471 Greater China Federation III

In mid-to-late December 1923, the Japanese civil war, which had been wandering between war and the world, seemed to be the time to decide the outcome overnight.

The Ouyu defense line, which the Japanese Provisional Government worked hard to manage, was completely destroyed in just a few days. After the victory, the Japanese Red Army immediately divided into two groups. They attacked Niigata Prefecture with partial divisions and swept the Hokuriku areas; they captured Fukushima Prefecture with their main force, and the troops headed straight to the Kanto Plain. The heavy troops of the six divisions of the Ouyu Front Army that the Provisional Government had worked hard to assemble were either wiped out or suffered heavy damage and fled all the way. The danger of the situation seemed to be irreversible!

Yanpu (Vladivostok).

After the main force of the Japanese Far East Army was either destroyed or avoided the Soviet Union, Yanpu Fortress became Japan's only support point in the Far East Coastland. In Yanpu City, there were not only two permanent divisions of the Japanese army, but also more than two million refugees. Most of them were fled from all over the Far East Coastland after the Sino-Japanese armistice. According to the later Japanese GCD, they were all compatriots of all ethnic groups in the Far East (Japan) who were unwilling to be slaves to the destruction of the country. The other part was the proletariat, intellectuals, and the Chinese people of the original Japanese Empire who escaped from Japan. According to the Japanese GC, this type of person was naturally counter-revolutionary.

The Japanese GCD and the Great East Asia Co-ethnic Association also established their own organizations in Yanura Castle. The former was supported by the exiled Far East Japanese, and they marched and petitioned in Yanura Castle all day long, demanding that the current ruler of Yanura, General Suichi Teraunui, send troops to fight against China! The latter lobbyed the counter-revolutionaries who came to Yanura to promote the benefits of the Japanese-Chinese alliance to them. It also attracted some unsolicited Japanese devils to go into the water to become Japanese traitors. Every day, many well-known figures in Japan ran to the headquarters of Shizuo Teraunui, accusing him of GCD's crimes and demanding to lead troops back to the local area to suppress the Communist Party!

As for Soichi Tetsunachi, there are two lieutenant general division commanders in Yanpu Castle, four major general brigade commanders, three chiefs of staff with the rank of colonels and other senior Japanese troops. They were in a dilemma and were in panic all day long. They were in a state of conscience to fight against China, but now the Chinese army has set up heavy troops from seven armies in the Far East, two of which are guarding the exit of the Amursky Peninsula. There are also rumors that the Chinese had just ordered four 420mm caliber from the German Krupp Company.

Howitzers are probably used to destroy the reinforced concrete fortifications of Yanpu Fortress! In such a situation where the enemy is strong and we are weak, how could these Japanese officers dare to send troops to die? However, it is not feasible to lead troops back to the local area to suppress the Communist Party. On the one hand, they are quite disgusted with civil war. And they are also worried that after they lead their troops out of Yanpu, the Chinese army will take advantage of the situation; on the other hand, Tokyo has no order to mobilize troops, so how could they lead troops back to their country without authorization?

So these young Japanese soldiers just sat in Yanura's headquarters, full of complex mood. They stretched their necks and waited for good or bad news from Japan. Before December 17, they were happy for a while that the Japanese and Provisional Government reached a preliminary peace agreement. But no one expected that the Japanese and Provisional Government would fight south to decide the victory and defeat, and the news that the Japanese Provisional Government approved the Japan-China Treaty was immediately spread!

These few Japanese generals and Zuo Ke have understood the general trend. The Tokyo Provisional Government has not had much time, and Japan in the future will be the world of Red Banners! And these people must also make a choice between Tokyo and Nanjing...

On Christmas Day, December 25, a Japanese Red Navy destroyer, which was specially sent by the Japanese GCD, slowly sailed into the Jinkaku Bay of Shinoura. Several senior Japanese officials in Shinoura Castle, led by Soichi Desou, were all neatly dressed. They led the guard guard and the military band and other soldiers, standing and waiting on the dock.

