After all, serfs and herdsmen always have to put something in their empty heads.
The noble monks fundamentally completed the final transformation of the serfs and herdsmen.
People have transformed Uszang so completely and thoroughly, and Hanlingshan's theory cannot be filled with the heads of the serfs and herdsmen who have been filled with the theory of the afterlife.
In this case, what Han Lingshan has to do is to find a shining Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva for this group of people oppressed in the darkest hell.
This Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is Morigen's Great Living Buddha who had just taken away the two sapphires that should have been handed over to the treasury.
God’s affairs can only be solved by God, which is the easiest and most effective way.
Otherwise, the people of Uszang would not believe it or follow it if secular people like Hanlingshan do this.
The punishment here is too cruel. This cruelty is not the torture that only a very small number of people can enjoy in the Han area. The torture here is extremely common.
Disobedient? Then, there is no need for the ear to exist and it needs to be cut off!
Stealing something? Then, there is no need for these hands to exist, cut them off!
Escape? Only those with legs can escape. If you chop off your legs, it will be perfect and he will have no way to run away.
What? You angered the landlord? You need to peel it. Only by letting the landlord listen to the wonderful music produced by the hand drum made with your human skin can the landlord's anger be calmed.
As for dungeons, water prisons, whippings, and sticks, they are used to deal with servants with slightly higher mindsets. The methods of dealing with the lowest serfs, herd slaves, and Uszang nobles are often simple and crude.
When people cannot be treated as human beings, it is natural to rebel and uprisings become a matter of course. However, after people in Uszang endure hardships that are far beyond hell, they will fantasize about having a happy life in the next life...
The people here are slaves from spirit to body!
