1156 Xingtai Bafu

Although the family affairs about Huan caused a lot of sensation in Luoyang City, this was just a slight episode for the entire situation.

After the establishment of Luoyang Xingtai, the Jiangdong central center was basically empty. Although there were still various structures such as the Three Dukes and Taiwan Province, it was basically useless. In particular, the so-called edict of the Secretariat of the Secretariat was completely replaced by the General's Office.

Thanks to the repeated explorations of Taiwanese officials after the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the Taiba Mansion did not need to do more regular and slow-tracking plans. After its establishment, it was a complete system and a military and political monopoly.

Luoyang's running Taiwan is similar to the so-called Yuefu in the so-called Yuefu in the King of Donghai Sima Yue of the Central Dynasty. As the general of the National Taiwan National Congress, Shen Zhezi's subordinate officials were basically divided into two parts: Taiwan positions and government officials. The most important position is the Minister of Cao, and government officials are the officials.

The entire Bafu Mansion is based on the Xingtai, so the official positions of these two parts can be interconnected without obstacles. It seems simple and simple, but it means that Shen Zhezi, as a powerful minister, has reached a peak in power, and the so-called affairs of the government are state affairs.

If an analogy is really to be made, the Xingtaiba Mansion founded by Shen Zhezi is probably between the two stages of the Prime Minister’s Mansion of Wei Wu and Cao Cao and the later Prince’s Mansion of Wei.

This does not mean that Luoyang's Xingtai power is not as high as that of the Wei Palace, but because after Cao Cao reached the Wei Palace, he had established a complete set of rules and regulations independent of the Han Dynasty's rule, and was already a very independent regime. Serves in the Han Dynasty or Wei, or serving in the Wei Dynasty, had become a very clear choice for those of that period.

Today, Luoyang Xingtai still has to be controlled by the imperial edict of the Jin Dynasty. It did not create independent rules. It just entrusted the imperial edict to be elevated and replaced by a lower-level execution order.

In fact, after the turmoil in Jiangdong was pacified a few years ago, some voices in the Shen family camp suggested that they could directly take the title of king, establish a feudal state, and follow the story of Wei Wu.

But Shen Zhezi did not follow this suggestion. On the one hand, he first held power, which was much worse than Cao Cao during the Wei King period. On the other hand, this also meant the split of the legal system in Jiangdong, forcing people to make a choice, which was not a good thing for the entire Northern Expedition situation.

But even so, Shen Zhezi's Liang County fiefdom was greatly expanded, basically from Tuzhong Qiaoliliang County to Liang County, Yuzhou, covering the original jurisdiction of the Huainan Governor's Office, and from the seven counties in southern Henan to Huainan, all of which were his Liang County fiefdoms. This itself far exceeded the standard of a county vassal, and only the name had not changed.

It is worth mentioning that Sima Yue, the King of Huainan, whose Huainan vassal state was directly removed, and instead created a vassal state in several counties around Liyang and was named King of Liyang.

Through this adjustment, many overseas counties that were originally set up by the Yu family and the Chu family in the past few years were directly abolished. Since then, there have been almost no overseas counties and counties in Jiangbiao, which has prompted those overseas Chinese to return to the north or be discontinued from the local area to be naturalized, thereby strengthening the efficiency and intensity of administrative management in Taiwan.

Jiangzhou Governor Shen Ke also possessed the Liyang Neishi. Since then, the entire Jiankang Center has been completely surrounded by the influence of the Shen Wu people. This is also the confidence that Shen Zhezi dared to go north to Luoyang to create a Xingtai and remotely control the situation in Jiangdong.

The entire structure of Xingtai was basically expanded from the original Huainan Governor's Office. Du He, the former chief of the Governor's Office, served as the imperial court of Henan, the left chief of Shangshu, and was in charge of the affairs of Xingtai. He and Sizhou Governor He Chong and Sili Shanxia were called the third chief of Xingtai.

The Huan family of Qiao State is now divided into two branches, one is the Longkang Huan Yi branch of Qiao State. However, due to Huan Wen's deeds, the family was ruined. Now only Huan Huo is still in power.

The other branch is the branch of Qi County, Qiao State. This branch is mainly based on martial arts, but it is not very managed in the core of Jiankang on Jiangbiao. The representative is Huan Xuan, and the other is Huan Jing. Huan Xuan has been in the border affairs for a long time, but Huan Jing served as a Sanqi in Taiwan, and later served as the Danyang Yin during Chu Hu's reign.

At present, the Huan family of Qiao State, based on the position of power, the branch of Ji County has surpassed the Long Kang branch and has become the representative of Huan family's county. Huan Xuan is the most prominent person in the West Road King's Army. The only one who can distinguish colors is Li Yang, the former general of Jingzhou, who was Tao Kan's confidant in his early years. As for Huan Jing, he is now the Secretary of the Xingtai Hall and the chief clerk of the General's Mansion.

Of course, Shen Zhezi did not just show his kindness to Huan Xuan. In addition to giving Huan Xuan the military power to govern the two states, he appointed Mao Bao as the governor of Yongzhou, mainly responsible for recruiting Yong, Liang and other people, and gathering new troops. Although Mao Bao was temporarily under the command of Huan Xuan in name, he was obviously a candidate for Huan Xuan's deputy. This is also one of the few moves to directly intervene in the division of power.

Xiangyang itself is a key hub connecting the east, west, south and north, and it is also the key to strengthening the control of Xingtai in the southwest region. Therefore, Shen Zhezi inevitably needs to pay more attention to Huan Xuan. With the various means, it cannot be said that he has controlled Huan Xuan within his hands, but he has indeed accumulated a strong restraining power.

In the past three years, many kings have paused. Large-scale wars such as the Great Victory of the Central Plains and the Great Victory of Hebei have almost never happened. The main task of Xingtai is to sort out and adjust internal relations, accumulate strength, and develop the regained territory. Especially in terms of rest and recuperation, although it is hard to say that the old state of China and North Korea, especially Taikang, has been restored, but it can also be said to be effective.

Jing was extremely thoughtful and moved. At the beginning of this year, Shen Zhezi's next military plan had been put on the agenda.

In fact, in the past few years, various military operations have been underway, and the most important thing is Jingzhou's attack on Cheng Han. In the original history, Huan Wen's attack on Cheng Han was effortless, but later on, Liang and the two prefectures fell into a long and repeated rebellion and surrender, and did not substantially increase the national strength of Jin Dynasty.

Although the Chenghan Dynasty is now frequent civil strife, it has not yet fallen into complete decline. However, even so, the Jin army in Hanzhong outside the Sichuan and Shu plains has been maintaining steady progress. The Li family's area in Hanzhong has basically been swept out, and the remaining ones are mostly the Ba Di people and the Qiang and Hu people are still resisting stubbornly.

As for the attack choices of the Central Plains, there are two directions at present, one is facing Guanzhong west, and the other is continuing to advance north to attack Shi Zhao.

Shen Zhezi weighed a lot and finally decided to use Guanzhong as the main direction for the next step. In fact, this strategy had been determined as early as when Heluo started, but because there were too many uncertain factors in the north at that time, there was still room for room for whether it was really going to advance like this.
