of the Holy Light. But now, he must first overcome the difficulties in front of him.

"But bishop, I can use the Holy Light, I want to..."

"This is the order, Lesha, your current task is to take care of this child until the end of this matter!" The bishop interrupted Lesha a bit rudely. This was not in line with his usual style, but he really couldn't explain more like Lesha. "Let's do that, I will arrange for you to help you with an experienced civilian peasant woman! I need to go to the militia to see it, and tell me any situations of the child. You can be responsible for assisting me in the church in the future."

"As for orders, Your Excellency Bishop!" Lesa was helpless, hoping that Claire would not feel that she was afraid and escaped in the face of fear.

The child moved on the chair, probably because he woke up, and Lesa turned around and picked up the child.

"I'm leaving, Lesa. The child is fine. He's awake, right? Some are frozen. Some people will come to help you take care of the child later. You should take a break and clean it."
