No. 350 Mao ZX's trip to Russia, ask for a monthly pass

In the evening of January 21, 1921, a carriage without any mark quietly arrived at a humble entrance in Building 2, Rubyanka Square. The iron fence door at the entrance was tightly locked, and it was already dark. A kerosene lamp was hung on the iron door, illuminating the surrounding yellow. The carriage slowly stopped in front of the iron door. The Russian shouting sound came from the shadows.

"Stop! This is a restricted area, and you are not allowed to stay without permission!"

The door of the carriage carriage opened, and a soldier wearing a woolen military coat and a blue hat came down from inside. He knew it was a cadre of Chika at a glance. He took out his ID and handed it to a Chika warrior who came out of the darkness. Then he turned around and shouted in Chinese to the carriage: "**, Madam Mao, No. 2 of Lubiyanka Square has arrived, please get off the car."

It turned out that the carriage was Mao Zd, chairman of the Central Committee of the China G who visited Russia, and his wife Yang Kaihui. The two of them were arrested by the Cheka personnel while wandering on the street. Well, they should have been invited to the carriage. However, the procedure was similar to the arrest - a carriage suddenly stopped beside them, and two big Russians in green military uniforms and blue hats were shocked to the feet of the pedestrians on the street. However, the two Cheka cadres politely invited Mao Zd and Yang Kaihui to the carriage in Chinese. Of course, the ** couple got on the carriage very calmly. This demeanor made the Russians on the street applaud in their hearts! However, the calmness of the Mao Zd and his wife did not pretend to be a facade. They were not ordinary foreign GCD leaders who came to Russia to hug their thighs. The ones standing behind them were the powerful Chinese revisionist group!

So when the Cheka cadre asked them to get out of the car, Mao Zd and Yang Kaihui walked down by themselves.

"Two comrades, can you tell us now who wants to meet us?" Yang Kaihui whispered to the two Cheka cadres who accompanied them, but the other party just smiled and refused to answer. Mao Zd was looking at the building that made the entire Russian nation shudder.

The headquarters of the All-Russian Committee for Purge of Counter-Revolutionary and Slacking-officials at No. 2 Rubyanka Square!

A tangy building that is only four-story high is located on a not-so-wide square. Perhaps because of the night, it looks a little gloomy. Mao Zd shook his head slightly. Arranged the meeting place here, and through this secret method, what medicine are sold in these Russian gourds?

Before he could figure it out, the iron gate was pulled open. The two Cheka cadres made a gesture of invitation attentively, and then walked in front to lead the way. The Mao Zd and his wife looked at each other and followed them strode.

...

Building 2 of Rubiyyangka Square is a large building. Due to its special purpose, the entire building has been renovated. Walking inside is like entering a maze. Two Chika cadres who led the way seemed to be intentionally avoiding crowded places, but took two guests to turn around in the narrow and tenacious corridor, and passed through several empty offices. Finally, they stopped in front of an office without any marks. One of them knocked on the office door and shouted in Russian: "Report."

"Please come in." The person inside answered in Chinese. Then the door of the office was opened. The one who opened the door was a Chinese man wearing a Cheka uniform. Mao Zd recognized at a glance that the other party was Liu Shaozhou who had come to China for help on behalf of the North Korean GCD. Unexpectedly, this person was actually a senior official of Cheka!

Mao Zd and his wife walked into the room, but the two Cheka cadres who accompanied them stayed outside. Mao Zd noticed that this was a living room. Several sofas and coffee tables were placed, and there were some tea and snacks on the coffee table, all of which were Chinese-style.

"Comrade Shaozhou, are you going to see me?" Mao Zd asked hesitantly. Liu Shaozhou's status in Qika may not be able to show such a story. He is the chairman of the G-speaking team!

With a bang, Liu Shaozhou pulled up to the door and whispered: "It was Comrade Trotsky and Comrade Skrynsky who wanted to see you."

"Oh, they?" Mao Zd's face flashed with surprise. The current situation seemed to be a secret meeting. Is it necessary to do this with Trotsky's status and power?

While he was wondering, another door of the room was pushed open, and two middle-aged men in suits came in. Mao Zd immediately recognized that one of them was Trotsky who he had met during the Manchurian meeting, and the other should be Skrysky, the current leader of Cheka, right?

The introduction began. Liu Shaozhou was obviously the only translator of today's meeting. He introduced them to both sides one by one in Russian and Chinese, including Trotsky and Mao Zd whom he had known each other for a long time. In fact, Yang Kaihui also knew Trotsky. His busts, photos, and portraits are everywhere in the Soviet Union and Russia at the moment, and they are placed with Lenin, just like the standard of Chang Ruiqing and Sun Yat-sen in China. The only difference is that Lenin is still alive, which is probably the reason for meeting Mao Zd in secret, right?

