382 New Map: Lost Kamui(2/2)

From this perspective, the gods of the Ainu people were greatly obliterated by the invasion of culture and belief by Shintoism. As a result, the old gods of the aboriginal people were lost and forgotten, and now they have become incomplete and declining.

Japanese local beliefs.

"It looks like Kamui, the land of origin, will be very miserable...but the Shinto religion is not much better, even Takamagahara is broken."

After that, Kamiyagawa checked and studied the Ainu information that existed on the Internet, and even took careful notes.

It can be regarded as a background preview for the map we are going to visit next.

Early the next morning.

The first ray of sunlight in the morning shines through the thick glass sliding door of the living room.

Kamiyakawa sat up from the edge of the table in a daze, raising his hand to wipe the saliva from the corner of his mouth.

I seemed to have been sitting in the living room checking information for too long last night, until late at night, and fell asleep without realizing it.

It's early spring now, and it's still a bit cold at night.

But when Kamiya woke up, his body was warm.

He glanced at the desk in front of him. Among the laptops that were not turned off and various books piled up, Hiyoribo was sitting upright on his knees, looking up at him timidly.

Little Thumbelina's body is exuding warm and comfortable warmth.

"Kamiya-sama, please take care of your body. You will catch a cold if you sleep here."

Hiyoribo said this when he saw Kamiya waking up, his voice was crisp.

Kamiyakawa stretched and said, "I'm sorry for worrying you. Have you been here since I fell asleep last night?"

"Well, I came after you fell asleep, but it was Hannya-sama who called me here." Hiyoribo nodded, sat on the table, and said as if reporting, "Hannya-sama was here with you last night.

You, Mary-sama and Zashiki-sama are also here."

"That's it."

Kamiyakawa noticed that there was a plain teacup sitting on the corner of the table next to him.

He didn't drink tea last night.

Moreover, Prajna is the only one in the family who likes to drink tea.

In addition, in the notebook he was using to excerpt the key points of the Ainu myths he was looking for, there was another page after the last line of notes he wrote last night.

Looking through it, there are five more pages related to Ainu mythology.

The handwriting in the new notes is elegant and beautiful, and Kamiya recognizes the characters.

It is the word for prajna.

It seems that after he fell asleep last night, Prajna took over his job silently.

"I will thank Hannya very well, and thank you for heating me, little Taiyang." Kamiya raised his hand and gently poked Hiyoribo's cheek with his fingertips.

Although this Thumbelina is small, her face is soft and warm, and she feels good to the touch.

Hiyoribo held the table topsy-turvy, but he did not forget to respond seriously to the gratitude of the head of the family:

"Well...well, yeah...it's all, it's all what we should do."

After teasing Little Taiyang for a while, Kamiya smelled the warm aroma of food coming from the direction of the kitchen.

"Prajna probably went to the kitchen to make breakfast."

He stood up from the table, walked to the glass sliding door, opened it, and took a deep breath of fresh air in the courtyard.

In the small courtyard of my home, a red maple tree, not too big nor too small, was recently transplanted.

Japanese red maple, also called Japanese red ribbon, is the red maple variety that retains its red color the longest. Its leaves are red in spring, summer, and autumn, making it very gorgeous.

Among them, the red color in spring is the most beautiful.

Kamiyagawa glanced at the newly planted red maple. The morning dew was reflecting the dim light of the morning sun on the red leaves, shimmering with a golden halo.

"The weather is really nice today."

He felt at ease.

After washing, I had breakfast.

Kamiya once again looked through the Ainu myths collected and summarized yesterday, focusing especially on the detailed excerpts of Prajna.

Then he planned to leave for the newly opened mythical map.

[Kamui Shenhu] is placed on the floor and reaches out to touch it.

The yellow-green light spots scattered around the wooden sign like fireflies that were disturbed on a summer night.

Buzzing.

Mobile phone vibration.

[Special area unlocked, Lost Kamui.]

[Do you want to transmit?]

This process is indeed similar to entering Takamagahara.

Kamiyagawa clicked [Yes].

In the field of vision, the dark blocks of color are condensed and pieced together, the colors are getting thicker, and the world is being reorganized.

When everything stabilized, his surroundings no longer looked like the living room at home, but an endless white wilderness.

The ground is covered with snow and the sky is dark.

Kamiyakawa looked around and saw the familiar kami standing next to him, with fluorescent lights dormant on it. Several other shikigami statues, as well as Mary's wedding ceremony, also existed next to the kami's standing plaque.

Seeing this thing makes people feel at ease.

The layout of the shrines, shikigami statues and shrines is exactly the same as other ordinary maps in this world.

In other words, in this mythical map, the gods and paper scapegoats can still play a role.

Kamiya River is still immortal.

[Map unlocked, Lost Kamui.]

[Regional mission: Get in touch with the same Ainu Kamui.]

Kamiya looked at the mission prompts on his mobile phone: "There is no exploration and no retreat. Even the regional missions in the mythical map are different from ordinary maps."

Because he had done his homework carefully last night, he understood the concept of "Ainu Kamiya".

In the Ainu mythology system, gods are collectively called "Kamui", while "Kamui" specifically refers to higher-ranking beings among the gods.

The Ainu is also a pantheistic belief system, believing that there are gods in all things.

But there are not many gods who can be called divine.

In addition, this mythological system is lost and fragmented, and it is unknown how many divine powers can still exist in this land of origin.

"Little old man?"

Kamiyagawa took out the bronze bird pair and tried to call the scouts.

"Abba!"

A purple ghost aura lingered, and a little old man dressed as a void monk appeared beside him.

"It seems that Kamui and Gao Tianyuan have different rules."

Kamiya was very happy to see his scout show up.

You know, in another mythical map, which is his current base camp, Gaotianyuan, only some specific individuals can appear and move.

For example, he, the co-master of ghosts and gods, and the shikigami who are closely related to him.

In addition, there are strange stories about holding the [Takamagahara Communication Certificate], as well as recognized little gods like the medicine seller and Suzuhiko Hime.

Like the little old man, Zashiki Warashi, although he is possessed by a spiritual creature and follows the Kamiya River, he cannot appear in Takamagahara.

But here in Kamui, there are no such complicated security rules for personnel entry and exit.

It's almost the same as a normal map.

"The rules here are similar to those on ordinary maps, so it should be possible to build Kisaragi Station, right?"
