Chapter 358: Leap Forward Socialism - Ask for a monthly pass

"...I don't understand why Bukharin said that. Life in China in the early 20s was of course very comfortable. When the Soviet motherland was in the most difficult time, I stayed comfortably abroad, holding a high salary of bureau-level cadres, as well as foreign affairs allowances and additional salary from government agencies (referring to cheka). And the job is to dress up beautifully and appear in every social place where Chang Yao and the upper party may appear, but the upper party always comes and goes in a hurry, and seems to have never paid attention to a beauty like me. This is probably one of the most painful things I have in China.

It was not until I caught Bukharin, a traitor from the Soviet motherland that I encountered another thing that made me very painful - the number! To be precise, the number of arrests in China. Because I successfully found Bukharin, I was promoted to one of the leaders of the entire Cheka organization in China. Although my public identity has not changed, the power and responsibility I have actually held were heavier. Especially... I am still a very soft-hearted swallow. How can I complete so many indicators for arresting people? I can be sent to China.

The personnel were selected through layers of selection, and they were all very politically reliable comrades. How could there be so many enemies of the Party and the country among them? So since I pulled Bukharin out, I have been criticized and punished by my superiors, and later demoted, and finally I was almost sent back to the country for labor reform by my successor. The charge was probably Polish spy... But I don't hate that cruel man, and he had no choice, because Trotsky wouldn't believe that there was suddenly no enemy in a Russian GCD-led organization.

Let’s not complain about these, let’s talk about Bukharin, the cause of Stalin’s anti-party capitalist roaders. This incident is considered to be the origin of the Soviet Union’s Purge movement and the agricultural collectivization policy in the 1920s. These two incidents led to nearly millions of deaths and nearly 20 million people being arrested! It is also considered to be an important reason for the Soviet Union’s final loss of war and the country and the party. To trace the root cause, a Chika swallow named Natalie Lesinskaya seems to be responsible for all these disasters and mistakes.

When I, an ignorant swallow, entered the Soviet delegation, it was the time when the Shanghai Conference was at its peak - there was a nearly one-year dispute period after this, but the content of the dispute was mainly to limit the naval arms race and had little to do with our Soviet Union.

According to what I knew at the time, what Russia GCD wanted to get at this Shanghai meeting was a relatively relaxed external environment that was conducive to domestic economic construction. Bukharin dealt with various imperialisms and revisionisms for this. He kept attending banquets, dinners, dances, tea parties, and secret room talks... These activities were recorded one by one by one by one and became evidence of the crimes accused Bukharin in the future! It also put all his efforts during the Shanghai meeting in vain, and also put the Soviet Union into a very isolated situation internationally... I should indeed be responsible for these matters! But I don't think I was intentionally framed Comrade Bukharin, and I don't think he was truly innocent.

In fact, many of Bukharin's foreign affairs activities in Shanghai violated discipline. For example, he often had secret talks with senior officials from Britain, France, the United States and China alone - he just reported vaguely afterwards. No one could verify the specific content of the negotiations!

The Cheka agents I arranged (some of them are Oriental) also reported that they had discovered Kolchak's whereabouts near Villa No. 1517, Xiafei Road, Shanghai where Bukharin participated in secret talks more than once! A Cheka agent who entered the Belarusian exile government also reported that Kolchak had secretly met with a senior Russian GCD member in Shanghai! All signs indicate that Bukharin had met Kolchak in Shanghai... During the subsequent review of Bukharin, he also admitted that he had held a secret talk with Kolchak in Shanghai.

In addition, Mao Zd, the chairman of the Chinese GCC who has always sympathized with Russia. In May 1921, he secretly provided us with a film recording the peaceful evolution of imperialism. According to the information provided by this film, the five countries of Britain, the United States, France, China and Japan formulated a detailed plan to restore capitalism in Russia. The most important part is to take advantage of Russia's opportunity to implement a new economic policy to promote bourgeois ideas in Russia. Promote the corrupt lifestyle of the bourgeoisie to corrupt the cadres of the Bolsheviks; the other is to find and support agents of imperialism and revisionism within Russia. The initial targets of support are Bukharin and Stalin to become the heirs of Lenin. The specific support methods are..."

The above content is excerpted from the memoir of Natalie Lesinskaya, a female Soviet agent who defected to China in the late 1920s.

...

"Comrade Lenin, Comrade Trotsky, Bukharin is a traitor!"

"Capitalism has begun to restore, and the new economic policy can no longer be implemented."

"Now we should stop retreating (Russia calls the new economic policy a retreat) and start moving forward!"