Looking at the red-bottomed golden sun flag on the mast of the destroyer, Shinui Sakai sighed and said to the people around him: "I really didn't expect that our great Japanese Empire was still in full bloom 6 months ago, but now it is almost turned into a Japanese Soviet country! We people will have a hard time in the future!"

A colonel below who couldn't see the situation clearly replied: "They also recognized His Majesty the Emperor. Didn't they say that Emperor Showa will soon be restored to the Red Emperor? Our great Japanese Empire is still there!"

Teruchi Nakachi smiled bitterly and shook his head, "If we hadn't been this Red Emperor, our fate might have been better. With this Red Emperor, we would probably not have a burial place in the future!"

...

As soon as he entered Shinoura, Nosaka Shinzo received the highest courtesy and was arranged to live in the luxuriously decorated Governor's Office of the Far East Prefecture. This Governor's Office was also the official residence of the former Governor of the Coastal Frontier Province of the Russian Empire, and later used by the Japanese as the residence of the highest officials of the entire Far East Prefecture. However, the former Governor of the Far East Prefecture of Japan was a prince. After the Tokyo Revolution on September 3, he stepped down and went to Hong Kong to live in seclusion. The Japanese Provisional Government did not send a new Governor, so he was there all the time. Now that Teraunuchi and others arranged for Nosaka Shinzo to live in, they actually expressed their attitude of participating in the revolution.

It’s not that they, the Japanese generals, really believe in GCism, but that if they want them to choose a loyalty between Tokyo and Nanjing, they will never surrender to Nanjing that day.

Nosaka Hansan looked around the glorious official residence with a regretful look, and then asked his attendant to invite Shouichi Desou and Shinoura Garage Command Chief of Staff Sora Sugiyama to come over and start to discuss the future of the Japanese army in Koura.

Looking at the two frowning Japanese generals, Nosaka Tanzan smiled like a spring breeze: "General of the Temple, Colonel Sugiyama, over the past period of time, you have led tens of thousands of elite Japanese troops to defend Yanura's lonely city, making it difficult for hundreds of thousands of Chinese troops to make progress. I am really hard. On behalf of Japan GCD, on behalf of the National Salvation Committee, on behalf of the Emperor, and on behalf of the people of Japan, I would like to say thank you to you, thank you!"

Hearing this, Tanaka and Sugiyama felt warm in their hearts. The original resistance to GCD disappeared (what else can we do if we don’t disperse?). Tanaka said: "As the chief of staff of the Far East Army, Shinaka can only watch a large area of the Far East land fall into the enemy. But he is powerless, and I am really ashamed... Now the domestic situation in Japan is about to settle, and GCD is willing to fight against China with all his heart. I guess it will be a large army to counterattack the Far East soon. Shinaka only wants to be a corps leader and personally lead troops to be the vanguard of the counterattack army! If he can become a god in the battle to recover the country, he will be considered as a wish!"

Sugiyama Tsushiya echoed: "The lower officials are willing to be the pioneer of counterattacking the Far East. Even if they suffer from all the hardships, they will recover the lost land and expel the Chinese enemy!"

Nosaka Tansan smiled: "It is a blessing for Japan and a blessing for the people who can have such an awareness! However, the counterattack of the Far East cannot be rushed. Although the civil war has been decided, the Nishinoji Treasury Group is still fighting stubbornly, and it may take some time to liberate the entire Japan. Moreover, Japan after the civil war is probably in a state of chaos. If there is a few years of rest, it is probably impossible to expel the Chinese gangs entrenched in the Far East."

Both Sugichi and Sugiyama both frowned slightly. But they returned to peace in a flash. Can the Japanese officers on the front line still not know about the combat effectiveness of the Chinese army? Not to mention that Japan, which had suffered heavy damage from the Kanto earthquake and had just finished the civil war, wasn't it defeated by them? So the previous words of the two of them were just expressing their opinions to GCD, and they also wanted to touch the bottom of Japan and G to see if there was any news of the Soviet Union to attack China. However, it seemed that Japan and G would still focus on restoring national strength for a long time in the future.

