73. Fantastic Creature Protection

Hermione listened very seriously in arithmetic divination, and William sighed silently. After the divination class was over, Hermione was a little tired and lay on the table to rest. There were twenty minutes left before the next class. Hermione lay down like this. William planned to wake Hermione up for 5 minutes. The classroom of the Transformation class was not far from here.

Hermione raised her head with 8 minutes left.

"Oh William, the time is almost over, it's time for me to go to class," said Hermione.

"Give" William handed Hermione a bottle of potion

"What is this?" Hermione squeezed out a smile.

"Drop a drop to your lunch every day at noon. Remember, just one drop will make you feel better. This potion has no side effects. I think you know its name, Lucky Water," William said expressionlessly. This small bottle of Lucky Water is a gift from Animagus for his transformation.

"William, why are you?" Hermione was interrupted by William halfway through.

"Hermione, I just think you are too tired. I promised me not to be too tired, okay?" William said to Hermione as he looked at hermione.

"Okay-I promise you," Hermione said with a smile, putting the lucky water into her clothes.

"Now it's time for us to leave, Mr. Taylor," said Hermione with a smile.

William's section is the history of magic, and Professor Binz will not miss any chance of hypnosis. He is a ghost, so it is gray and translucent. He teaches the boring and boring history of magic with a cold and breathless voice, looking a bit like a dry old turtle. William opens "History of Magic" and listens extremely bored to Professor Binz constantly emphasizes the unjust riots of fairies, the rebellion of fairies and the war of giants. William doesn't know how Professor Binz defines justice, and listening to Professor Binz's class feels like brainwashing.

"The fairy rebellion is unjust. We have given them everything they need, but they don't know how grateful they are. What a greedy guy!" Professor Bins was still complaining after class. William felt that he was too old.

During lunch, William saw Hermione dropping a drop of lucky water into the cup.

"What are you adding to the cup, Hermione?" Ron said while eating chicken legs

"Eat your chicken legs, Ron, the chicken legs can't block your mouth," said Hermione.

"What do you think Hermione is adding to the cup?" Ron turned to Harry and said

"I don't know, but I'm sure it's not pumpkin juice," Harry said

An hour after lunch, William and Hermione made an appointment in the woods next to the Forbidden Forest. Hermione fell asleep in William's arms. When class was about to begin, William woke Hermione up and they went to Haegeng's cottage to take the first class for the protection of magical biology. Today's magical biology class, Slytherin College and Gryffindor College were together.

By then, Harry and Ron had arrived. Malfoy was talking to Crab and Goll lively, and the two were giggling. Ron's face turned pale. Malfoy must have said bad things about the Weasleys again. Harry's face was not good. Malfoy was just laughing at him for being scared by the dementor.

"Malfoy, class is coming soon." William signaled Malfoy not to make trouble. Malfoy gave William a lot of face. William comforted Ron and Harry,

"Don't be angry, today is the important day for Hager. We must be happy in his first class, right?" William said. After William said this, the two of them opened their tight brows. Compared with Hager, what are these ridicule? Hermione looked at William with a smile.

Hagrid was waiting for his students by the door of the cottage. He was wearing a mole-skin coat, and the hunting dog was at his feet, as if he was anxious to set off. "Come on, hurry up!" he shouted, and the students had approached. "Today there are good things to treat you! A wonderful lesson is coming soon! Are you all here? Okay, come with me!"

"Everyone comes to this fence!" he cried, "That's right - stand where you can see. Now, the first thing you have to do is to open the book-"

William threw two books out of the space ring, one of Hermione's and the other of his own.

"How to open it?" Draco Malfoy said in his cold, dragging tone. "Hmm?" said Hagrid.

"How do we open the book?" Malfoy said again. He took out his, and he had tied it with a rope.

"No - can no one open this book?" Hager said, looking dejected. The whole class shook his head.

"The books must be sorted out," Hagrid said, as if this was the most understandable thing in the world, "Look..." He took Hermione's book and tore off the tape that tied the book. The book wanted to bite people, but Hagrid's index finger slipped from top to bottom on the spine, and the book shivered, then opened, lying quietly in his hand.

"Oh, how stupid we are!" Malfoy sneered, "We should sort out these books! Why didn't we think of it!" William frowned impatiently when he heard Malfoy's words.

"I...I think these books are ridiculous." Hager said suspiciously to Hermione.

Malfoy wanted to say something that was stopped by William, to be precise, it was scared. William did not hold a magic wand, but Malfoy felt uncomfortable and cold as he stood beside William with a magic wand pointed at. William did not speak or look at him.

"I think this book is very interesting. Professor Hager, please continue?" William said, giving Hager a big smile, and Hager was very encouraged.

"Now all you need is magical creatures. I'll go find them now. Wait." He left the student and walked into the woods. He left the student and went out of sight after a while."

"William, just now" Malfoy was a little hesitant and snoring

"Malfoy, what's wrong with you?" William smiled and looked at him. "What are you, hesitant?" William asked with concern.

"I must have felt wrong" Malfoy shrugged

"What magical creature do you think Hagrid will introduce us to?" Hermione came to William. William grabbed Hermione's hand, regardless of Slytherin's gaze. Gryffindor was whispering when he saw it. Hermione's face was a little red.

"William, so many people are watching," Hermione said in a low voice

"As sooner or later they will know," William said helplessly, and did not let go of his hand.

"I guess it's a very noble creature," William said

"Why?" Hermione was very interested in William's speculation

"Because Hagrid needs to invite them," William said

"Oh oh oh-!" Ravend Brown screamed and pointed at the opposite side of the paddock.

