Chapter 214 Tito

Josep Broz Tito, the man in history who has been in charge of Yugoslavia for half a century, and now, Tito is already a middle-aged man in his forties.

On May 25, 1892, Tito was born in a poor peasant family in the village of Kumrovets, Croatia.

In 1913, Tito was conscripted into the Austro-Hungarian team and won the runner-up of the entire army fencing competition. He was a strong young man with first-class military qualities.

In 1915, Tito fought with the Russian army, and was injured and captured and arrived in Russia. As a result, he was baptized by the Russian October Revolution and gained a new belief.

Afterwards, Tito returned to Yugoslavia and served as a member of the Southern Communist Party Committee, secretary of the Zagreb Hardware Union and secretary of the Zagreb Municipal Party Committee. In 1920, Tito was arrested and imprisoned by the authorities.

Until his release in 1934, he was elected as a member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and engaged in secret work of the Party. He went to Moscow early in the second year to serve as a member of the Balkan Secretariat of the Communist International and a rapporteur of Yugoslavia.

In December 1937, Tito began to preside over the work of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.

I think Tito's resume does not mention his battle in the Spanish Civil War, but in fact, Tito did participate in the Spanish Civil War.

For Tito, when he came to Spain, he was actually just trying to gain experience and qualifications. As long as he stayed in Spain for a while, he would definitely become the chief person in charge of Yugoslavia's party after he went back.

Unfortunately, Tito had a bad chance. Originally, it was impossible for him to go to Madrid. There was a glorious possibility at any time. Tito came to the field airport in the rear and took a team of Yugoslavian troops to participate in the mission of defending the airport. After staying for a while, Tito was able to return to Yugoslavia gloriously.

As a result, the Germans attacked the airport and Tito was beaten to the point of pissing.

Hiding in the mountains and forests near Toriha, Tito felt extremely depressed.

"Is there any news?" Tito asked his deputy Ivan Goshniak who had just returned.

Ivan's face was excited: "Yes, there is news that after our air base was captured, the German Condor Legion stationed here. Although the leader used a pseudonym, I still knew that his real name was Cialique, which was the notorious German!"

After Ivan went out, he found out about the news about the nearby air force base. This news made everyone very excited.

"If we touched it in and quietly killed that Cirick, we would make great contributions!" Tito said.

Make meritorious service! Tito really wants to prove through a beautiful battle that he is definitely not a vase, he is here to fight!

Ivan shook his head: "No, their defense is too tight! These Germans are holding submachine guns and tanks, guarding the periphery of the airport, and even military dogs in every corner, so we can't touch them."

It is not easy to get in. The Germans succeeded in the sneak attack because the Republicans were too low to be vigilant. In contrast, the Germans had already been prepared and were quite vigilant.

"We must find more people!" Tito said: "That night was not just us, but also people. We must gather more people to have hope. We also have to find informants. If we can wait until this Cialique travels and ambush him on the road, it will be easier to succeed."

Tito gritted his teeth, ambushed Cialique, and killed Cialique on the Spanish battlefield. This idea is his current goal!

………

"Buzz, buzz." The motorcycle driver twisted the accelerator, and at the same time, his legs raised, and water splashed below.

The Huelva River, a small river near Muel, is now dry season, the river water is very shallow, and motorcycles can pass by without any effort!

On the motorcycle, Adenauer's eyes were looking ahead with vigilance. As scouts, they must discover possible enemy situations as soon as possible!

However, the front was very calm, with a small countryside, wisps of smoke from cooking, calm and peaceful.

"No problem, you can move forward," said Adenauer.

Behind them, a few kilometers, tanks rumbled up, and the tracks crushed the river water across the river and arrived smoothly across the opposite side.

The mountainous area finally passed, and the front was flat!

The hatch of a Leopard 2 tank was opened, and Guderian came out from it. He looked at the field in the distance, and was extremely excited.

Already out of the mountain!

"Teacher, let's just do our best to rush across the Ebro River tonight." Kurt suggested to Guderian.

Goodrian nodded: "How is our fuel consumption?"

When raiding for a long distance, the most important thing to pay attention to is fuel! Mechanized troops must have sufficient fuel!

Therefore, the First Armored Division was equipped with a large number of 10-ton Ford all-wheel drive trucks, which would continuously provide logistics supplies when their own charges.

After the last time the truck returned and reloaded the fuel. As the distance continued to increase, the time for round trip increased.

"Don't worry, our fuel is enough to get us back to Zaragoza in circles," Kurt said.

Using diesel engines as the fuel of the tank greatly increases the range of the tank! It can run hundreds of kilometers away!

This time, for the long-distance marching, all the Black Panther tanks were hung with two additional fuel tanks at the rear to further increase the fuel carrying capacity.

"Okay, tonight, we will rush across the Ebro River!" said Guderian: "Tomorrow, we will restore Zaragoza!"

Bounce, Bounce, Bounce! The essence of blitzkrieg is to use the maneuverability of mechanized equipment to travel long distances and appear in places that the enemy does not expect!

Especially when you arrive in the plains, it is simply a paradise for tanks!

Jinto, in the history of the Spanish Civil War, the famous Jinto Battle broke out here, and it was also a place of repeated struggles and battles.

But now, Jinto is an unguarded place, and there are no troops stationed here!

All the troops around Zaragoza were mobilized to the valley to ambush the German armored forces. They were on high alert, but they did not expect the Germans to appear from behind.

Their rear is very empty!

"Cruff!" He rushed to the other side of the bridge in one breath. Conrad stepped on the brakes, and Adenauer jumped down on his sidewalk.

The Ebro River is the second longest river on the Iberian Peninsula and the longest river in Spain. It is now downstream, with a wide surface. It will be difficult to get through mechanized troops without occupying the bridge.

"Quick, protect the bridge!" Just here, the leading reconnaissance troops drove over one after another. They quickly established a bridgehead position and waited for the passage of the subsequent troops.