This Soviet-Russian version of Chang Ruiqing looks gentle and elegant. His head is big, his forehead is almost as tall as Lenin, and he has a pair of gold-rimmed glasses on his nose, which looks like a professor. He walked to Mao Zd and Yang Kaihui and stretched out his hand to Mao Zd and said in Chinese: "Mao Zx, welcome to Russia." Then he showed an amiable smile.

Mao zd shook his hand and said slowly in a heavy Hunan accent: "Chairman Trotsky, I'm glad to see you here, I'm really happy."

Trotsky paused for a while before raising his eyebrows and said in stiff Chinese: "Is this so? This is not a good place to meet... In fact, we should meet in the Kremlin."

"It doesn't matter where you meet, what's important is what to talk about when you meet." Mao Zd continued to talk to Trotsky in a Hunan accent. This made Liu Shaozhou, who was the translator, very embarrassed because he couldn't understand this Russian at all.

But Trotsky could barely understand a little, so he replied in the Russian-style Chinese style: "There are indeed some important things to talk about today. Mao zx, Madam Mao, please sit down and talk slowly."

Mao Zd and Yang Kaihui looked for Zhang Changchao and sat down. Trotsky, Skrynsky and Liu Shaozhou also sat down separately.

"Comrade Mao ZD, do you suggest that we bear the 18 billion gold ruble foreign debt left by Tsarist Russia and the Provisional Government?" Trotsky finally began to speak Russian. "Is this your personal suggestion, or is it the Chinese government or the Chinese GCD's suggestion?"

"It's my personal." Mao zd also changed to Chinese with a Hunan accent. "I think if Soviet Russia is really ready to liberate all mankind in the future, it should not care about these debts that do not need to be repaid."

After listening to Liu Shaozhou's translation, Trotsky and Skrynsky looked at each other, and the latter asked back: "So is the Chinese government willing to admit that they have a debt of 500 tons of gold to Soviet Russia?"

"Of course our government doesn't want to do it." Mao zd smiled. "If our Chairman of the Standing Committee is willing to admit this debt, you should be careful."

"Haha..." Trotsky and Skrynsky laughed. The revolutionary prophet said: "How could we two socialist countries have a fight for 500 tons of toilet repair materials? But it is not easy to ask the Soviet state to recognize the debt of 18 billion gold rubles. In our Central Committee, most comrades would not agree, because that would mean that in the future, we have to choose between paying back money and war in the future!"

Skrynsky explained: "18 billion gold rubles is an unimaginable debt, and a gold ruble is about 2 to 3 dollars. The Soviet state cannot repay it at all. Therefore, the Central Committee will not easily agree to take the debt."

Mao nodded, his face gliding with disappointed expressions. "So, don't you plan to carry out a world revolution in the foreseeable future? Is Russia now ready to live in peace with imperialism?"

Liu Shaozhou translated this sentence into Russian, and Trotsky and Skryngsky were also speechless. The room was silent. In the end, Trotsky spoke and broke the silence. He slowly said: "If there is a possibility of peaceful coexistence with imperialism, the Russian GCD Central Committee will probably abandon the policy of world revolution." He pointed to Skryngsky around him. "Comrade Skryngsky is now the leader of Chika, and I can learn the true thoughts of many GCD bigwigs through Chika organization. I have to admit that

With spacious blessings, cars or carriages, exquisite food, and beautiful wife, the comrades' enthusiasm for revolution has diminished... The comfortable life in front of them has made most people ignore the dangers of the future. If I now propose the world revolution, I am afraid that there will be no way to get the support of the Central Committee unless we have no other way out!" The prophet took a deep breath and looked at Mao with anticipation. "Comrade Mao, I think you are willing to help us block the path of reconciliation between Soviet Russia and imperialism, right?"

Mao Zd sat upright, frowned and began to think about Trotsky's proposal - from Trotsky's perspective. Russia's GCD is obviously losing its ideals and fighting spirit! Most party members seem to have forgotten the mission of liberating mankind and are ready to be comfortable and become officials and live in the world! Even leaders like Trotsky cannot lead the party to the right path, and can only ask for help from themselves to create an external environment that is forced to take up weapons and implement the world revolution!

"Comrade Trotsky, I am willing to help you and Russia. As a GCister, I certainly hope to see the day when the red flag is inserted all over the world." Mao Zd showed a worried expression on his face. "But what I have seen and heard in the Soviet Union for more than a month tell me that Russia may find it difficult to shoulder the responsibility of liberating all mankind!"

"Do you want to remind me to pay attention to the signs of bureaucracy and privilege within Russia?" Trotsky looked at Mao and was silent for a while. Then he slowly said: "Do you know? Our people have now begun to truly taste the taste of power... By the way, how do you Chinese gcd deal with bureaucracy and privilege within the party?"

