Chapter Eleven Ah Shuai's Mission
Under the treatment of the red fruit brought by Ah Shuai, Marquis Sandro's wounds were recovered without any hindrance, but the city was still in chaos. Obviously, other assassins were not so easy to solve.
Stanley was worried that this was an enemy's trick, and was afraid that Grand Duke Monet would take the opportunity to send troops to raid, so he asked Ah Shuai and said, "Can you solve the assassins in the city?"
A Shuai curled his lips: "The task given to me by the master is to protect you and understand the situation here. I didn't ask me to do the rest..."
"Understand the situation?" Stanley raised his hand and pointed at the chaotic fortress: "This is the situation here. If you want to really understand, you should participate in fighting those monsters from the underworld?"
"What you said seems to make some sense..." A Shuai blinked: "But I think..."
"If you don't agree, I'll commit suicide here now!" As he said that, Stanley set up a sword: "Your mission can't be completed!"
"Okay..." Ah Shuai shrugged: "Humans are really strange animals. I have never seen such a species with such a strong tendency to self-destruct!"
I saw this guy jumped directly from the city wall and merged into the chaotic situation. Then he heard a few muffled sounds from the chaos, saying that it was a fight but was too low. Then, the noisy fighting sounds and firelights became calmer...
"Very...so high efficiency..." Looking at the quiet fortress, Stanley couldn't help swallowing.
After the riots ended, the King's Army counted the casualties. In this attack, more than 1,000 people died, including seven noble generals. As for the injured, there were countless people, and only fifteen skeletons caused all this.
Five of them were golden skeletons and ten silver skeletons...most of them were killed by A Shuai...
Emperor Priamo warmly welcomed the sudden arrival of strong aid, but Ah Shuai didn't seem to be interested in him. In his eyes, nothing else was important except the tasks assigned by the master.
Ah Shuai's seemingly arrogant but actually indifferent attitude made Emperor Puliam, who was enthusiastic about him, feel a little embarrassed. The emperor also realized that this guy might not be able to win over.
"Zhao Qiankun, what is he doing now?" After finishing his greetings with the emperor and other nobles, Stanley and Ah Shuai inquired about Zhao Qiankun's recent situation.
"Master... Now it's time to reach that...Lion Heart Empire... He said it was the academy you went to together!"
"Have Zhao Qiankun returned to the academy?" Stanley nodded: "Now the entire continent, the Lion Heart Empire is still stable..."
"I heard from my master's meaning, it doesn't seem like that..." Ah Shuai shook his head: "He said that the king of Lion Heart may have been thrown away. Now the crazy behavior of the Lion Heart Empire is all conspiracy... Although I don't think there is anything crazy about killing the weak around me."
"Is Reinhart the Great? " This news surprised Stanley, and Ah Shuai shrugged: "Don't be surprised, there will be no problem with the master there. My mission is to come here to protect you. The master hopes that I will help you investigate the truth about the prince's assassination!"
"Then what else is there to investigate..." Stanley shook his head: "Sheldon's skull has been said, it was the queen's instructor..."
"The master has also heard about this..." A Shuai nodded: "But he said that he didn't really believe that the queen was the real murderer behind the scenes. So, he suspected that the skeleton was lying..."
"How is this possible..." Stanley shook his head and said, "The emperor's mages have verified it. The magic circle has the effect of a mantra, and the skeletons will not lie..."
"The magic circle was designed by the master, but if the person who draws it moves, there may still be problems..."
"You are suspicious...the mage who draws the magic circle has a problem?" Stanley couldn't believe it: "No, there is no need to let his daughter be injustice on the side of Grand Duke Monet, and it is even more impossible for His Majesty the Emperor to come forward. The mage who came forward was the palace mage commander and Irion's most trustworthy person. How could he get into trouble with the country!"
"How can I know what you humans think? And I am not a necromancer either!" Ah Shuai curled his lips, and then repeated the task assigned to him by Zhao Qiankun before leaving: "Anyway, the master wants me to protect you and assist you. If possible, find the skeleton and take it to him for research."
"It's even more impossible to bring back the skeleton..." Stanley shook his head: "That skeleton is no longer here. When the Red Dragon kidnapped the little princess Helen, Helen took away the skeleton, but now it's gone..."
"Then go find it!" A Shuai urged: "I found the skeleton and brought it to the master. He will definitely find out the truth. When your war is over, I will complete the mission!"
"Go and look for it...you mean..." Stanley pointed to himself: "Do you want me to look for it?"
"Or who else?" A Shuai spread his hands: "Don't worry, I will protect you!"
"But..." Stanley fell into hesitation: "I have to think about this..."
"Whatever you..." A Shuai shrugged: "Anyway, I don't care about your war. As long as I can complete the task, I don't mind waiting for more than a hundred or decades..."
As a mythical monster with a very long life cycle, Ah Shuai's patience is far beyond what humans can compare to.
Of course, Stanley wouldn't think about it for so long, he just planned to discuss it with his father.
"I think it's very necessary..." After listening to his son's narration, Marquis Sandro nodded: "I have always been suspicious of the truth about the prince's assassination. If it can be proved that the real murderer is not the queen, then at least in the most wise sense, the reason for this war will no longer exist..."
"But you didn't say that it's hard to end with reason?" Stanley frowned.
"That's not the reason we give up trying!" Sandro said: "You leave with Zhao Qiankun's servant as soon as possible. I will ask His Majesty the Emperor for your leave..."
"Is it better for me to go there in person?" Stanley was a little worried that leaving without authorization would offend His Majesty the Emperor.