Nosaka Tansanzo suddenly changed his heavy expression and then said: "And we also got the exact information. After the Nishiyuanji traitor group signed the Japan-China Treaty despite the opposition of the people across the country, Chinese imperialism is planning a full-scale invasion of Japan!"

"What! There is such a thing!" Teraenuchi and Sugiyama exclaimed at the same time.

Nosaka nodded: "It's true! According to the intelligence, Chinese imperialism is formulating an invasion plan to use the Korean Peninsula as a springboard to invade Japanese soil, just like the Yuan gangs in history did! But we can no longer pin our hopes on the kamikaze... We plan to launch a decisive battle with the Chinese imperialist army in the southern part of the Korean Peninsula! Defending South Korea will be the key to defending Japan's mainland. Now it's only a few months away from next spring, and we don't have time to form more troops. We can only transfer the troops in our hands to South Korea as much as possible. However, the current forces we have are still very limited, so we hope to transfer the two divisions of Yanpu to South Korea."

Shouichi and Sugiyama Tsuki looked at each other. The Sinaka said, "Who will guard Yanura?"

Nosaka Tansansan shrugged: "We don't have the strength to defend Shinoura-wari South Korea at the same time."

Sugiyama Moto stood up suddenly: "Do you want to give up Yanura?"

Nosaka glanced at him lightly and sighed: "Comrade Sugiyama, the distance between Shinoura and Japan is more than 800 kilometers, while the distance between the Korean Peninsula and Japan is only 200 kilometers!"

Teraunuchi asked: "When will the troops be transferred to North Korea?"

Nosaka sighed softly in his heart, but his face still had a very serious expression: "The transfer must be completed within two months... The Yanpu Fortress must be completely destroyed, and the refugees in Yanpu City must also be transferred as soon as possible."

...

In Tangshan, Nanjing, the core figures of the Kuomintang and the Communist Party were gathered in the conference room of the Military Committee of the National Government. Everyone had heard some news and knew that Chang Ruiqing was planning a major event that was related to the future pattern of China and even East Asia, so no matter what major things were at hand, they were temporarily put down and rushed over.

In fact, everyone is a little clear in their minds. After Chang Ruiqing defeated Japan and signed the Japan-China United Treaty with the Japanese Provisional Government, the next step is to form a federation, and it is also possible to arrange an invasion of Japan! This time, Chang Ruiqing summoned everyone, probably for these two major events, right?

Everyone was a little nervous. It was not a big deal to form a federation. It was nothing more than changing the brand. However, using the "Japan-China United States Treaty" with little legal effect to turn Japan into a nominal part of the future Chinese Federation, it makes people feel a little unreliable.

The story of the Japanese-China alliance has been spreading for a while, and everyone has discussed it more than once in private, and many "experts" have written commentary articles in the newspaper. The consensus is that there is no doubt that China and Japan "harmony will benefit both". However, the alliance between China and Japan must be based on the willingness of the national and political forces on both sides. The current "Japanese-China alliance" obviously does not have such conditions. Especially after Japan's GCD won the Japanese civil war, China and Japan were in a state of equal strength. If China wants to forcibly unite with Japan, the only way is to conquer Japan's mainland by force!

Therefore, knowledgeable people, including most core figures of the two parties, do not agree with China's efforts to establish a coalition with Japan. However, in a series of recent public speeches, Chang Ruiqing vigorously advocated the Sino-Japanese unity. Considering this prestige soared after the Sino-Japanese War and the Kanto earthquake, the voices against the coalition have become lighter and lighter...

However, as China and Japan's GCD war "get closer and closer", someone finally prepared to advise Chang Ruiqing to give up the unrealistic Sino-Japanese United Nations. As soon as everyone sat down, tea had no time to take a sip, Legislative Yuan Song Qingling skipped the greeting and went straight to the topic: "Chairman. Before the meeting, you can give us a clear idea. Now the treaty for the Sino-Japanese United Nations has been signed. The Republic of China and the Republic of Japan are theoretically considered yiti. So should we save the crisis of the Japanese provisional government? If we want to save it, will we send troops to Japan?"

