Chapter 43: Doubtful Eyes

The brothers Francisco Genovese and Alessandro Genovese were staying honestly in the hotel room, watching the Russian program that they couldn't understand incomprehensible. Since the last time they met Gusinski, they have been left in the hotel. Two Italians who can't speak a few words of Russian can do nothing here. If they were in Chicago, no one would dare to treat the people of the Genovese family like this. Unfortunately, this is the Soviet Union, and the arrogant Soviets would not take them seriously.

A phone ring suddenly rang in the room. Alesandro Genovese was silent for a moment, but Francesco Genovese rushed to pick up the phone and said, "Hello?"

"Your matters are obvious. News came from Tyumen that it was the Gorky Gang who killed Popov. Mr. Gucinsky will not interfere in the rest of the matter. You can handle it yourself!" Before Francisco Genovese could respond, the other party hung up the phone, which annoyed Francisco Genovese.

Alessandro Genovese kept watching his brother's expressions. The phone was answered by Francesco. Alessandro didn't know what the other party said. It was not until Francesco hung up that Alessandro asked him what was going on.

"Gusinsky's people said that Popov was done by Gorky's gang, so let us deal with it ourselves." Francisco repeated the other party's conversation helplessly, and the two brothers sighed silently in their hearts, things were not easy to deal with.

"What do you think the Gorky Gang do? Why doesn't Gusinsky want to interfere in our affairs anymore? Is he afraid of the Gorky Gang's people? I think things shouldn't be that simple." Alessandro raised his own question to Francisco.

Alessandro's words instantly calmed down Francisco. He was just worried about his annoyance and didn't think so deeply. He thought according to Alessandro's point of view that Gusinsky was an arms dealer, not only with a strong background, but also a desperate person. Otherwise, he would not be able to do this. Although the Gorky Gang didn't know what he was doing, since they were mortal enemies with Popov, they were likely to be smugglers. An arms dealer would be afraid of smugglers. That was a joke. After thinking about this, Francisco still didn't understand. He asked Alessandro: "What are you thinking about Gusinsky?"

Alessandro was silent for a moment and said intermittently: "If I guess correctly, Gusinsky is hitting us. He will not benefit from this matter. This is the Soviet Union, not the United States. It is impossible for him to take action based on the face of the Genovese family?"

"Benefits? What benefits does he want? Do you want us to buy his arms?" Francesco was still a little confused.

"If I guess correctly, he wants to interfere in our hailuoyin business!" Alesandro said in a affirmative tone.

Francisco then suddenly realized, but said helplessly: "This big thing is not something that we two can decide, and I'm afraid our uncle will not agree."

"So if you want Gusinsky to continue working for us, you can only coax him first." Alessandro continued.

"What should I do with the Gorky Gang?" Francisco continued.

"That depends on whether they know the truth or not. The Genovese family's losses must be compensated. If they know the truth, they will make a way out for us, otherwise they will wait to bear the anger of the Genovese family!" Alessandro said viciously.

...

After dinner, Gusinsky leisurely fed his beloved pet Ustin in his garden. This was his favorite thing to do in the day. During this period, he didn't like to be disturbed by anyone. He saw a wooden table in front of him, and a huge piece of beef was placed on the table. The meat was bright red and red, with blood and heat. Gusinsky's hands were already covered with blood and grease. He cut off a large piece of beef with a sharp dagger, held it into the cage with his hands, and muttered: "Come and eat it quickly, cute Ustin, Dad is here to feed you. Eat more, you'll see that you're hungry and thin."

A Siberian tiger in the corner of the cage stood up lazily and slowly walked towards Gusinsky. It first licked the piece of meat with its tongue, and suddenly bit the piece of meat with a sudden bite. Ustin swallowed it a few bites. It almost bit Gusinsky's hand that reached into the cage. Gusinsky hurriedly shrank his hand back and then laughed. Gusinsky's towel handed over by his subordinates simply cleaned up his wet hands, and then left the garden, leaving only Ustin in the cage looking at Gusinsky's back hungryly.

As soon as he walked out of the garden, Gusinsky's confidant Paul Rusha (who is Paul's favorite name) hurried over and followed Gusinsky respectfully and said, "Boss, after we rejected the two Italians fiercely, they really called."

Gusinsky smiled slightly, he liked the feeling that everything was in control. Gusinsky continued, "What did they say on the phone?"

"They said that the things here are almost done. They are almost leaving the Soviet Union and going back to Italy. They want to thank you in person before leaving." Paulusa quickly answered.

"Thank you in person? Didn't you say anything else?" Gusinsky asked.

"Nothing else, Mr. Gusinsky." Paulusha answered the question raised by Gusinsky respectfully. He could see that Gusinsky's face suddenly fell and he couldn't help but feel nervous.

Gusinsky began to think about the other party's attitude in his mind. The two Italians were either too stupid or too smart. They originally came here to ask for Gusinsky. Although the Gorky Gang was not very big, without Gusinsky's help, even if the two were capable, they would not have any threat to the Gorky Gang. Gusinsky thought they would definitely take these two young people, and threatened the other party with help, and took the opportunity to interfere in the other party's hailuoyin business. This is how he made a good plan for Gusinsky.

But now the other party's attitude has reversed 180 degrees. On the surface, it seems that he wants to leave the Soviet Union in dishearteningly, but in fact he takes the initiative in his hands. Now the other party has no desires and no desires, but Gusinsky wants to join the other party's business. In this way, Gusinsky has to agree to the other party's conditions and provide various conveniences for the other party.
