Chapter 3 Development Strategy for Greenskin

Vared and his group returned to Sylvania in February of the Imperial Calendar. In other words, his so-called traveling was actually less than a year. Compared with the years, decades, or even decades of traveling and life of the predecessors, it is really not worth mentioning. If it is a general situation, then his strange concept of time may make others confused.

But if the target was Valed, then there would be no problem. Although the Earl had already configured enough talents for his government system to stand on his own and formed a strong administrative group, ensuring the rapid and good development of the Earl Castein. However, in many cases, the group lacked a sound that was enough to make a final decision.

It was like a person, with good internal organs, limbs and bones, and good looks and figures. But without a strong, smart and decisive brain, it was not possible. During the period when Valed was traveling abroad, the entire Earl Castein discovered what it looked like after the lack of the smart and decisive count.

And now, their "brain" will come. Who cares whether it is consistent with common sense or not?

Vared and his group took advantage of the loopholes, returned from the road they left Sylvania, and stopped in the Western Defense Zone for a while, and told his uncle, General Dewey, the commander of the Western Defense Zone, what they had experienced in this journey, satisfying his old man's curiosity. Then they changed into a carriage and continued in the direction of Dekenhof County.

It is worth mentioning that after meeting Katie and understanding the relationship between her identity and Valed, General Dewey felt very, very embarrassed. After nearly a year, he had not forgotten what he had said to Valed. In summary, he was to be careful not to be tempted by the women outside.

So what if it is the other way around and seduces the woman outside?

"Is this the gap?" General Dewey, who tried his best to keep his peace in front of Valed, immediately knelt down with his hands on his knees after sending them away, and his life was frustrated and bent forward.

Well, let's put aside this old man who is still single and slightly mentally abnormal, not mentions the carriage on February 3rd and returned to the Dekenhof Castle. Lilia, Anne and Alice arrived about a week earlier than them. After a few days of rest and dealing with the things that were pending that Vared needed to make the final decision, Vared came out his next plan.

At the convening of the citizens' meeting, Valed made a generous speech and informed the entire Earl Castein of his next grand goal:

"Dear Castein citizens, please allow me to provide you with a large-scale combat plan against green skin.

As we all know, after our vampire settled in this gray land of Sylvania, we were trapped in an almost endless war with the green skin. These evil creatures with green skins are endlessly tormenting our land like cancer. Every decades of orc invasion war will greatly deplete our national strength.

I believe that everyone, like me, hates this disgusting and shameless creature. We have reason to hate them, because almost every one of us has lost our close relatives and friends because of them. My father, Earl of Castein, of the great predecessor, died tragically at their hands.

In addition to emotional reasons, we cannot tolerate them continuing to exist in national strategies.

We cannot tolerate being on guard behind us when we go north, west, and south, attacking the rich and dreaming of human kingdoms. As long as those stupid and dirty creatures exist, we cannot have a stable rear. This is extremely unfavorable to the development of Sylvania.

At the same time, the greens have another thing that we cannot tolerate. They separate us from the central seas. It is their existence that prevents us from touching our southern coastal areas. It has forced Sirvania to be called an inland country, and we cannot enjoy any benefits brought by the ocean.

Yes, ocean, we need an outlet to get the benefits of overseas trade and to get fish, salt and other seafood from the ocean. This will enhance our Earl Castein and even the strength of the entire Silvania.

So, we have talked about so many questions now, the hatred between us and Greenskin, and the need to eliminate them. So do we have enough strength to clean up the Greenskin tribes entrenched in the south and seize the southern sea outlet? The answer is yes.

Since our army seized two new territories in New County and South County a year ago, and eliminated the Orc Legion of the Greenskin warlord Gobard, the Greenskin tribe in the south has been in a state of chaos and low morale. At the same time, our heroic and wise commander General Orr, my beloved uncle, also led the army to further oppress and attack the Greenskin there.

On the other hand, what about us? After obtaining two territories of Xinjun and Nanjun, our army has increased by at least twice! Our latest undead experiment has been successful, greatly increasing our combat effectiveness. We have also obtained the latest gunpowder weapon technology taught by the Chaos Dwarf and equipped with the army. Our situation can be said to be the best in recent decades!

Now, they are at a loss and are in a difficult situation. And we can draw an army that is much stronger than them to fight. As long as we mobilize and launch a thunderous blow, we can completely defeat the Earl's green skin in the south. We will drive them all to the northeast of the Red Eye Mountains. We will take all the nine hundred miles of territory on the southern coast in our pockets!"

Valed's speech won a lot of applause and cheers. Of course, some people also asked Valed some questions.

"Citizen Cher requested a speech." A middle-aged vampire asked Vared after getting the right to speak:

"Great Earl, I know the importance of the seaport to us. But I think it would take a lot of effort to build the southern coast, the land occupied by Greenskin, without basic scientific research, into a qualified harbor, and connect it with the Earl's territory by road. Why don't we attack Tyriel through the southwest after suppressing Greenskin? The ports there are superior and the facilities are completely better than the desolate southern coastal areas."

"This is a full-face question," Vared replied:

“While taking into account the benefits of attacking Tyrier, we must also note the impact of attacking on us.

Tyriel, that was a human country with good trade and diplomatic relations with the Sigma Empire. While we attacked Tyriel, I am afraid that the Sigma Empire, our biggest enemy in the old world, would send his army to interfere with us out of fear and defense against us. In this way, we would fall into the embarrassment of being attacked on both sides, or even three sides, and being completely attacked on the enemy.

On the contrary, we don’t need so much consideration to attack Greenskin, they have no allies. They are even full of contradictions within them. We can eliminate them without any fear of causing a rebound from hostile forces in any aspect.

As for the problem of building a port, this may be a little difficult, but you should know that with the help of worker ants, any construction work will become easier. In addition to other additional benefits, it does not actually take much time and expense to use worker ants to build ports along the southern coast and to conduct navigation trade through ports."

After Vared answered his question in a comprehensive manner, the middle-aged vampire bowed to him apologetically and said, "I'm very sorry, please forgive my presumptuousness and ignorance."

"It's all for Sylvania's interests," Vared replied.

"Citizen Argyle requested a speech." Afterwards, another vampire citizen stood up and asked Vared:

"I don't think that this plan has any flaws in terms of interests, military, and even political and diplomatic terms. Earl. You are probably the best military strategist and politician I have ever met. But I have one concern. That is, after we attack the greenskins in the south and drove them through the Red Eye Mountains, they will most likely flow into the wilderness. Is this not good for our fellow citizens, the Abel Hracin family?"

After the vampire finished speaking, some low-key discussions appeared around. The members of the Castein family have more or less heard the news that the green skins in the Great Wilderness have been extremely active in recent times. If the Abel Heracin family, which is already in a very difficult situation, the members of the Castein family will naturally feel uneasy.

"Your question is very good." Vared nodded, and then replied: "I am also quite worried about the deterioration of the situation in the eastern wilderness area. This is the reason why I was anxiously discussing with the two families of Lamiya and Nirakochi before I returned to Sirvania and sent a team of officers to assist the Abel Hracin family."
