Chapter 109, those things about vampires

After leaving a book easily, Alice left lightly. No one would suspect that she did leave early to go shopping with her girlfriends. After all, this is a girl who is too lazy to hold a new book launch conference, so all the editorial staff were not surprised at all.

Then, it was time for the relevant editors to read the novel in detail with their copies.

"I'll explain to you in advance that this novel should have a thriller and suspense style, and it's not a science fiction novel like Jurassic Park. Alice has chosen a new category."

In the conference room, Brown distributed manuscripts to a total of ten editors present. After receiving a copy, the editor-in-chief Domingo said, "Will there be? Didn't Alice tell you the story introduction? Just give the manuscript to you to read silently?"

After posting the manuscript, Brown smiled and returned to his seat, "Yes, that girl is still as willful as ever. She also asked me to pick out the title of the book from the catalog. Fortunately, I finally picked out it, which is the last chapter before the "end" and let-the-right-one-in."

Everyone present read the name silently, but they did not express anything, but read the story directly.

The prologue was soon finished reading. The plot is a small town near Stockholm, the capital of Sweden, and it is a town with no history, a large foreign population and a large total population. As for the season, what else is more suitable for thriller novels than the cold winter with snow?

The story officially begins.

The main story of the story is not the mysterious father and daughter mentioned at the end of the prologue, but a little boy named Oscar. He is a lonely and often bullied 12-year-old boy. Moreover, Brown, who continues to read, soon discovers that the boy obviously has amazing criminal potential.

First of all, he loves the thrilling adventure novels in the "Goosebumps" series. Moreover, he also loves reading all reports related to murders, cutting them down in categories and pieced them together into picture books for collection. This is obviously not a hobby that a normal boy should have, and it must have an unusual reason.

The reason, of course, was revealed. Oscar's living environment was not ideal. His parents were divorced, his father was an unquestionable homosexual lover, and his mother, who had custody, was a devout Catholic, who devoted most of his energy to praying every day and night. After reading this, Brown could understand this situation. For some people who were already very religious, if there were some huge blows in their lives, it would be easy for them to devote themselves to religious beliefs like mental disorders, as if they were devils like cultists.

At the same time, the withdrawn Oscar will always be bullied by several young bullies in the school. He was cowardly by nature and did not choose to resist. Instead, he wore a terrifying "human skin mask" every night and used a blunt knife to continuously chop the tree poles to vent his anger. In general, every trace of description reminds readers that this little boy will definitely embark on a road to darkness unless the plot finds a reversal.

The reversal did not appear, but the father and daughter finally appeared.

In fact, as a father, Haken Banterson has appeared a long time ago, and it appears very frequently. In the whole first chapter, a paragraph is separated by numbers for every two thousand words, and the frequency of Haken and the protagonist Oscar appears almost one to one. Moreover, Haken did something terrible as soon as he appeared on the stage.

He came to this ice and snow town for a while. After resting for a while, in the dense woods on the edge of the town, on a quiet white ground, he slit the throat of an innocent boy and strangely took out a large funnel and a vessel that could hold five gallons of liquid.

"OMG……"

A moan of moans came from the quiet conference room, no one catered to him, and everyone was catering to him with silence. The editors' reading speed was similar and their reading experience was extremely rich. So far, who could not guess what Haken was going to do?

Both protagonists are perverted.

The twelve-year-old boy was flipping through the newspaper while eating fudge. When he saw a female killer being sentenced to death with an electric chair, he was fantasizing about the physiological changes of the prisoner when he died. When he saw the Evening News report that a man murdered two *** in his own steam room and hid his chainsawed body behind the bathroom, the boy calmly ate the last piece of candy, calmly studied the prisoner's appearance, and felt that the other person was very ordinary.

And came to a conclusion: maybe this is what I am in twenty years.

Anyway, this book is very powerful.

For example, the author uses a very detailed process to describe the plot of the 40-year-old bald man Haken looking for a **. In order to better "service", the handsome boy's teeth were even knocked off by a pimp. When Brown read that the man was receiving service in a dirty toilet, goose bumps all over his body were so expensive.

Looking around, the entire conference room was even more silent.

Then, the highlight finally arrived.

Oscar and the little girl Abby met.

A girl of the same age who was barefoot in the snow and ice.

The "daughter" of Haken moved to the neighbor next door to Oscar, and covered the windows with wooden boards and cardboard all day long. Due to various reasons, Oscar soon became good friends with the girl. When Abby learned that Oscar was often bullied by school, she told Oscar to learn to fight back.

Then, she was a vampire.

Since they moved to this cold Swedish town, there have been frequent murders in the local area, and the dead were sucked dry. These were all crimes committed by Abby's "father", Haken. With only one month in the whole book, he killed no less than three people and extracted at least fifteen gallons of blood in just ten days. His huge appetite made Brown realize in his horror that this was by no means an easy job, and it was no wonder they moved to such a town with few people and a large number of foreign people.

But one day, Abby's "father" was found while collecting human blood. He immediately chose to commit suicide, disfigure himself with sulfuric acid that had been prepared, destroying his voice, and tragically sent him to the hospital as a serial number of seriously injured and suspects. In this way, Abby was left with only himself.

So, an episode happened. Abby, who was hunting alone, bit a woman named Virginia, but failed to kill her, and even caused her boyfriend to obstruct her and failed to drink blood. The existence of vampire is likely to be exposed. At least Virginia has really become a vampire, but the girl who fell not far away chose to commit suicide. When the curtains in the hospital were pulled open, facing the incoming sunlight, she turned into ashes in a scream.

But in the final analysis, as the reading progressed, the editors easily discovered that this turned out to be a love story.

Although the protagonist is just a twelve-year-old child.

Oscar actually knew the fact that Abby was a vampire and that she was constantly killing humans, but he still fell in love with Abby deeply, and Abby also used Oscar as his spiritual support. Although this emotion was obviously very distorted and there were many doubts, no one of the editors had the energy to ask questions and kept watching.

High-energy plots continue to happen.

At least, this vampire girl is indeed extremely ugly when she is bloodthirsty. According to the chat between Alice and Brown a few days ago, it should be the so-called transformation. She snores, her fangs are as sharp as wild beasts, her facial contours are slightly transformed into beasts, and her skin becomes very rough. Like many vampire themes in the past, Alice did not deliberately beautify Abby's existence, but maybe she has seen too many old themes. Brown does think that such Abby is really "cool".

Then, the finale is coming.

Absolutely anti-traditional ending.

Virginia's boyfriend, policeman Rex, who discovered the existence of a vampire, wanted to destroy Abby, who had to sleep soundly in a bathtub covered with shade every day, and would suffer once he encountered the sun. This was definitely a huge weakness, and an unquestionable opportunity.

However, in this book, justice did not defeat evil. Just as Rex sneaked into the bathroom and was about to lift the blinds on the window, Oscar gave him a fatal blow from behind and allowed Abby to suck the other party's blood to the fullest.

Too... so powerful.

However, long before this plot, Brown also understood the meaning of the so-called "Let-the-right-one-in".

Restricted by "magic", just like traditional vampire stories, if the "master" agrees, once the vampire rashly enters the private place, he will die with blood. However, when Oscar, who did not understand this, deliberately did not say the "please enter", Abby still walked into the house.

Then, in the horrible scene where blood was constantly oozing out of the girl's body, the boy screamed and quickly said the words "Please come in", and invited the vampire girl into his home and into his heart.

As a result, when Oscar became the new "Haken", "protecting" and "assisting" Abby, Brown was not too surprised.

Then, it's the real ending part.
