Chapter 4 Torrecia is Hope

Late at night, Aragaki Hiro entered the church with an old man. Although the interior decoration was old, it could be seen that it had been carefully cleaned.

The old man's name is Bryce, the current bishop of this church. He was wearing a clean linen robe with patches and holding a candlestick to lead the way. He was thin but calm.

Hiro Aragaki noticed that although Bishop Bryce looked at him very respectfully as others, he was not as blindly fanatical as others.

Is it said that as a bishop, his belief in gods is not as deep as that of ordinary people? No, maybe it is just because he knows more.

This old man seems to be the wisest of the existing Qiu Ci-Ola people, so Aragaki Hiro came here to seek answers tonight.

The two of them came to the innermost part of the lobby, and a stone-carved giant statue gradually appeared in front of Aragaki Hiroshi. As expected, it was a living body similar to Zeta's appearance. The huge body was only carved with a bust, the head was symmetrical and the chest was rounded.

However, when Aragaki Hiroshi saw the statue, he couldn't help but exclaim, "That's... Torrekia?!"

Moreover, that kind of shape is like Ultraman of the Light Country before Torekia fell into chaos.

Zeta in his mind still didn't react, "What, is he Torrekia? It does look a bit like..."

Bryce, who was bent over, bowed to Aragaki and asked, "Sir, do you know our God?"

Aragaki raised his eyebrows, feeling uncomfortable with the title of this god. He selectively ignored Bryce's honorific title to him and explained: "I know him. Like Zeta, he is an Ultraman living in the Land of Light, but later escaped from the Land of Light and wandered in the universe..."

Regarding the Land of Light, Ultraman Zeta and his state, Aragaki Hiro briefly explained to Bryce before, so Bryce probably understood that the so-called Ultraman is another powerful living body in the universe, and he takes it as his responsibility to maintain order and peace.

But after learning about Ultraman's ability, even Bryce, who was sealed on this planet, could not help but sigh that life like Ultraman is simply a god, so when he learned that the god he believed in was also an Ultraman, he was not wrong.

"...Torrekia has traveled to many places during this period, and he happened to be here, but in the end he..." Aragaki Hiro suddenly stopped as he spoke. He suddenly thought that Torrekia was treated here as a god who saved the world. What would happen if Torrekia's deeds of blackening were told?

For Qiu Ci and Ora people, it was a catastrophe of the collapse of faith. Aragaki looked at the old Bryce and chose to stop.

After vaguely silly, he quickly got to the point, "Next, please tell me what's going on with this planet?"

Bryce nodded and found a round crystal ball under the statue of Torrekia. After his operation, he actually projected the picture in the air.

Aragaki Hui couldn't help but want to complain about this. The current humanities of Qiu Ci and Oula are obviously particularly deformed. Because of Snack's threat, they have long lost the inheritance of civilization. Many high-tech products have long been lost after the death of talents and the gap in knowledge. Moreover, with no repairs, even fewer ones are retained.

So you can see that although they live like primitive people most of the time, they can occasionally take out a few high-tech products with different functions, which makes them look very peaceful.

As the picture circulated, the old man began to explain, "Qiu Ci-Oula Star was originally a resource planet affiliated to the inter-star alliance. Later, because the resources were mined, it was used as the garbage dump of the alliance, and discarded garbage was thrown here regularly..."

Aragaki nodded silently. The name of Star Alliance was a little familiar before. As he was mentioned several times, he slowly remembered that it seemed to be a cosmic organization that existed in the Ultraman Oub universe, and they also had their power on the O-50.

As Bryce said, the past about this garbage star was slowly revealed to him.

The former star Qiu Ci-Oula was used as a garbage dump for the interstellar alliance for hundreds of years, but even so, there are cities and residents here. However, as an abandoned place, except for the indigenous people, there are only prisoners who were exiled here by the interstellar alliance.

Apart from the spaceships that regularly transport garbage here, almost no one will remember this planet. This place was a abandoned place a long time ago, and the people living here only have one job to deal with garbage.

If this continues, garbage will one day fill the entire planet, and it will no longer be suitable for life and will become a dead star in the universe.

Until two hundred years ago, a monster that reached hundreds of meters high appeared, breaking the tranquility here.

"That guy must be the ancestors of all Snacks!" the old man said with great certainty.

The monster Snack was suddenly discovered one day. It is said that he grew up eating garbage. His body of hundreds of meters can easily flatten a mountain. It is almost invincible on this planet.

The cities and residents of Qiu Ci Ora Star were attacked, and cities were destroyed and living beings were devastated. Even the spacecraft of the Inter-Star Alliance could not do anything to Snack. In that disaster, 80% of the residents on Qiu Ci Ora Star died.

Finally, it was the appearance of Torrekia that saved the planet. In Bryce's eyes, Torrekia's name naturally had to be added with a layer of God's filter.

"Compared with monsters, the body of the god also appears small, but the god defeated Snak with unparalleled power, turning it into a flower to dissipate. After saving us, God disappeared."

After that, people who thought that the disaster had passed wanted to rebuild their homes, but they did not expect that the destroyed Snack would rekindle again. This time, they did not choose to evolve into a terrifying 100-meter giant beast, but quickly occupied most areas of the planet with terrifying numbers, and people's survival areas were constantly being eroded.

The Star Alliance has seen the difficulty of this kind of monster, and a garbage star is not worth their efforts, so they all retreated soon and will never go there two hundred years after that.

In the end, only a small number of indigenous people remain on this planet, who survived in the struggle with Snack and were almost extinct. People believe in a God and hope to be saved one day again.

The past of this planet ends here. Aragaki Hiroshi's face is complicated and he looks at the statue of Torekia under the dim candlelight.

In his mind, Zeta sighed: "Has Torrekia ever done something to save the planet?"

Aragaki did not answer. He gradually remembered the novel about Torekia that he had read before traveling through time. There was a sentence on the homepage.

"The name Torrekia has various meanings such as disasters, temptations, taboos, etc. in the seven universes..."

Yes, that's Torrekia like that.