Twelve strange guys walked quickly towards them. They had horses' bodies, hind legs and tails, but their front legs, wings and heads seemed to be eagles, they had steel-like beaks and bright orange eyes. The claws on their front legs were half a foot long, and looked to death. Each beast had a thick feather collar around its neck, and a long chain was tied to the ends of which were held in Hagrid's big hand, and he followed the animals slowly to the yard. "Go up there!" he shouted, shaking the chains, and shouting the guys to the fence where the whole class stood. Hagrid approached and tied the guys to the fence, everyone stepped back a little.

"Eagle-headed, horse-body winged beast!" Hagrid roared happily, dancing with one hand at them, "They are so beautiful, aren't they?"

William thought the fur of the eagle-headed horse-body winged beast was very beautiful. This fur smoothly transitioned from feathers to fur, each with different colors: dark gray, bronze, pink sand hair (red and white), shiny chestnut, and finally ink black.

"So," said Hager, who rubbed his hands against each other and smiled at all the students, "the first thing you must know about eagle-headed, horse-body winged beasts is that they are proud," Hager said,

"It's easy to offend them. Never offend the Eagle-Headed Horse-Winged Beast, because this may be the least you want to do. You always have to wait for the Eagle-Headed Horse-Winged Beast to take action first," Haeger continued.

"This is polite, do you understand? You walk over to it, you bow, and then you wait. If it returns the favor to you, you can touch it. If it does not bow, then leave it quickly, because these claws will hurt people."

"Well-Who is the first one?" As a reply, the students were mostly backing back. Even Harry, Ron and Hermione were scared. The monsters were shaking their heads in anger and spreading their powerful wings; they seemed unhappy to be bound like this. William stood there without moving.

"William?" Haeger asked,

"I want to give it a try, Professor Hager," said William.

"I'll do it first." Harry stood up, he wanted to support Hager's class, and Gryffindor was known for his courage. He looked at William, who knew he wanted to defend the school's signature.

Someone behind Harry took a deep breath, and both Ravend and Parvati whispered: "Oh, no, Harry, think of your tea!" This was the prophecy Harry got in the divination class in the morning, saying that he would die.

William didn't stop him, so let Harry come first.

"Good, William, and Harry!" cried Hagrid, "Okay - Harry comes first, let's see how you get along with the monster named Buckbeck." He untied a chain, dragged Buckbeck away from his companion and removed his collar.

"You and it must look at each other, find a way not to blink." Buckbeck had turned its big, pointed head around, looking at Harry with a furious orange eye.

"That's right," Hager said. "Now, bow..."

Harry bowed slightly, then stood up and looked. The monster bent down its scaled front knee and sank down, obviously just bowing. Then Harry rode on Buckbeck and flew into the air. Buckbeck carried him around the yard and returned to the ground. Everyone gave him fierce applause, and Harry's behavior inspired many people.

"Good job, Harry!" Hagrid shouted "Okay, who else wants to give it a try?"

Everyone entered the yard with caution. Hagrid untied the chain one by one, and soon, people were bowing nervously everywhere in the yard. Neville escaped back several times, and the monster seemed not to want to bend its knees.

"Hag, do you think you can get two people to ride an eagle-headed horse-body winged beast?" William asked Haag.

"If the eagle-headed, horse-body, winged beast responds to the etiquette of two people, I think it's OK," Hager said, "Why do you ask that?"

"I'm going to ride this guy with Hermione," William said

"Oh, William, this is too dangerous" Hagrid shook his hand

"Hagir, let me give it a try," William asked.

"Then Buckbeck, this guy is pretty easy to talk to," said Hager

Haeger brought Buckbeck over, Malfoy, Crabb and Gole were going to ask Buckbeck for him, and William smiled apologetically.

"In this way, Malfoy won't be so embarrassed that he was scratched by Buckbeck, would he?" William thought.

He pulled Hermione from another winged beast with a hawk head and horse.

"What are you doing?" Hermione asked curiously

"Let's bow to Buckbeck together." William bowed and bowed. William's temperament was very special. Buckbeck was very satisfied and bowed to William and Hermione. Its head was bent very low. Then William pulled Hermione and slowly approached Buckbeck. Hermione stroked Buckbeck, praising the beauty of its fur. Buckbeck enjoyed it very much.

Then William turned over to Buckbeck. Hermione had good horseback riding skills and easily sat in front of William. Haeger watched all this nervously. There were also many people around him.

"Okay, Buckbeck, take us a flight," William said, Hermione was very nervous, "William, we won't fall, will we?"

"No, you hug Buckbeck's neck, don't let go," said William. At this time, Buckbeck had already started running. Hermione closed her eyes tightly. William simply used a guardian spell to weaken the oncoming wind. Buckbeck's speed was very fast, and William adjusted his balance. Then Buckbeck flapped his huge wings and hurt in the air.

"Hermione, open your eyes" William said

Hermione opened her eyes, and Buckbeck flew tightly against the lake. She stretched out her hands and felt the wind in front of her, William hugged her, recreating the scene of Titanic.

Hermione leaned her head on William's shoulder, and the feeling was so wonderful at this moment.

They flew back, William hugged Hermione and bowed to Buckbeck, and Buckbeck replied. Many girls looked at Hermione with envy, and Parvati came up and pushed Hermione gently, showing a bad smile.

Malfoy was not injured, but fell to the ground when he flew back with an unstable fall. He was stopped by William just as he was about to curse.

"What are you doing, do you want to be scratched?" William said.

Malfoy also discovered his impulse and had no words in his face. Pansy Parkinson came to help Malfoy speak bad things about the beast and Hagrid. William walked away and did not listen to it to avoid being upset.
