There is no need to dig mountains and dig canals to clear the water of the nine states. How could he attack and kill each other and transform into one after another."

"Zhuangzi said: 'If you do not leave the clan, it is called heaven and man; if you do not leave the essence, it is called god and man; if you do not leave the truth, it is called the ultimate man. If you take heaven as the clan, virtue as the basis, Tao as the gate, and sign of change, it is called saints." Looking at Liu Bei, Lu Zhi said: "The king is the most affection and nature, and is the 'super man'."

Liu Bei had his own understanding: "What Zhuangzi said is that 'heavenly man', 'god man', 'true man', 'super (true) man' are the three-in-one elements of 'saint'." The meaning of this is that only these three types of people can become saints.

How to become a saint?

The answer is: Take heaven as the foundation, virtue as the basis, and Tao as the gate, "significance is in change."

Sun Tzu also said: There is no fixed law, and there is no fixed pattern. It is based on the benefits of the times, and signs are caused by changes.

"Judge the beauty of heaven and earth, analyze the principles of all things, and observe the integrity of the ancients. Few people can prepare for the beauty of heaven and earth, and call the appearance of gods. Therefore, the "way of sages inside and kings outside" is dark but not clear, and depressed but not provoked. Everyone in the world does what they want and makes their own way." Lu Zhi recited and also wrote the chapter "Zhuangzi·Tianxia".

"Does the king want to become a saint?"

"I don't want to." Liu Bei shook his head abruptly.

"'Take benevolence as kindness, righteousness as reason, etiquette as behavior, joy as harmony, and be kind and kind, which is called a gentleman'. Zhuangzi said that "heaven", "god", and "god" three people, if they do not become saints, they can be gentlemen." In other words, a gentleman is the saint who retreats to the next best.

Lu Zhi asked again: "Does the king want to be a gentleman?"

"Don't want." Liu Bei also shook his head. When he was young, he learned swords. The elder sister said that the peddlers and barons all had a sword heart. He asked Liu Bei if he wanted to learn a gentleman's sword. At that time, Liu Bei shook his head abruptly.

"Don't be a saint, or a king." The teacher asked with a smile: "What should the king ask for in this life?"

"If you become one and you will be worthy of my heart." Liu Bei replied.

"The saints have something to be born, and the kings have something to be accomplished, all of which are based on one." Lu Zhi said: "The king said, 'Great and transform one into one, and you will have no shame in my heart'. This is the way of 'self as the way'. It is the way of 'the inner sage'."

The teacher’s words mean that the way of the inner sage and the outer king is to take oneself as one’s own way. However, the premise of taking one’s own way is the trinity. It must be one of the “heavenly man”, “god man”, and “super man”.

Liu Bei was the purest and most profound, and the most affection and nature. He was exactly "one of (three) people".

"I originally had a word to say to the king in front of him. Now, it's better not to say it." Lu Zhi was a great scholar of the times. He had a vision. When he was young, he said that Liu Bei was "compared to Guangwu". To this day, why bother to say more?

Liu Bei did not force it.

"Tao gives birth to one, one gives birth to two, two gives birth to three, and three gives birth to all things." One means "Tao".

Therefore, King Ji said that "big and transform into one".

King Ji is united in knowledge and action, so he is called "the way of the inner sage and the outer sage". It is referred to as "the way of the king" for short.

After a long talk with King Ji, Lu Zhi's long-cherished wish ended. When King Ji put everything in Ji, he would be able to pass the world to the right place. The world is in harmony and greatness will be transformed into one. The kingly way will be achieved.

How to act?

Take one's own position.

Since King Ji woke up from his dream, he has become a true self and has realized the truth.

The sages had already said something. The sages and gentlemen were not "heaven", "god", and "heaven", and the three of them could not do it. As expected, they were sure of it.

For Liu Bei, if you survive a great disaster, you will have good fortune in the future.

The real name is equivalent to the true self. Liu Bei was named Ping when he was young. Later, he was compatible with a wisp of residual soul and suddenly became enlightened. During the grand examination of the ancestral hall, he made a big splash. Children dipped their fingers in water, wrote them on the table. Then they took three vertical groups and kept them silently in their hearts. However, Liu Bei had already figured it out in his mind. Why should he do it?

This shows the importance of "fame".

It’s not easy to change one’s fate against the will of heaven.