Chang Ruiqing glanced around the people in the conference room. Jiang JShi rarely came to attend the meeting, but he sat there expressionlessly, like a clay Buddha. Hu Hanmin leaned against the sofa with a smile, with a calm face. Pan Yucheng was Chang Ruiqing's father-in-law. Zhang Junmai was the confidant civil servant who had followed Chang Ruiqing for many years. However, Chang Ruiqing did not give them much insight, so his face was full of worry. Chen Duxiu, Wang Yaqiao, Shao Piaoping, Bai Chongxi, Wang Junhao, Zhao Zhen and others in the middle know some of Chang Ruiqing's thoughts, so they didn't have much worry.

Chang Ruiqing smiled: "The treaty was signed, but it did not come into effect. Our legislation has not been passed by the Senate and the Senate House. There is no legislative body at all on the other side of Japan, so this treaty can be said to be invalid. However, the matter of Japan-China United Kingdom has already happened. Let's take a look at what step you can go in the future. However, there will definitely be no war to invade Japan's mainland in a short period of time. Mrs. Sun can be absolutely at ease with this."

Soong Ching Ling sighed softly, and Chang Ruiqing made her feel absolutely relieved. I think there was nothing to worry about. Although the matter of the Japanese-Chinese Hebrew Union was ridiculous, it was more reliable than the previous "conventional curse". Jiang JShi, who was sitting next to her, had been devoted to studying the Left Minism for a few days. A light flashed in his eyes and whispered: "Chairman, is the Japanese-Chinese Hebrew Union the starting point of the world's Federation?"

Chang Ruiqing smiled and nodded: "What do you think of Jie Shuai? Is this idea possible for brothers to realize?"

Jiang JShi smiled but did not answer. Premier Pan Yucheng of the State Council frowned and said, "Yaoru, your knowledge is of course greater than all of us, but... we should not make the abacus too satisfactory. Nowadays, most international political analysts hold this view. After the establishment of the Soviet Union, it will be a disaster for a pool of one pool and the Soviet Union! And the whereabouts of this pool of disasters are two, either in Southeast Asia or in China! And we created this Japanese-China alliance to bring disasters to Japan... Now the public opinion of Western countries thinks so, and they also say: In the future, there will be a war between China and the Soviet Union! And their Asian colonies can last for another hundred years."

As soon as he finished speaking, Zhang Junmai took over the topic and said: "Chairman, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has also received news that the US government has appointed former Philippine Governor Leonard Wood as the ambassador to Japan, and there are rumors that Leonard Wood is likely to stay after Tokyo falls... The United States is likely to establish diplomatic relations with GCD Japan!"

Chang Ruiqing nodded and said, "This is very likely... Japanese GCD is not a fool!" He pointed to Shao Piaoping, a member of the Politburo of the Central G and said, "Piaoping, tell everyone what you told us about GC International."

Shao Piaoping said: "GC International tells us that Japan's GCD has successfully instigated the Japanese defenders of Yanpu and is preparing to transfer them all to South Korea. At the latest by the end of February next year, Yanpu will be our territory. In addition, Japan's GCD also said that they will find a way to get the Taiwanese army to retreat to Ryukyu as soon as possible."

Chang Ruiqing just smiled bitterly: "It seems that Japanese gcd is not a fool!"

Pan Yucheng frowned and said, "So, Japan GCD wants to ease with us? But why didn't they propose to abolish the treaty of Japan-China United Nations?"

"They don't want to really ease! Of course, they don't want to break up. They just want to play the future Sino-Japanese relations as a trump card!"

Chang Ruiqing paused for a moment and said with a smile: "It seems that there are experts among the leaders of Japanese GCD now! Haha, there is nothing qiguài. It is really hard to meet a stupid opponent like Hirohito. However, their masters have taken on a mess now, and it is not that easy to do it well. We don't have to take them seriously for the time being, so it's better to do our own things.
