Sisters , Family and Eternal Interest 1

The water is the snow water hidden in the New Year. It is swept down from the pine needle with crane feathers and stored in the green-faced flower urn, and placed directly into the snow cellar. It was brought to the table and opened a quarter of an hour ago and was rolling in the sand pot.

Tea is the famous Cong Laojun Mei of Wuyi. It is filled with bean green tea lotus. Each one is curled with tight and strong leaves, radiating oily and precious luster.

The fragrance is the water-shen Gala produced by real wax. It is covered in the peacock blue tripod furnace, and it is shining with a dark red light like breathing. A wisp of smoke passes through the pores of the furnace cover and floats straight into the air, and then outlines the shape of a gentle and changing wind with the flow of indoor air.

Charles sneezes in a bad mood. The cigarette that had scattered in front of him was immediately panicked and repelled by him.

He and William had been left in place for about half an hour. The elder sister had been buried in the documents on the desk and never looked up at them. In the middle, someone came in and out and whispered secretly to her or served to make tea, but no one stopped paying attention to them. It seemed that these were two transparent air.

At first they were surprised by the library-like furnishings in the cabin, but now they are all left with the embarrassment of being bored but not daring to move at will. Both of them have changed into Eastern style cross-collar robes, which makes people feel very insecure without buttons, and the long robe makes it difficult for people to move freely.

The sneeze alarmed the big sister. "Ah, you are here." She raised her head from the piles of files and books. William saw a pair of tortoiseshell-framed glasses on her face. She could speak English, with a faint oriental accent. "Let's find a chair to sit around, I'll call Xiaochun."

The eldest sister switched back to the unfamiliar language and shouted twice, as if calling someone's name. Sure enough, the tall and thin woman who had brought them over before pushed the door and responded, and then turned around and went out.

"After changing the wash, I was really more energetic. But you may not be used to wearing this dress." She took off her glasses and put them on the other side of the big table to make two cups of tea, and handed them to the two young officers one by one. "Let's drink tea first." Every move was full of gentle and virtuous demeanor of a lady from a noble family.

"They call me my sister, you don't have to do this." My sister smiled. "Zheng Yuanzhou, just call my name." She is not very young, maybe around forty years old, and the corners of her eyes have quietly climbed up the corners of her eyes. But whether in terms of appearance, spirit or temperament, the first impression she gives is "full", upright and calm. Unlike Xiaochun, Zheng Yuanzhou is purely oriental blood.

This gentle and considerate attitude flattered the two hostages who were abused by Kokura all the way.

"Thank you. You are very good at painting-" Charles flattered.

Zheng Yuanzhou covered his mouth and chuckled twice. "That's not a painting, it's a very ancient text." She turned around and picked up a volume of letters to unfold it, with neatly arranged square symbols on the paper.

William was also attracted. He came over and savored it carefully as if he knew how to appreciate it, "What is written on it? Poems?"

"It's a redemption," Zheng Yuanzhou was so happy that he was both of them. "I need to sign and confine each one in person."

“Reden votes?”

"It is the certificate of releasing the hostages." Zheng Yuanzhou explained patiently, "Give the money, we will let the people go. Don't give it--" She kept a gentle and kind smile and looked at them eagerly.

William and Charles quickly returned to the seat and sat upright, and had no intention of drinking tea anymore. They held it in their hands as if they were holding their own heart-to-heart treasures.

Just then, Xiaochun was also brought. She also changed into a clean robe, her hair was combed into two buns behind her head, and changed her sloppy pirate dress.

"Okay, enough wild?" Zheng Yuanzhou looked at Xiaochun, sat down after returning to the book case. "Let's talk about the matter. Captain Rouen said that his wife ran away and asked us to give him an explanation; Captain Marcos accused you of attacking him at the wedding banquet and stripping away his clothes; the helmsman of the Flyingman testified that he witnessed you set fire on the dock; Captain Abraham accused you of deliberately attracting the Dutch to attack their ship; Captain Messon asked me to immediately control your dangerous behavior - now have you brought me two more naval officers?"

"Sister, I know I'm wrong." Xiaochun stared at her feet and stuttered softly, not daring to look up to meet the eyes of her sister.

It seems that what this girl said before was three parts of the truth. William compared Zheng Yuanzhou's words with Xiaochun's self-report in his memory, and found that she did not mention the pendant.

The next moment, Zheng Yuanzhou took out the cross pendant with roses from a wooden box on the desk and picked it up with a chain. "You made a fake product and deceived your fourth sister, but you couldn't deceive me. Do you want to escape with it by yourself?"

"I originally wanted to go to Madras to find that person..." Xiaochun stammered, her fingers kept tightening the corners of her clothes.

Zheng Yuanzhou supported his forehead with one hand and glanced at her lazily. "But changed his mind?"

"He said he knew the owner of the pendant, so I caught him." Xiaochun pointed to William with a shocked look. He realized that it was his unintentional sentence that led to the current situation. Xiaochun said as if he was just a defense: "Take him hostage, let's force that person out! Then--"

"Then he will return the things as you said?"

The big sister asked Xiaochun so much that she couldn't speak. She really never thought about how things would end if the other party didn't cooperate.

"Zheng Chunying, how old are you?" said the elder sister bluntly. She was not angry, but the invisible pressure seemed to push a wall over, making people breathless. "Do you know your opponent? What purpose does he have? What means is the alliance? What is the bottom line? Have you considered the worst result? Can you bear that price?"

Zheng Yuanzhou sat upright like a calm-headed law enforcement officer, coldly supervising Xiaochun to be punished. Every problem was a heavy whip, and she patiently counted how many strokes she had been hit.

"Sister, I know I'm wrong." Xiaochun's voice was as thin as a mosquito. She lowered her head, and this time she really admitted her mistake.

As a bystander, William had no desire to gloat. Zheng Yuanzhou's shrewdness and compulsiveness proved that she deserved the reputation of her elder sister. This woman was much more dangerous than she seemed. This was especially true for them.

"you--"

Zheng Yuanzhou temporarily let Xiaochun down and regretted, and she turned to two restless outsiders.

"Now start, I ask, you answer. I want to listen to the truth."
