revenge or trial 3

The captains ordered the anchor to be raised at the moment the signal flag was hung. The sailors shouted trumpets to push the wooden wheels in the cabin, turning the winch to slowly pull up the anchor cable. The other end of the water was submerged, and the iron chain wrapped around the calamari began to tighten gradually.

The rolling waves on the sea are higher than the other, which is a small tsunami caused by the earthquake before the volcanic eruption.

Yousuf could easily detect the movements of each warship when he stood on the mast. At the same time he lit the signal flag, the fleet led by the Childhood immediately anchored and retreated toward Socotra. Other warships in the Portuguese Navy failed to understand the meaning of this set of signals and were in confusion.

They all saw the sea monsters attacking the flagship, but they did not dare to use cannons to attack rashly - they might be sunk by their own people if they miss it.

"Gunner, report the amount of gunpowder left!"

Pedro commanded soldiers to fight the calamari between the upper gun deck. Most of his men had been damaged, and most of the remaining people were injured. His wrists and feet surrounded them from all directions, trapping them in the middle.

He didn't hear the response and repeated it again.

The non-commissioned officer beside him whispered: "The gun officer died."

"May his soul rest in peace." Pedro made a prayer gesture, and he raised his voice to the report's noncommissioned officer, "Andre Fernandez!"

The non-commissioned officer who was pointed at the name suddenly stood at attention and looked at his commander with all his attention: "From now on, you will serve as the gun officer, and immediately record the remaining amount of gunpowder and report to me!"

The temporary gun officer took a small team to leave and went to the lower gunpowder depot via the steep cabin ladder.

Yousufu saw them coming down one after another, and he secretly complained in his heart.

Soon after, he returned to the deck and took several prisoners - the fishermen tried to put down the boat with a trolley team and left, unfortunately they met the gunman who came to take stock of the gun powder.

"He will fall into the trap when handcuffs are handcuffed to the side of the ship." Pedro knew very well that Yousuf would never sit idly by and watch the fishermen suffer unrestrained disasters, "resume communications as soon as possible and let the Calicat approach support."

"Geronemo!"

A sailor pointed to the top of his head and exclaimed, causing the soldiers to look up.

Yusuf swung quickly through the rigging, using the sails to hide his own movements. When he learned this trick from two orangutan sailors, he never thought that he would come in handy one day.

Someone fired a few shots at him, but not one shot hit. He quickly climbed onto the main mast in the middle of the battleship and cut off the rigging that fixed the sails.

The white linen canvas suddenly slid down without support, falling to the upper gun deck to cover the large area, wrapping the Portuguese and their captives underneath.

When Pedro and the soldiers he commanded were freed from under the canvas, the group of prisoners he had just captured had disappeared. He looked around and his eyes fell on the ladder leading to the gunpowder depot: "Stop them!"

He took the lead on the wooden ladder and entered the dim inner cabin. The soldiers followed closely behind, and suddenly a few tentacles came from behind. Before they could enter the inner cabin, they were all swept into the sea.

The giant calamari squid's wrists and claws entrenched most of the deck. It tightened the Lisbon from all directions with terrifying power, as if it wanted to use this to fight against the increasingly stronger pulling force on its body.

From a distance, Lisbon seemed like a dying prey that could not escape the trap, carrying a huge and heavy predator on his back staggering among the waves.

The cabin ladder stretched downward to the gunpowder bank deep in the bilge. Pedro slowly adapted to the dim environment. He walked between the rows of powder barrels with his sabre in his hand, his pace slowly and cautiously.

“How does it feel to be a commander without a single person?”

Yusuf's voice came from the dark corner. He slowly stepped out from behind the shelves, holding a light-destructive oil lamp in his left hand.

Dangerous flames swayed and swayed, and the hazy warm light shone out his side face. The light and shadow coexisted on his young face, splitting his face into two halves.

He stretched out his right hand and pointed the tip of the knife at Pedro: "One to one, very fair."

Pedro did not respond to his provocation and simply took the knife forward.

In the dark and narrow space, gold and iron clashed endlessly. They moved forward and retreated between the shelves, as if they were dancing a thrilling dance.

The fire source in Yousuf's hand jumped and fell with him, passing by against the array of powder barrels.

After experiencing the previous battle to resist the squid tentacles, Pedro is at the end of his strength. Faced with Yousuf's continuous attacks and occasional tricks, his physical strength gradually exhausted and he only relied on a force of mental power to support him.

He grabbed the flaw exposed by Yousuf and rushed forward, but unexpectedly it was a false move, and he was caught off guard.

The weapon flew out, and Yusuf grabbed him and then stumbled with the situation. The Portuguese Navy Governor fell to the ground in a panic.

"You should have been blown to death two years ago." Yusuf kicked away the knife that fell at his feet, "There is a small thing to return to you." He leaned over to Pedro and untied the iron shackles wrapped around his waist - this was the tool the Portuguese had just planned to restrain the fishermen. During the rescue, he specially picked up a pair of them on his body. He handcuffed Pedro in the middle of the shelf full of powder barrels: "If you confess, go to God and say it yourself. You'd better start praying now and ask him to forgive the sins you have committed."

"I am evil or not, you have no right to judge me! I am a Portuguese soldier. Everything I do is to defend the national interests." Pedro looked ahead and defended loudly, "My motherland will remember me, and my reputation will never be defiled by pagans!"

"History will never forget the blood debt you owe."

Yousuf placed the oil lamp next to a nearby powder barrel and turned around and retreated.

The hull was shaking with the giant calamari, and perhaps the next wave shot could shake it over. The lamp oil would flow into the powder barrel along the gaps of the wooden boards, and the flames burning along the trajectory of the lamp oil will eventually detonate the entire warehouse.

When Yousuf returned to the deck, he found that he was dancing tentacles like a giant snake everywhere.

The calamari - along with its tightly embracing Lisbon is being dragged by strong forces toward the flaming cemetery prepared for it.

It also noticed his traces, swung his tentacles in the air and rolled up Yousuf, almost breaking his sternum.

The surging waves kept hitting the hull, and Pedro shouted in the bottom cabin: "The soul of Luzitania will never fall!"

The deafening explosion swallowed up his last shout and also broke the calamari's tentacles holding Yusuf's high.

The fireball rose into the air, and the water waves shot like pillars. He fell into the sea with the fragments of the Lisbon.

He tried his best to fight the surging undercurrents, and when he surfaced again, he was already exhausted.

Yousuf flipped over a floating cracked wooden door and lay down on his back. He only had the strength to breathe, as if his limbs and bones no longer belonged to him.

The albatross was circling above his head and approached, and a fleet of warships were sailing in this direction.

The loud Portuguese speech sounded in Yousuf's ears, and the soldiers were getting closer and closer.

He tried his best to struggle to get up, but he just raised his head slightly and fell down, and finally fell asleep in a deep sleep.