The shouts of Politburo members, alternate members, and Central Committee members attending the meeting were constantly heard in a conference room of the Kremlin. The secret report jointly submitted by Chechelin and Natalie Lesinskaya shocked the top leaders of the Russian G.J. Many people also shouted the famous line "Bukharin is a traitor" (the movie Lenin in 1918). Faced with the conspiracy of the peaceful evolution of imperialism in the Soviet Union, several G.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.J.

Lenin, who was sitting in the center, also showed a suspicious expression on his face.

The content of this secret report is really sensational. If it were submitted by Natalie, the Trotskyist, Lenin would definitely not believe it. But the diplomatic People's Committee member Chechelin also signed the report. He is Lenin's confidant and a very upright GCD man. He has no reason to frame Bukharin! And even if Bukharin met with Kolchak, the conspiracy of imperialism to peacefully evolve into Soviet Russia is conclusive! It is also completely logical - imperialism is using force to overthrow the Bolsheviks.

After the means failed, of course, they would not give up. It is reasonable to use peaceful methods to evolve Soviet Russia. British Prime Minister Lloyd George also said similar things during the debate in the lower house of the British Parliament. As for China... Chang Ruiqing must also want to export his set of things to the Soviet Union. Just as the Soviet Union wanted to export its own ideology. Moreover, Chang Ruiqing's proposition was so close to Bukharin's idea. Bukharin was simply a left-democratic slumbering in the top Russian leaders! He was so careless that he should not let Bukharin go to China...

The senior Russian figures of the Leninists who were sitting were at a loss. Do you really have to listen to Trotsky, give up the new economic policy, and start implementing the planned economy immediately?

Seeing that Lenin and his big men were all worried about gains and losses, Trotsky was also very anxious. Seeing the conspiracy of peaceful evolution of the Soviet Union by imperialism, these people were still reluctant to let go with the new economic policy! It was really troublesome. You must know that the new economic policy is just a stopgap measure to restore the Soviet Union's economy and cannot be used as the fundamental line of the party, otherwise capitalism will definitely be restored. Anyone who is proficient in Marxism will give a little more

All analysis can draw the conclusion that Russia is a backward capitalist country, and capitalism has not yet fully developed here. Naturally, it has not reached its end. Therefore, it still has quite strong vitality! In fact, capitalism is in line with the current national conditions of Russia. It is not realistic to build socialism alone in Russia. Therefore, the only way out for the Soviet state is to continue the revolution, launch a world revolution, and liberate all mankind. Otherwise, the failure of the revolution will be a matter of time.

And now is the opportunity to get Soviet Russia back on the revolutionary line! Trotsky quietly looked at Stalin, who had said nothing after the meeting began. Then he stood up suddenly and shouted: "Don't discuss it anymore!"

Seeing the revolutionary prophet jump out, the senior Russian GCD figures who were talking all over the place all quieted down and turned their eyes to Trotsky. Trotsky's eyes also swept over them, and nodded slightly and shouted loudly: "We are GCD people. We should never forget our ideals! Our goal is to liberate all mankind and establish a GCist system in the world. It is not to turn Soviet Russia into a wealthy capitalist country, because that will mean we will be defeated without fighting and surrender without fighting! What we need to consider now is not whether imperialism has a conspiracy to peacefully evolve the Soviet state, nor whether Bukharin colluded with the enemy. These are irrelevant, but we ourselves! Do we have the ideal of GCism? Do we have the courage to fight against the enemy of imperialism to liberate all mankind?"

His words attracted a lot of applause, especially surprisingly, Stalin, the backbone of the Lenin faction, also slapped heavily and stood up to support his point of view: "Comrade Trotsky is right. We should not give up our ideals. Ideals are the key factors that allow GCD to exist and maintain her advanced nature. We should now analyze it realistically. Is it possible for our current route to bring about GCism? If there is no such possibility, then we should make adjustments."

Seeing Stalin's attitude suddenly changed, Lenin's face looked very bad. The reports of Chichelin and Lesinskaya had already given Trotsky a hammer to smash the new economic policy. Trotsky, who had mastered Chica, could have concocted a Bukharin capitalist-roading group, causing panic among the party. Although Stalin's easy turnaround would cause the camp that supported the new economic policy to collapse, it also delayed the major purge that might start immediately. However, whether to change the new economic policy has become a problem for Russia's new round of GCD line struggle. If Trotsky wins another game, it is hard to say whether the throne of the number one figure in his party can still be maintained!

But there is one thing Stalin said correctly. The key to the struggle this time around the new economic policy is whether the current policy leads to GCism or capitalism! If the new economic policy will lead the Soviet Union on the road of capitalism, Lenin himself would not agree. The conference room has been quiet, and everyone's eyes are turned to Lenin, waiting for his reply.

