Before the military reform, there were actually a lot of units for training. There were not many 18 armies and fewer group A group of troops. Under the guiding ideology of "concentrating efforts to accomplish major tasks", this kind of situation of dying from drought and dying from flooding is actually very normal, but no one dares to mention it like this or write it like this!

2. Service pressure. Part-of-full training units, generally speaking, service pressure is relatively heavy. The armed police service units are actually relatively light in this regard. In many of the PLA's non-full training units, most of them are logistics support units. For example, the navy's shore soldiers, etc. If you want to do a good job of support, you will naturally squeeze out training time...

As the saying goes, if you want to promote it, you will suppress it first. This description is actually from the lower case.

For example, why doesn’t the protagonist directly apply for training funds from the leader, but wants to make things fancy to contact local shooting halls for live-fire training in disguise?

A service detachment will definitely have an ace squadron. Usually, the so-called special service squadron of the armed police, usually operates to satisfy this squadron to become a full training unit, concentrate superior resources to pull up the results of this squadron, and then consider allocating the remaining time to other units.

The protagonist understands this matter, so the idea of ​​applying for upwards is directly rejected in his heart. This is also mentioned in the article! Maybe it is because I am not very comprehensive, which makes some book friends ignore the description of that psychological thought.

There is also a second paragraph here, which is some side descriptions about military reform, which emphasizes military-civilian cooperation and strengthens exchanges. In the past, the army had no external instructors at all.

These things are actually a situation of insufficient resources, a complementary configuration, and the lowest cost to exchange for the highest results. These things are really not shameful or shameful...