Mao zd said seriously: "Although our party has shortcomings of one kind or another, the components of party members and cadres are very complex, and even the quality is uneven. However, the problem of bureaucracy is not serious, and privilege does not exist at all."

"Is it because of class struggle?" Trotsky asked, without any concealment that he was sending people to monitor the other party, as if it was just natural.

Mao Zd's face slid a little unhappiness, but it quickly covered it up. "Yes, it's because of class struggle... Our party is always fighting against all kinds of class enemies. In the National Government, in the Legislative Yuan, the Political Council, and in society, there are class enemies everywhere! As long as we are not careful, they will seize the handle and attack the party!" He glanced at Skrynsky and said lightly: "And we do not have a counter-counterfeiting committee that can deal with class enemies! So our party dare not make the mistake of bureaucracy and privilege!"

"So, is it the class enemy that has kept your party strong in revolutionary spirit?"

"Not it!" Mao Zd shook his head. "In fact, our party does not have much revolutionary spirit! This is worse than your Russian gcd..."

Skrynsky said coldly: "A party that is constantly attacked by class enemies but does not know how to take up weapons to attack the enemy...of course, there is no revolutionary spirit! This is not a revolutionary gcd! But a bourgeois social democratic party!"

"Don't translate this sentence!" Skryngsky finished speaking and Trotsky stopped Liu Shaozhou, who was about to translate it into Chinese. He winked at Skryngsky, and then turned to Mao and said, "Class struggle is the best medicine to help the party overcome bureaucracy and privilege - I agree with you!"

The prophet gritted his teeth and said, "And I also think that class struggle is also very necessary to inspire the work enthusiasm of the working masses! If party members and cadres realize that the party's cause is being attacked and subverted by internal and external enemies, they will develop a spirit of 120 and devote themselves to the cause of the struggle against imperialism. Similarly, the working masses will also realize the seriousness of the problem. Only then will they work selflessly... Therefore, class struggle should become an important means to develop productivity like ideological education! However, in our party, some comrades are unwilling to engage in class struggle again. Some people have put forward the view of the extinction of class struggle and are ready to live in peace with imperialism and class enemies!"

"Is there such a person?" Mao Zd suddenly realized that the Russian GCD senior management now has fierce struggles of two lines! Among them, Trotsky's line is: the theory of intensification of class struggle-world revolution; and the other faction is likely to be: the theory of extinction of class struggle-peaceful coexistence.

"Yes!" Trotsky replied with certainty: "Comrade Mao ZD, I can tell you clearly that Russia's GCD is on the eve of the line struggle now! Some people are confused by the increasingly eased internal and external environment in front of them, and are misled by the success of the new economic policy. They think that the view of world revolution and class struggle is outdated, and now they can take the path of peaceful development. They are devoted to economic construction! Some people even publicly shouted: Get rich! Accumulate! Poverty is not the slogan of socialism (Russian GCD theorist Bukharin, who is also the proposer of the theory of extinction of class struggle)... If you follow this route, Russia GCD will probably really embark on the path of capitalism as your Comrade Chang Ruiqing said!

And now people who hold this view account for the majority of the Central Committee! If you want to turn the situation around, the only way is to let these people run into a wall while interacting with imperialism! Let them see clearly: the true face of imperialism! In this way, Russia's GCD can return to the right path."

Just as Mao and Trotsky met in Building 2, Ruby Yangka Square, there was also a lot of discussion in the small conference room of the editorial department of the Pravda on the Street of Pravda. Although this Russian GCD official newspaper was founded by Trotsky, it is currently in the hands of Trotsky's opposition. The current editor-in-chief of Pravda is the Russian G theorist Bukharin. At the beginning of last year, when the new economic policy was just proposed by Lenin and Trotsky, Bukharin was once one of the most determined opponents!

He compared the image of the new economic policy to: you give your finger to the devil. You must also give your hands, arms and even your entire body. In his opinion, the new economic policy is to take the capitalist path! And it will inevitably lead to Russia becoming a capitalist country again!

However, after nearly a year of implementation of the new economic policy, Russia's industry and agriculture were fully restored to vitality. Bukharin became a firm defender of the new economic policy. The Pravda, which he was in charge, also became a newspaper that advocated the theory of getting rich and extinguishing the class struggle. In his article "On New Economic Policy and Our Tasks", he publicly proposed: "The deepest significance of the new economic policy is that for the first time we have opened up various economic forces and the possibility of various economic components prospering each other, and economic growth can only be achieved on this basis... We should not cover up and erase and fear a certain development of capitalist relations." This is equivalent to publicly singing praises instead of reforming capitalism and revisionism!
