Chapter 7 Magic Scroll

During dinner last night, Thunder Ting told Uncle Oak about buying slaves, but the uncle had no objection at all.

Today I have to go to the slave market with the two of you in the mansion.

Get up early, Lei Ting went to the yard to exercise his body. As a magician, he must not make his body too bad. Lei Ting now does not need to meditate like other magicians, and invisibly save time.

Faer Town is quite a distance away from home. According to the memories in my mind, it looks like ten miles away and takes an hour to walk.

The goal of the Thunder and the other two went to this time was the slave exchange in Faer Town. These days, slaves are extremely cheap, and they can buy one of the lowest gold coins.

Faer is a second-level town in the Kingdom of Ceylon, equivalent to a satellite city around the provincial capital.

After breakfast, he set off. Thunder was so tired after walking for a while. On the other hand, Tifa followed Thunder and walked quietly, while knocking the melon seeds loudly, without any fatigue.

"Tell you to eat less snacks!" Lei Ting sat on the grass next to him, trying to imitate the dog to stick his tongue out, feeling it was detrimental to his image.

The young master spoke, and Tifa quickly stuffed the melon seeds into his pocket.

Uncle Oak smiled happily: "I have to buy a few slaves. When I go out, no one in the family can keep the door."

Thunder took the purse off his body and threw it to Tifa. The little girl caught it in panic, not knowing what to do.

"Hold it, I'm exhausted." Colin's physical fitness was simply not bad, so bad that Thunder could not bear it. "Uncle, how far is it?"

"It's only halfway." Uncle Oak replied, "Wait and buy a horse, about ten gold coins, so you can avoid running back and forth with your master."

"Young Master..." Tifa walked up timidly, hung his back to Thunder, squatted down and said, "I'll carry you!"

"Who is Han Wu?" Lei Ting felt very embarrassed, and stood up as if he was angry, slapped the dust on his butt, and pulled his feet and walked forward.

Tifa didn't know what he had done wrong and looked at Uncle Oak.

"It's okay, hurry up." The uncle waved his hand.

Fortunately, I met a farmer driving a car on the way. Uncle Oak gave him a few copper coins. The farmer politely brought the three of them to Faer City.

After getting off the car, Thunder looked at Tifa and Uncle Oak and said, "We also have to buy a few clothes. Look at what this little girl is wearing. It's not human or ghost."

Tifa wore the cheapest linen clothes and had several patches, even Uncle Oak, only the clothes on Thunder were, although they were a little old, but not that cold.

"Do you want to buy some jewelry?" Tifa was plain and faced, and the little girl used branches to tray her hair at home.

Tifa waved his hand quickly, and Uncle Oak also said from the side: "Young Master, don't spoil children, you have to have problems."

"I know the measure." Thunder nodded.

Turning around and looking around, there was a large shop in front of me, with the book "Magic Supplies Store".

"Go in and take a look." Thunder's understanding of magic in this world was limited to Colin's memory, and there were very few. When he saw such a store that was closed to him, he immediately became interested.

"Young Master... the things inside are very expensive!" Uncle Oak reminded.

"Just go and have a look, but I won't buy it." Lei Ting stepped in and walked in.

A guy walked over with great enthusiasm: "Guest, what do you need?"

"Look." Lei Ting ignored him and turned around. There were quite a lot of new things, all of which were never seen before.

"Go out, who asked you to come in?" The guy shouted loudly behind Thunder. Thunder turned around and saw the scene where Uncle Oak and Tifa were being driven away by the guy.

"What are you doing?" Thunder grabbed the guy's collar and dragged him away.

Uncle Oak squirmed his lips outside the door, with a very awkward expression. Tifa lowered his head and couldn't see what he looked like.

"What did you bring?" the guy looked back at Thunder and asked in confusion.

"What's the problem with my housekeeper and maid?" Lei Ting was the most shameful person. He bullied the weak and annoying.

"No." The guy glanced at Lei Ting suspiciously and muttered softly: "Why are you wearing such a torn dress?"

"Young master, take a look, we won't go in." Uncle Oak said as he rubbed his hands outside.

"Come in, come in, blocking the door." Lei Tingti kept Tifa's neck and pinched the little girl in. Both the uncle and Tifa looked very uncomfortable, and Thunder didn't care.

"What's this?" Thunder asked, looking at something that looked like a crystal ball.

It is probably because the images of the two minions are too expensive. The enthusiastic guy just now is too lazy to pay attention to Thunder.

He grabbed the crystal ball by himself, and the crystal ball, which had no movement, emitted a ray of light as soon as he bought it.

"Ye...it will still shine?" Lei Ting laughed. It's very good to take this thing back as a light.

The guy turned his head and saw this scene, and his cold expression immediately became flattering: "Ah, sir, are you a noble magician?"

"I wonder!" Thunder looked at the guy in confusion.

"Dear Mr. Magician, this crystal ball is actually a product of alchemy. Only when the magician picks it up will it emit light. The deeper the magic power, the stronger the brightness."

"So that's it." Thunder nodded. There was no such thing in Colin's memory. I guess this prodigal son has no talent to learn magic and has never paid attention to this thing at all.

"At the strength you are now, you should be an intermediate magician." The guy nodded and bowed, with a very respectful look on his face.

Thunder nodded and put the crystal ball back.

Intermediate magician? He hasn't released his magic power yet! But Thunder thinks it's better not to be too conspicuous.

"Sir, what do you want?" After knowing Thunder's identity, the guy became attentive again.

A row of neatly arranged boxes attracted Thunder's attention, and these small boxes contained neatly-shaped scroll-like things.

"What is this?" Thunder picked up one curiously, and immediately felt a faint wave of magic power when he started.

"Ah? Don't you know what this is?" The guy's eyes were bigger than an egg. "Customer, stop kidding, this is a magic scroll."