"We should indeed be wary of the danger of capitalist restoration, which will lead to the failure of our career!" Lenin stood up, his tone of voice seemed a little low. "But... what should the economy of the Soviet state be done without implementing the new economic policy? GCism in wartime cannot work, and facts have proved this."

"We should gradually transition to a planned economy!" Trotsky stood up again. He was much more capable of economic issues than Stalin in history. It was also considered after careful choice to start slaughtering fat sheep... Indeed, the "sheep" are not fat enough, but similarly, the "sheep" did not realize the superiority of the capitalist system, and the "new rich class" has just begun to emerge and is not rich enough, far from reaching the point where a new class can be formed. So now, it is now

Although there is not much oil and water in "slaughtering fat sheep", the resistance encountered is not great, and the impact on the entire society is relatively small - to give an inappropriate example. The Soviet Union in this era was like the 1980-year-old Celestial Empire, and it was easy to return to the original system. Later, when Stalin implemented this policy again, it was equivalent to pulling the 1990-year-old Celestial Empire back to the original system. I don't know how difficult it was, and the style of Bukharin's chief designer. Uh...

"How should we transition?" Lenin was obviously ready to make concessions again. In fact, he did not agree with Bukharin's scheme. His bottom line was not to start a world war, rather than slaughtering fat sheep a few years later.

"This is something that requires careful consideration and must be implemented very carefully and cannot be achieved overnight."

Trotsky said in a casual manner: "Private capital should be restricted as much as possible. On the one hand, vigorously develop the socialist state-owned economy and adopt more planned economy; on the other hand, taxes on rich peasants should be increased to curb the gap between the rich and the poor in rural areas. We must prevent the combination of commercial capital in cities with rich peasants who have begun to gradually dominate other handicraftsmen, because it may lead to the real Russian capitalism in our country for the second time. For this reason, we should make our treasury and tax authorities increasingly adapt to the various characteristics of the peasant economy and the small handicrafts economy, that is, suppress rich peasants and rich peasant handicraftsmen more. At the same time, we try our best to help the development of agriculture and small handicrafts. We should try our best to put this development on a certain track and connect it with our state-owned economy...

… In order to win the victory of capitalism at home and abroad, it is necessary to speed up the economic development of the Soviet Union. Because in today's world capitalism is still in absolute advantage, if the Soviet Union cannot catch up or exceed the level of Western developed countries at the fastest speed in a short time, then the proletarian regime of the Soviet Union may be lost and it is even less likely to shoulder the mission of liberating all mankind. In the early stage, the main thing in socialist construction is to try every means to increase the speed of industrialization. We should give full play to the superiority of the proletarian state and use plans to avoid the capitalist crisis. The Soviet Union should be able to increase the industrial growth rate by twice, triple, or even more in recent years than six percent before the war!”

Six percent is twice, three percent is 12 to 18 percent! Hearing this speed, the big Russians in the room started to talk.

“Is this growth possible?”

"I'm afraid it's difficult? Most of our machinery and equipment rely on imports. Even if imperialism is willing to sell it to us, the country does not have enough foreign exchange!"

"If you don't have foreign exchange, you can find ways to make money. You can export agricultural products and resources. Our system has advantages in this regard."

Trotsky looked at Lenin, who was frowning and contemplative, waved his hand gently, and the room suddenly became silent.

He continued: "In order to speed up the speed of industrialization, our economic development strategy should give priority to the development of industry, especially heavy industry and machine manufacturing. This is the most important leverage of socialism. For this reason, we need particularly tense efforts to truly and promptly mobilize all our wealth, correctly utilize every resource, and realize national industrialization the most quickly." He took a deep breath and emphasized his tone: "We must transfer funds from agriculture to industry to the greatest extent to ensure the maximum development speed of the entire industry! In a sense, the countryside is our colony! The rapid industrialization of the Soviet Union can only be based on the squeeze of the countryside!"

Trotsky's trump card has been spread out. To put it bluntly, it is to sacrifice the interests of the countryside to achieve industrialization, and to give priority to the development of heavy industry - unlike light industry, the products of heavy industry are not consumer goods and cannot be used to exchange agricultural products with rural areas for export. In other words, they can only use high taxes or other methods to plunder the countryside...

Now it depends on what Lenin means. At present, the Russian GCD is almost the double-headed rule of Lenin-Trotsky. As long as the two of them are unified, the whole party will unify its thinking.

"Punishing the countryside... is this a policy to starve people to death?" Lenin had seen the inevitable consequences of Trotsky's economic route, but there was no sad or indignant expression on the mentor's face. "The peasants will object, and there are also people in the city who will be dissatisfied with the shortage of supply. Comrade Lev Davedovic, what are you doing?"
